You posted the exact same thing over on ragingbull.com. ...Who else COULD you be? BTW: ...Don't post if you can't handle any responses.
EPROM
Hey, Derek ...
On second thought, ...you're RIGHT!!
I just did a "Google.com" search on the word "Cars" ...and guess what? ...NowAuto didn't even show up! Can you believe that? Hell, MOST of the links were for some dude named Henry Ford ...and he's DEAD! So it's OBVIOUS to ME that NowAuto can't sell as many cars as dead people!!! ...Right?
I also did a search "lycos.com" search on the phrase, "Gizmo that helps me find lost stuff", and guess what?? ....AGAIN, Navicom didn't even show up!!! There were a LOT of links for some gizmo called a "Sony CDX player", though. ....HEY!!.....Maybe one of these cool Sony CD players can help me find my car???
EPROM
""I recently did a google search by typing in the words "gps tracking” guess who did not come up?""
So you are obviously also "bigrally" on ragingbull.com. Even after everyone SHOWED you how lame your search criteria was you STILL do the exact same thing over here???
Here ...I did my OWN search using a similar search technique:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=big+fucking+crybaby
...are you mentioned in any of those links?

...I remember back when OTC Growth first started covering NWAU. ProNAUG posters felt this was a good thing. ...But the antiNAUG posters all said that "OTC Growth" was just some worthless pump-n-dump outfit and all this did was show how totally desperate NowAuto is in pumping up their horrible stock.
Now that OTC growth is "out of the loop", all the sudden OTC Growth is some great & powerful investment outfit with superb credentials and obviously a true asset to any fledgling OTC company wishing to make it in a highly-competitive corporate world.
...So which is it? Is OTC Growth still that cheesy Pump-n-Dump and NowAuto is better off without them? ...or are they really this super-amazing corporate support company and NAUG is missing out on a major player's support??
........You can't have it both ways, people!!!

My Response: http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=8379870
See the "Fence Sitting" word structure found in Snow's post? The antiNAUGS do this ALL OF THE TIME! They "Maybe" this and "Possibly" that on no less than ten different NAUG issues per stinkin' antiNAUG POST!! Hell, do this a thousand times a day and your BOUND to get SOMETHING right, ya know?

Snow "ambiguously" spews out the following:
""I think Finn Walstad feels ...blah, blah""
""I got the impression that this company ...blah, blah""
""I think he did not invent this him ...blah, blah""
""I wonder what the share count is now ...blah, blah""
""I think the sharecount will ...blah, blah""
Wanna know what I "think"? I "think" the new, modern business world needs big-time TOUGH DECISION MAKERS just like yourself! People who aren't all wishy-washy with moody, ambiguously-emotionalized "feelings" ... People who simply aren't afraid AT ALL to say EXACTLY what's going on!!
EPROM
Oh, come off it arbpro ...
Why don't you just be honest about it. You KNEW this company was a legitimate company all along - even when you said they were tantamount to criminals. They may not be the "smartest" managerially speaking ...but they ARE a real company with a plan for the future. They also delivered their FULLY AUDITED FINANCIALS for their GEIV PURCHASE ...both of which you BOLDLY STATED would NEVER happen.
So how's THAT rank on your "I was right - You were wrong!" investment scale?
NOW you see NAUG/NWAU totally beaten down to almost nothing and you are poised and ready to follow it right back up. You see financial gain in your future and its at the hands of NWAU/NAUG.
If all the bad things you have stated OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER about this company here on iHub were even REMOTELY true ...you wouldn't have sunk a SINGLE STINKING PENNY into this so-called scam factory. It would be plain ol' STOOPIT for someone to do so.
Your investing in NAUG would be like investing in a new IPO for Michael Jackson's brand new chain of child day care centers.
EPROM
P.S. I knew what you handle was, ARBpro. You may remember me making my "Arbitrage play" comments to you and Dog a short while back?
arbpro writes: ""I bought shares at the open this morning @ .3250. The Great Scott is going to pump this nothing company back up""
...Sounds more like you now recognize this company's great potential and are ready to become an investor?
I mean ....What else could it be??? ...After all, the great and powerful Gekoesque-type stock guru called "arbpro" SURLY would NEVER buy into a "Total Scam" caper?? ...you know???, ........where the earnings are completely fictionalized by a corrupt management team who have their Delta tickets firmly grasped in their PR-spinning lil' hands and are now ready to board on their escape to some far off tropical island (according to you antiNAUGS)???
....and with all that ill-gotten shareholder booty, too!???
arbpro??? ........now an INVESTOR???????
Are you ALSO saying that ALL OF YOUR OTHER antiNAUG friends just may ALSO now be "NAUG Investors"????
.
.
.
Or are you ACTUALLY saying that even though you have spent all of this time here blasting NAUG and warning all of us poor, slobberingly stoopit NWAU investors to stay away from these evil people ....that even though you claim to darn the superhero cape of "SuperInvestorProtector" and the market should ONLY belong to good, profitable companies where scams and lies are never to be heard ...and that NOW it's (((OKAY))) to become part of the EXACT SAME SCAM????
NOW you want to ACTUALLY BE an active member of a pump-n-dump fraud outfit's scam?? What about all of those "poor, slobbering investors" that will be left holding your shares when you stick them with'em upon your swift exit at .80??
EPROM
P.S. Or do you somehow try to buy back a "conscience" after you sell your shares?????????????????????????????????
Snow, ....That's funny stuff!

