Lentinman, any idiot who graduated high school algebra understands the way percentages work...it's just another way that stating the obvious helps to bash the stock. It happens often on this board. I know it's a crap shoot, but I am willing to take that risk. If I hadn't come up ahead playing this game I would have quit a long time ago. But here I am today buying up shares of GFCI little by little. I'm done restating my point over and over, so I'm just going to sit back for a while and watch it unfold. Best luck to all of you.
I'm pretty sure we understand the concept OracleWizard
Yep, still here. I don't recall mentioning numbers like .03 & .04. I just said I am buying...
Trinity:
At least you are willing to be fair and have and have not discounted GFCI completely. Lentinman has made up his mind about how he feels about the stock. He doesn't want anyone to buy another share of stock in GFCI. I again ask how this can help anyone who is long? If GFCI hit the biggest gas reserves in Texas he would still be on here "warning" investors. More impartiality is need on this board. People with closed minds have agendas. Agendas are not fair and balanced and neither will this board if it has biased people calling the shots on what is seen and what is not.
Lentinman:
The post below is not only unethical, but it is irresponsible. If you were truly long in the stock then I must question what motives you would have for not wanting the stock price to go up? Thus, the only thing I can deduce is that you in fact do not have a long position and rather have a short position. I would like to personally ask for your resignation from this board since I feel you have a lack of ethics and you are biased against the company. I feel you should give the reigns to someone who doesn't have an agenda, and is unbiased. I am not asking for the position. I feel it is necessary for the success of the stock, which you clearly don't want and any long would!

I have no idea if I have helped prevent anyone from buying or not. All I can do is try. The proof that I have been honest in my opinion on GFCI from the first day is that I called the stock a "scam" while I was still long BEFORE JULY 10th and I made it public that I was going to sell out on any spike - which I did.
You are right that it is each individual's responsibility, however, I have taken on the obligation to warn others. That's my choice. If they listen, great. If they don't, I did all I could.
I'm pretty confident that a number of other people are here for the exact same reason. This may seem all too altruistic for some cynic(s) - and they can scoff all they want, but sometimes a duck really is a duck.
Len
I agree with your post pug...sounds like he will be stepping out of the way...best thing for the stock in a while. I am looking forward to the help of NMKT to get this baby going again! Only time will tell.
Elcheepo, I just love how people have come to the conclusion that Jim Dial is the bad guy in all this? He stole their money right? I have heard through the grapevine that his closet isn't full of Gucci and Armani shirts. Maybe it was those dirty rotten scoundrels who pressed the sell button when that one guy put in $50,000. It could have been me. So if you really want to attack someone, maybe I am the one you should be coming after...
People lost their shirts huh? I sympathize. I have lost a few shirts myself here and there. Correct me if I am wrong, but if I loose a shirt doesn't someone else get to buy a new one? Maybe the money just disappears? I skipped out on Economics class and just showed up for the tests so I am not really sure how this whole stock market thing works. Gosh I just hate this capitalist system...so confusing.
Lentinman,
You are right...on July 10, 2006, it went from 10 cents to 40 cents, and you know what...I sold! Made a nice profit that day if I remember correctly.
Lentinman you said:
"Most of us are here because we honestly believe it is a scam and we don't want to see anyone else get suckered into it."
Why be here at all? You have now admitted that your opinion is jaded. It is a new market now. The moderator of this board should be unbiased. Why do you keep wasting your time and energy on a stock board when you believe the stock is doomed? In essence your opinion only serves to doom the stock even further. Take your losses and move on, or like some of us, reinvest and ride the roller coaster that is GFCI again. I have profited greatly by doing so. It's not my fault that you are not reading the market correctly. You have to know when to buy and when to sell. It is all a game. How do you further your own position by "bashing" the stock because you took a loss? If anyone is acting like little kids it is those that are bitter because they did not play the game correctly.
Can someone explain to me why the post under mine by cyofish is still on this board. It seems off topic and only cuts down another user on this board...In My Opinion. Double standard anyone? What was the phrase they used..."tick, tick, tick"?
So we are now booting the pumpers and leaving the dumpers. Actually I can't call them dumpers because most of those with negative statements don't own a share of stock, and they will readily admit to this. That's what I truly find fascinating. They say they are trying to "protect" possible investors. That is a load of you know what. The only thing they are trying to protect is their short position. (Maybe they are paid bashers, who knows?) I was watching first hand when Eric Safari went away. Similar statements about leaders in various companies were made, and I can only assume that history repeats itself.
How long has it been since any of you have spoken with Jim Dial? I am going to guess NEVER! Calling him a liar and saying he should goto jail for fraud is irresponsible and defamation. Some might ask why I am protecting Jim Dial who I have only spoken with twice? Who knows? Maybe it's my legal background, or my opinion that there is a lack of substance on this board to prove many of the comments made.
A personal note to Stephan: I would like to see what you have on Dr. Bill. Even those with positive information should only post facts.
Based on my conversations with Mr. Dial I am looking forward to taking a buy position with GFCI. In my opinion, this board is truly getting out of hand. It's a pink, thus it's a gamble...one that I am willing to take and won't bash a company with reckless disregard if I in fact take a loss.

