Yes, but he was referring to the current D Shareholders with lockout agreements since he took over the reigns, not the previous CEO who got a hand full in the last quarterly report which was inked out before Dave took over and legally had to honor. So, I believe it's the former CEO who we can all thank for this mess. IMO

Okay, thanks for the very quick reply. So that I'm understanding correctly, this was a SPAC, but since the company went public a large percentage of the original investors have been jumping ship. The only way this is going to turn around is for the company to continue to grow its' business / profits and at some time in the future for new investors to pile in and drive the price higher. Is this summation correct?

Do you have any thoughts on why this has been tanking so bad for an extended period of time and what it's going to take to turn this ship around?

I'm very impressed with how much Botany Evolution's emphasizes their stringent high quality standards and lab testing. The fact that Branded Legacy met their high quality standards says volumes. Check out the drop down menu for more info. My only concern is that everything on the site is Sold Out or Unavailable. I was going to purchase some. I've reached out to the company as to why this is and will report back when I get an answer. Hopefully it's because Branded Legacy will be processing all their Kava products going forward.

I hear ya, I understand and I agree. However, I do vividly remember personally watching a news segment on TV back in 1997 about an unknown startup company that was using a new and relatively untapped medium called the Internet to sell books online. The company had just gone Public and during the broadcast they were saying that prior to the IPO the employees were offered to buy in at .25 a share. The name of the company? Amazon. This just goes to show that anything is possible in penny land. I'm going to hold onto a million indefinitely and see how things go. It's long term chump change for me having bought in the teens and 20"s. GLTA

I love how they're NOT restricting themselves to just medical and recreational based CBD / THC products, but instead they're opening up the facility to ALL commercial white label product opportunities, including some that are already selling on Amazon. Dave also emphasized that one of his goals is to build equity for his children's future. With everything that he's done so far and continues to do, he's knee deep invested in the success of the company for himself, his family, his employees, his customers and his investors. I can't even believe this is a Pink listed company we're talking about here. The way he's focusing on actual product, income, profit margins and everything else in running an actual viable business is completely contrary to how Pink stock companies typically work. It's obvious we have a winner here! OTC here we come! As Dr. Emmet Brown said in the Back to The Future movie series; "Where we're going, there are no roads"! Buckle up and hold on!!!!!!

Can't say that I'm not EXTREMELY disappointed to learn about this. I don't have a problem with all the unforeseen delays and hiccups that come along with running a business, but this is a serious gut punch in my opinion. I certainly hope this crap s over and if it isn't I sure would appreciate Dave being transparent about it as he has with everything else.

I LOVE this guy. I've been in the markets for over 30 years and have NEVER had a CEO in the OTC like the one we have. He not only does what he says he's going to do, but he then goes and out does himself AND clearly, accurately and promptly communicates this to his shareholders as well. I'm thinking that if he does the same with his employees, partners, suppliers, government agencies, vendors and those who contract with BLEG, then my friends, we are at the ground floor of the one and only one in a million in the OTC companies that people will someday wish they had been in the right place at the right time in history as we are here today. Mind blowing!!!
