Faithful core stockholders are certain of one thing and that is their belief in Mexus Gold US. As most all have studied the history of junior miners, it is a given that it takes much time, years of patience, clarity of development, an abundance of money, confidence, great management, knowledgeable teamwork, office organization, respectful communications, and most importantly the best property that one can find. These core shareholders have stepped up to the plate time and time again because of their strong convictions about the positive future ahead for Mexus Gold US. Most certainly, every mining company can always have room for improvement along the journey to becoming an independent miner or a wonderful candidate for a JV. Mexus Gold US could do either with the support of it's core stockholders. With all due respect, we know what happens when growing pains appear. Yes, it takes many details falling into place at just the perfect time to make that successful mining company that we believe Mexus Gold US to be. Now, we faithfully sit back and watch that magic happen without a doubt, and as we core investors envisioned it to be from the very start. Most of all we are a dedicated team making it happen and we welcome new investors that want to come along for a most successful outcome. Now, the decision is yours to join us while we reach our goal and make that dream a reality. Being of the female gender, just a reminder that we should honor other's opinions, be keenly aware that this IS a message board where others may not have the same mission in mind, and keep personal egos in check. As you can tell, it always takes much discernment, due diligence, and patience along the way. Well, this will probably be my first and last post ever. I won't be calling anyone names or insult any new investor's questions to this website. We are all smart enough to not take the bait that some enjoy putting out there to discourage other investors. I will just close with recommending visiting the Mexus Gold US website and the facts should speak for themselves.
Time to purge any photos and information relating to MarMar.
I'm curious as to how long ago those involved knew about the termination.
8? MizE? Anyone??
Come on now.
Some have the patience, some don't.
Those who can, do. Those who can't, chart.
Yes, your math was much better.
As far as your last sentence, without being dragged into another discussion about SEC Form-4 requirements, I will simply say better late than never.
Sorry, but your math must be off. Were you looking at the same form 4 I was?
$3 Mill...LOL
Indeed. Others have had similar feelings on failure:
“I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.”
and
“Many of life's failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.”
Not comparing PT to Edison, but the same applies here.
This is for you SHELL!
LOL I'm hoping you read this before it gets squashed...I know I don't agree with everything on this board but you had be laughing with the Oak Island reference.
Is it because that Rick and Marty and their partners have spent millions of dollars on drilling and exploration so they were able to pinpoint the exact location of the original money pit?
Wait, you mean they haven't been able to pinpoint it yet? Even with all the drilling and studies, and all the dozens of experts they have brought in?
The real question is which will happen first:
1) the Oak Island team recover the buried treasure
2) PT and Team MXSG recover (profitably) gold from their properties
I know which camp I'm in :)
Git,
Curious as to what your thoughts are on the article posted here yesterday. Definitely some similarities between the companies mentioned and MXSG.
https://ceo.ca/@tommy/mining-legend-chester-millars-formula-for-success
You want to URL? I'm sure everyone is anxious to hear what you have to say.
Thank you to the person that restored these posts. It seems odd that this person would continue to hash out news that has no merit over and over.
I'm concerned there is more to this, especially the part of PT and PD knowing full well this was the case all along.
If anyone has any evidence to prove the contrary true, please respond.
I'm particularly interested to hear more about the mine visit that took place recently. Truth will always come out, IMO.
Additionally, the talk here has long been that:
"I bought in XXX # of shares at sub-penny pricing, so my account is still green. Go MXSG"
Personally, I could have sold every share I owned at .20, made some great cash, and been able to possibly double or even triple my holdings based on where we sit today.
Lots of folks are in the red here, and even the most diehard longs are seeing diminished gains in their portfolios.
You don't lose money until you sell! Well, you don't die until you aren't breathing anymore, and right now Paul and MXSG are on a respirator...
Seems that Paul has some serious explaining to do with regards to the questionable financial decisions being made.
Just about a year ago the talk was that Mexus was nearing production with near zero debt, something 'unheard of' in the mining industry. After Friday's debacle it appears this isn't the case at all.
It's one thing to have delays in production, tweaking this, tweaking that...however, it seems that we are WAY off in terms of where a majority of shareholders (even the most dedicated longs) expected us to be at this point.
Deadjim had it right in his criticism of the excuses going from clay, to zinc, to now salt as reasons why we were delayed.
