Just a few short years ago day traders and pump and dump pimps roameed these boards in hopes of playing the mo mo game. Not nearly as much anymore. Certainly investors do not throw money around nearly as often. If 10 people read my posts today that would be alot. Banter does not hurt or help stocks in this environment. Heck, my wife doesn't listen to me anymore either. LOL Every now and then we do get some info that we can chew on.
I do believe both companies will survive.
As an investor I am pissed that I had my money parked here all this time. However, Viyya may make all this frustration and angst go away as we go forward. I don't think the money to go to the otcbb is the issue or a reverse merger the money raised I think will be used to expand its businesses. Sounds like many countries and applications involved. That is of course if the PR is spot on.
You are so right, VRED is far from a lost cause. Revenue generating and profitable by 1st quarter 2011, IMHO
Always enjoyed you and Max's posts in the past, however the past day or so they seemed to have an edge that was not there before. Wish you well. If you made profits so far you may be among the very very few so kuddo's to you.
P.S. I think you'll be back in shortly
Emotions always get us in trouble. Play VYON as though you just found out about it. For the record Qualcomm is being talked about as being the new "super" stock within the technology sector.John is pretty tight with them so who knows. Last plug was on "after the bell" today.Down 20% year to date but one to watch going forward. This relationship alone is worth buying Viyya.
GLTY
I guess in your 25 years of investing experience you have not invested in a start-up company. A company that is equally apt to fail than succeed. If you have then tell me the name of that company. Much of your response was macho BS. I'll listen to anyone that is objective, unemotional, and does their DD.
GLTY
you need it.
How do you get funding without dilution????If you have an answer call John.
GLTY
Good point.<eom>
Surfkast, of course there will be dilution. BUT, instead of a company that is dead in the water, we have a company that appears to have risen from the dead; has the possibility to generate revenues etc and may turn a profit some day...which of course would lead to a rise in the PPS. This makes me believe you sold all your shares of VYON or worse ...you have a tendency to abuse those that you love. Why must you be right??? I have learned that anyone who pounds their chest is nothing more than the animal he/she have evolved from.
GLTY my friend
This situation may separate the shareholders from the weak of heart...sort of like getting what's best for you..despite yourself. I wonder what hoops true believers/investors will go through to buy VYON before the ban is lifted, as we are aware some people KNOW how to purchase shares of Viyya. Good night to all.
The way I see it is; By the time Vyon is a full pledged trading machine the bid/ask could be .....???????? Not a bad problem to have .....no sellers??? no day-traders; no pump & dumpers; no mark maker manipulations...JMHO
Who sang "That's the way I like it"?? shows my age
Crying happy tears? LOL
Benjamin,
Monday Monday, so good to me,
Monday Monday, it was all I hoped it would be
Oh Monday morning, Monday morning couldn't guarantee
That Monday evening you would .....................
Monday Monday, can't trust that day,
Monday Monday, sometimes it just turns out that way
Oh Monday morning, you gave me no warning of what was to be
Oh Monday Monday, how yould could ....................
Every other day, every other day,
Every other day of the week is fine, yeah
But whenever Monday comes, but whenever Monday comes
You can find me .........................................
Marks...Your post very little sense. Sorry. Rather than BABBLE provide some real DD. Post real competitors etc...You speak like a juvenile. GLTY I must now put you on ignore and suggest others do the same.
Marks, "Whether or not the "Goliath" schools will come, is a matter of opinion. My belief is that they are well on their way to developing their own "school crisis management plan" and will not be using outsiders. Setting up a plan incorporating communications is NOT EXACTLY ROCKET SCIENCE."
From this post it seems that you don't know much about the companies your shorting. VYON and VRED do muuuuccchhhh more than install communication systems. Please post time and date of short bets in the coming months so as to validate your uncanny ability to short a stock. You understand my skepticism don't you??

Marks37, I googled "school crisis management plan" like you asked. There are NOT a thousand entries that profess to have "a plan" such as to compete with VRED. A few links for states that have implimented a general plan and a few companies that provide information on starting a plan etc...
http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GWYA,GWYA:2005-23,GWYA:en&q=school+crisis+management+plan
But thanks for the lead in. Many of the links relate to Department of Homeland Security and how to apply for grants.VYON and VRED have already been in contact with this agency(1+ years). Recently Mr Forese made another contact which we helped with.Viligant Watch Across America. Heres a few of the first ten links. Have fun.