Diamond I Shareholders to Benefit from Gaming Division Funding and Spin-off, Wi-Fi Division Revival and Additional Capital Resources
LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Diamond I, Inc. (OTCBB:DMOI - News), a developer of wireless gaming products including the GS2(TM) wireless hand-held gaming unit and the WifiCasino(TM) wireless gaming system, today announced that it had entered into a securities purchase agreement with NewMarket Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:NMKT - News), whereby NewMarket has purchased voting control of Diamond I through the ownership of a new series of preferred stock.
"We believe this transaction with NewMarket provides significant value to our shareholders," said David Loflin, Diamond I's President and CEO. "We will have immediate access to needed funding for our gaming-related activities, shareholders will share in the funds to be paid to us, shareholders will receive 100% of our gaming subsidiary as a spin-off, and our Wi-Fi division will be revived with new funding committed."

About Diamond I, Inc. (www.wificasino.net)
"Voice-Print" and "Finger-Print" Technologies. Diamond I owns the rights to patent-pending voice-recognition and fingerprint biometric security technologies. These security technologies will be incorporated into Diamond I's WifiCasino GS wireless, hand-held gaming system, as well as the hand-held gaming unit to be employed by the Global Gaming Platform venture.
Diamond I, Inc. is a development-stage company that develops wireless gaming products, including a hand-held Wi-Fi-based gaming system for on-premises use by casinos/resorts, known as "WifiCasino"(TM), which includes the GS2(TM), the user-friendly wireless hand-held unit. The term "Wi-Fi" (Wireless Fidelity) refers to an industry standard for wireless equipment that meets published 802.11(x) standards. Wi-Fi equipment operates in unlicensed spectra, such as 2.4 and 5.8 Ghz.
With the passage of Nevada Law AB471, which authorizes the use of mobile communication devices for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos, Diamond I seeks to secure a Las Vegas hotel/casino to serve as the demonstration site for its WifiCasino, in conjunction with its application for a gaming license in Nevada. To that end, in a letter of intent, The Palms Resort and Casino has agreed to continue to develop a working relationship relating to Diamond I's WifiCasino and, assuming Diamond I continues to meet certain standards, The Palms stated that it intends to pursue an opportunity with Diamond I. Diamond I continues to seek venues in which to establish its WifiCasino system, including other U.S. casinos and horse and dog racing facilities. Diamond I has had preliminary discussions with certain owners of cruise ships, certain owners of horse racing facilities in the United States and dog and horse racing facilities outside the United States.

"Truth is Jim will give universal shares in exchange for gfci shares, and at 3 cents a share, it can only be an improvement, so why not buy at this low price, and get the oil and gas wells." Stephan, that is what I am banking on...Kangaroo Court indeed! I have come to learn that they hate anything positive about gfci.
Cyofish...if you don't trade pinks then why do u spend so much time on a pink board? Just wondering?
Well said ElCheepo...bravo.
Hey elcheepo,
With comments like that it makes me wonder if you are actually elCHEAPo...hahaha. Save a few shares for me Monday! From what I have heard on this board there are enough shares for the both of us. :)
Why forgive me. You are correct. At least I can admit my mistakes. Hopefully you will when we see a double, if not more.
I feel like my reasoning on this board only falls on mute ears. At least for the most part. Thus, I am done arguing my point to a bunch of "bashers" who can't properly put together a sentence to save their lives, or for that matter a valid argument. All I can do is laugh at a majority of the replies that come back to me. Only time will tell the future for GFCI, but I will be accumulating shares daily. If any of you would like to put in a sell order I will gladly help you fill it.
I am not reprimanding the board. I just don't understand why there are so many people have so much contempt for the company? Like I said, if you don't like the channel change it.
I feel like there are "bashers" on this board that have nothing better to do that sit in their little cubby hole apartments and complain because they lost money that was invested in a Penny Stock which is the DEFINITION OF RISK.
If you don't understand penny stocks here is a good article at motley fool that explains it all: http://www.fool.com/investing/small-cap/2006/12/16/why-we-love-wild-penny-stocks.aspx
2 yrs. ago I made a double off this stock. Jim Dial was completely upfront with me then. Why shouldn't I believe him now? So there were some LEGAL FORWARD LOOKING STATEMENTS that didn't come to complete fruition. It happens! That is why they are "forward looking statements". Various unforeseen circumstances can hamper a company's plan. I am now getting back in the game to reap the benefits from this new oil prospect and the merger prospect.
Concerning 10bagger and his statements that "the Transfer agent will not tell you because of orders from the company" concerning shares outstanding is completely understandable. Many small cap companies with thousands of investors do this. MOST TRANSFER AGENTS BILL FOR EVERY PHONE CALL. Thus, it is within their right to tell the transfer agent to not disseminate this information.
The only competition I have heard to date is from Cantor Fitzgerald.
My recent discussions with Jim Dial included:
*His latest well that he has successfully drilled & has logged a large pay zone. Through this discovery he no plans to drill numerous wells on the property.
*He has an action plan to remove GFCI from the pinks through a merger into a fully reporting company.
*He feels as if some mistakes were indeed made in the past, but he is currently working with a team of attorneys and consultants in order to correct them.
I am a frequent visitor to Vegas and I haven't seen any mobile vices to date...what companies/casinos have this technology?
Diamond I and the Palms...
Here is what I found:
In March 2006, the State of Nevada adopted final regulations implementing Nevada Law AB471, which authorizes the use of mobile communication devices, such as Diamond I's WifiCasino GS wireless gaming system, for gaming in public areas in Nevada casinos. The company completed the final design and three-dimensional model of the first generation of the company's WifiCasino GS that includes proprietary finger-print security technology. In addition, an application for the WifiCasino GS from the Nevada Gaming Commission is being prepared. Significantly, the company signed a letter of intent with The Palms Resort and Casino, a premier Las Vegas property, wherein The Palms has agreed to continue to develop a working relationship with the WifiCasino GS wireless gaming system. Internationally, the company entered into a strategic alliance with Viking Productions, a marketing and promotions firm with a presence in Jamaica, to introduce the WifiCasino GS to venues associated with the Jamaican hotel and tourism industries. The company is also exploring potential opportunities in the cruise and horse racing industries.