8.2 oz is dismal...I could pull that out of the Nevada desert in my backyard with a few million dollars of shareholder funds.
I'm still cautiously optimistic that the 'experts' will get the recipe right, however at this point it would be foolish to keep adding shares.
Diehard longs will say 'best time to buy!' but if you ask me, I'd give up a few cents a share and invest more at a higher PPS if I knew they were really hitting their stride.

"A licensed and bonded security firm has been hired to begin 24 hour watch of all happenings at the mine site. It is expected that guards will be on site by the end of the year. In addition, a video system is being installed which will allow for remote monitoring of the mine site.
The new Merrill Crowe system will have a metal building built around it with construction to begin shortly." ***Curious as to what the status of security is***
So now here we are today, down nearly 25% from yesterday and close to a 52 week low on what many expected to be 'the big news'.
Trying to stay optimistic, however after reviewing numerous PR's I am finding that to be difficult. Thoughts?
HELLO
We got it bro...
Do you have any issues with the other points TML made?
You are stretching it with your cherry-picking...
Yeah, it's settled. Mexus has been and will continue to comply with ALL sec requests. COMPLIANCE is all that matters.
The gold pouring is going about as well as your fraud research...FULL SPEED AHEAD!
Absolutely.
I trust this process, and I certainly don't see it as a scam or fraud or anything else.
I believe the parties directly involved are doing their very best to succeed and mine gold at a profit.
If you don't, well, that's your right.
What a constructive post...
So have you filed your complaints yet to the SEC?
Seems you have tons of evidence and negative information that you could use to really hammer MXSG.
"Companies that selectively disclose information on private boards are violating SEC rules. I am sure Mexus is not doing that. Are they?"
I'm sure this link is in your favorites already.
https://www.sec.gov/complaint/tipscomplaint.shtml
Why not just go all the way with this and file a complaint? Seems that fraudulent conduct and misleading statements would qualify...
OH MY GOD LET IT GO!!!!
ADMIN this is ON TOPIC:
'MXSG is not a Cdn listed stock, and, as such, is prohibited from filing anything with SEDAR.'
Thanks for such an enlightening post. It does not mean a report cannot be compiled using 43-101 standards.
It's cool, we hired that guy to get the MC running smoothly ;)
"There is no such thing as an "NI 43-101 report"".
You are just being difficult, and know damn well what he was referring to.
Let me re-phrase it for you:
"a quality report that adheres to the NI 43-101 standards"
Again, none of those are related to MXSG. Tell you what, if Mexus EVER receives a letter relating to said reports, then I'll happily admit you were correct all along.
However, until that happens you are purposely trying to paint a negative picture of what's going on.
Best of luck to you in you fraud investigations. Hugs and kisses my friend :)
"This is consistent with the existing reporting regime for U.S. issuers, under which many U.S. issuers voluntarily prepare technical reports and other disclosures that comply with NI 43-101 or other foreign standards and make such reports available to the public outside their core “filed” SEC reports."
Voluntary = not required
"It only applies to those issuers which are required to prepare reports due to jurisdictional issues in other reporting regimes."
Either you are purposely ignoring what I and others here are pointing out, or you can't/won't admit that you might be off on this.
Post as many SEC comment letters as you want, but unless they are addressed to MXSG they are meaningless.
"This is consistent with the existing reporting regime for U.S. issuers, under which many U.S. issuers voluntarily prepare technical reports and other disclosures that comply with NI 43-101 or other foreign standards and make such reports available to the public outside their core “filed” SEC reports."
Clear as crystal.
Like I said, post whatever you want. Ignore whatever you want as well.
The information Money posted was, well, straight from the CSA. So who are we to believe? The chat board expert, or someone who deals with this type of thing day after day.
I suggest you open your eyes to the bigger picture, and realize that perhaps you might not be the expert you make yourself out to be.
Did you read what I wrote?
Money received his information directly from the CSA. Have you spoken to anyone directly at the CSA or SEC, or do you choose to interpret things on your own? You dug up 1 example of a company using bogus claims...that company is not mexus, so bringing it up is only a blatant attempt to discredit MXSG and try to paint them in a negative light.
You can post whatever you want, as many times as you want. However, choosing to ignore facts that support an opposing viewpoint other than your own is childish.