Mark you should think before you speak (write) None of the rest of the links provide "communication" software to coordinate city and state agencies in time of crisis. They are only informational links. NOT COMPETITORS like you implied. Sorry. GLTY

LBB,
It was stated to me that while VRED has had and may have a very good run in the the near term, that end of April, May, and June will be VYON's time to shine. We shall see. DOHC funding news in April, ISP I don't know when. The new release of free Viyya downloads has met with some success yet I forgot that it was even reintroduced. LET'S ROLL!!
Not a bad idea for the company to send out a mass e-mail with a link to their site. Start with N.Y. state as a pilot and see what response we get. Hope they have enough people to handle it all. On second thought that could be overwhelming. Maybe we should go the route of the turtle rather than the hare. Just rambling.
Vantillian,
How to I remove myself as an assist moderator? I'm barely computer literate. I guess I was keeping the seat warm for the new recruits. Do I e-mail mark or something? Go VRED
BTC,
Given what you know about both companies, If you had a $1,000 to invest, how would you divide the shares betweem VRED and VYON. TIA
Max/DeltaBlue,
Max I hope everything is well with you. You have been a rock here the past three or so years. I hope the bastards didn't get you down.
DeltaBlue, I have no intentions of being moderator. I can barely use my computer. As I stated last week, I sometimes post irreverently, looking for a reaction from someone in the know or just knows better. I vote for you for moderator, and BTC as assistant.
Max hope the He@l you still post. Not posting would not be good for any of us.
Ralphj
I don't want to speculate as to why VYON is lower in price than VRED. I did buy some VRED but did not sell any VYON. I know others who have done both. However, since I can speculate all day long and be wrong, sometimes it is prudent to go with the MOMO.
POINTS TO PONDER:
I am intrigued by this question: If VYON will spawn more verticle relationships and partners creating more companies to help them get the word out...hence creating multiple revenue streams....."How well received will the new companies be, because of the success of VRED"? (Assuming VRED will be very successful). People follow winners...VRED seems to be a winner. People follow the money... VRED seems to be making money for its investors (so far). People follow good management...John has done it before. Just thinking out loud.
If and when VRED calms down that will be appreciated. <eom>
Vantillian,
When are you guys going to be jumping over to VYON? Sring Summer? Fall? <eom>
I'll say it again...good post Delta. <eom>
Hi Max hope everything is well. Tx girl...I'm play the spin-off game currently. VRED seems to have the Mo Mo at the present time. good Luck.
Delta,
I'm really on your side the side of the investors. I am happy with VYON'S "game plan". Just want good posters like yourself to belly up to the bar and post.

Delta,
Thank you for your response. it is good that the companies vision can be explained in such a "short and sweet" manner, and by those other than PUMP and DUMP posters. Most my posts are tongue and cheek, but they are useful if responded to by posters like yourself. Thank again. And I mean that. Hope others will join in on these mattes.
Oh yeah....I guess the capital will come from VRED. As I think about it ...maybe better than diluting VYON anymore than it has been already. If all goes well and there's a 10 for 1 split that will: 1) lower the outstanding shares to 330,000,000 (NOT all that bad considering) 2)and more importantly getting VRED to over a dollar would help to raise more $$$ and 3)peak the interest in some niche fund managers.
I guess I had more to say than I thought GLTA
As a looonnnggg I am embarrassed to say that "I have nothing to say". I am hoping for the following over the next 3-6 months:
1) another spin-off (I think I'm hoping for this)2)An ISP provider 3)more $$$ from DOHS (this Spring)4)Capital to implement "the plan". Here's to hoping... Salute!!!!!!!!!
My paranoia passed last week. Hope it doesn't return again this week.
LONGBEACHBOY...Home early big snow storm up in the northeast. Considering that I am Bi-Polar you have successfully mitigated my anxiety and paranoia. I thank you kindly. I may need another boost next week. GLTA
Van, I'm with you. Been an owner of VYON for three years. No one recognizes the importance of VELI more than us long term shareholders.
Van.....Yes it is. Go VRED!!!!!!!!<eom>
Max,
Basically, I've had a manic week.I bought some VRED earlier this week to take part in the PUMP, but remain very concerned going forward. Some of my friends who also own VYON want me to see the glass as half full not half empty.
1)We know both companies need to raise cash. VRED not VYON has a story that can be used today rather than down the road. Therefore, VRED is the favorite child at the moment. If the cash is used to get the software to market and help to generate revenues and new accounts in the years to come then it may be a positive. If no new accounts are generated then it is dilutive.
I did not see any "stipulations" in either Bill that "required" a comprehensive crisis management plan in order to continue receiving title IV grants. Maybe I missed something.
2)My friends continue to tell me that the restricted shares will help fend off suitors who believing in the sotware and its demand country and world wide would try and come in to buy VYON and VRED on the cheap. I don't know. A reverse split down the road (1 for 10)would be ideal. They work when a revenue generating company can lower its share structure to be more viable to fund managers and the like. Maybe two or three years down the road.
I could go on BUT the bottom line is $$$$ is needed at this time and this may be the best route to go. Also,it is better for tax and balance sheet purposes should the company put itself up for sale. Which we know from the past is the reason VYON and VRED have been created.
Comments anyone. I'll be gone for most of the day so Goooooooo
VRED!!!! LOL
Moneyinflow, you are absolutely correct. Late tuesday I decided to jump in. I also received substantial restricted stock because of my ownership of VYON. You can see why I'm excited on the one hand and cautious on the other.I believe VYON is a 70% owner of VRED. The shares are restricted for at least one year. GLTY
Van,
Thanks again for your reply to my question,BUT nothing in the Bill or its amendments make note of these "stipulations". The only amendment that comes close is the one by Kirsten who is a representative from NY. GLTY