Yes the Palms in Las Vegas. Word on the street is that Jason Davis, associated with DMOI, grandson to Marvin Davis, is good friends with the Maloofs. They just haven't had the resources until now to make it happen. I hope NMKT can provide these resources.
I was reading a few press releases back on DMOI...looks like they have a LOI with the Palms hotel. Hopefully with NMKT coming on board that LOI can take fruition.
I agree blind...we need another PR...
Finally some real solid news for DMOI. New blood in management will be good for the company. I have done a little DD on this New Market Group out of Dallas and they look pretty solid!
Maybe you guys who hold in all this hatred should treat pinks, or this stock for that matter, like a television show you don't like...change the channel.
It is funny how my discussions with Jim Dial have been the exact opposite in nature to Dr. Bill's.
Lastly...get a life
Lentinman...here is a post that is on topic for you. On a personal note I have had talks with GFCI and their CEO Jim Dial, the so called "enemy" of many on this board. If Dr. Bill would take the time to do this he might learn a thing or two about the direction in which the company is going. He talks about Mr. Dial as a "lying scamming CEO". If this is not a personal attack Lentinman, and unfounded then I do not know what is. I wrote a 2 page email to the admins at IHub quoting the crap (and yes it is CRAP) that comes of this page that is not deleted. In truth you are only allowing the negative comments to be posted and the ones that are unbiased or positive. Dr. Bill can you show me some real DD that proves any of your points when you make them?
Personally, I make sure and do my DD when I invest in a company and that involves calling the company. I feel this stock is very underrated at the moment and I am on the buying side currently.
Dr. Bill can disprove the fact that naked shorting is occurring with GFCI. This has become a huge problem with small cap stocks and the SEC currently has legislation in the pipeline to crackdown on those who do it.
I feel with this legislation and the two companies that will be contractually obligated to GFCI will improve shareholder equity. I have now exposed my reasoning Dr. Bill, Lentinman and cohorts. Now show me some actual proof of any of the claims you are using to bash this stock on this board.
In due time I think we will see the MM's step aside and the flood gates open...
Still very interesting...nice uptick...watching closely
We might see more uptick days to come as the Freestone crew is out there testing Petrozene with some major players in the Oil and Gas industry. I have a feeling the Buzz around FSNR will only increase as the results come rushing in...just a thought...but then again I do know it all...
Good volume today. Upward trend. In the words of Borat: "I like!"
Oil prices jump today...I wonder how Carrol Unit #1 feels about that? That 50 acres surrounding it is only becoming a better asset for Freestone.
Some good news out today. There are countless oil companies to invest in, but these guys have a unique product that can result in some serious revenue. I've been doing some research on similar products after I heard about Petrozene, and the bottom line is that nothing out there exists that even comes close. I am looking forward to seeing some more results!
I think Freestone's got a case of the Mondays
Looking forward to next week...The MM's can't keep this up forever.
test
Looking forward to next week
I heard the same