NWAU @ .22 ==> Bid .29 ask .30

The only people suffering right now are the people who have been invested in what they have believed to be "truthful information" all along. We're hanging on now only because we have no real choice BUT to hang.
Do you really "need" to keep pointing out how NAUG has totally dropped the ball anymore? NWAU is down over 90% from its high point. ...Do you really NEED to state anymore about how NAUG has failed at this point?
EPROM
jderaney writes: ""He goes out on a limb and makes a statement to satisfy all the requests he is receiving then looks like a fool when the true numbers come out.""
Well, here's something to consider: The DVD that they sent to all of the shareholders probably cost more to orchestrate and produce than the audited financials. I know many of the antiNaugs would probably disagree, but I know how much both can cost -- and the DVD is probably more expensive.
If I were at the helm of NowAuto and I knew that I would be called to task for any "Forward Looking Statements" that I make ...I would have paid the price and had my financials audited prior to any press releases stating what my numbers were for past quarters (or are going to be for the future).
It would have been a relatively small price to pay for a HUGE chunk of valuable information. In fact, if the audited financial were in Scott's hands PRIOR to all of this ....NowAuto MAY not have even chose the route they are currently taking?
My "opinion" is that people aren't selling their shares at .30 because of the physical "numbers" showing up in those financials. They are selling because NowAuto's prior numbers are so far off from what was reality.
If you can't get the past and the present correct ...how can you possibly predict the future?
Lastly:
Don't write these guys off just yet. I think there is a lot more to this story and we have reached a bottom. ....Maybe by design? ....Who knows?
EPROM
P.S. And to think that I was many times called a "pumper" and an "insider" by the many antiNaugs posting here -- go figure!
Last post:
Hell, I should buy 100 shares at .30 ....just so I don't look as stupid.

Jaime: ...
Well, as pi$$ed off as I am right now, It IS true that at LEAST we aren't going belly-up. They ARE a "real company" now and as we can all clearly see ...they obviously have (((AUDITED))) financials. They may be ugly - but it's AUDITED ugliness! Their past was a dismal failure ...so NOW we can only hope now that their future is NOT!
....Sadly, that's where we stand right now.
We no longer look for the "promising future" we were told about in the many PR's, DVDs and other forms of BS. NOW we can only wait and hope that their corporate BS-spewing lips somehow stay above water long enough to suck in enough oxygen to stay alive.
Eprom
Here's a question:
On their spiffy DVD they sent to all of us unsuspecting shareholders thusly sucking us all into their madness ...it says that they have "Increased Shareholder Value by 1000 percent!".
How much will it cost them now to change that "In" in Increase to a "De"? ...Maybe they can just scribble it out with a sharpie marker and save even FURTHER loss of share value?
EPROM
Di I hear a (((DIME))) maybe??

Can't we let some of these iHub rules slide a little today?
This IS the "Day of Reckoning" for NowAuto and they did pretty much embarrass themselves. Longs get to be fools, ....Tempers are obviously flaring ...shorts get to laugh at all the dedicated NWAU/NAUG longs who believed what The NowAuto management team "said".

...Or maybe you FORGOT that I was in iHub JAIL for several months merely over the content of my posts? ....Remember? I was thusly forced over to ragingbull.com
I ALSO remember arguing post-after-post for YOUR early release back when YOU were in iHub jail. I noticed a distinct lack of reciprocation on YOUR part in trying to get ME out of iHub jail. ....Any reason WHY you chose not to do the same for me?
....but you just go right ahead with your "Eprim is Smith111" theory. It carries about as much weight as your mindless "conspiracy theories" concerning NowAuto. If you are so obviously wrong about ME ...then the odds are even greater that you are blatantly wrong about NowAuto.
EPROM
P.S. Ya know, even in the iHub jail I never re-registered under another handle ...not even when it was SUGGESTED to me that I do so by other posters. ...ONE of the many companies you've handled in your EXTREMELY diverse, business-saturated and obviously "time-consuming" past must have been on the cutting edge of the "cloning" industry????????????

bigbrr ...???
I think you are reading too much into my post.
My post is in response to Dog's claim that NAUG has X amount of days to file ...((PERIOD)). This is simply NOT TRUE! All I am doing is showing him this fact. ....Extensions CAN be filed! If NAUG is running into any timing issues, it CAN obtain more time!
BTW: Did you know that 11% of all 8-K's are filed late?
EPROM
Okay AmbiguDog (See Below)
AmbiguDog writes: ""No extension was applied for and none will be granted""
Since AT LEAST NOW you DO INDEED "admit" now that EXTENSIONS CAN BE FILED:
Form 12b-25 (OMB Control No. 3235-0058) was adopted pursuant to Sections 13, 15, and 23 of the Exchange Act. Form 12b-25 provides notice to the Commission and the marketplace that a public company will be unable to file a required report in a timely manner. If certain conditions are met, the company will be granted an automatic filing extension.
....We STILL don't know WHY you would choose to misrepresent the fact that NowAuto has the ability to file for more time based on the termination of their independent auditor.
EPROM
Doggy? ...you still there??

"Breaking the rules"?
uhhhh, ...dog, ...Who said anything about "breaking the rules"? If you file for a federal Income Tax extension ...are you "breaking the rules"?
So are you openly stating on this iHub forum as 100% FACT that there is ABSOLUTLY NO POSSIBLE WAY that NowAuto can file for a perfectly legal extension based on the current events?
...or is this another one of my questions that you say cannot be answered by you?
EPROM
watchdo11, ...c'mon fella???
Why didn't you ALSO mention that NAUG can very easily file for an extension? Why would you choose to post rules on this matter, yet leave out a very importent element like "filing for an extension"? OBVIOUSLY that applies in this case ...so why leave it out?
Actually, this goes on all the time ...or did you not really know this?
