I wouldn't say I missed it, but I am happy to say I actually agree with you on one point, It is about the BO. Where we disagree, is in your statement that it is all about the BO, not the data. Actually, you have that backwards. It is the DATA that will prompt the BO, not the other way around. The company not only has the production capability in place, but also has access to more than enough capital to compete all trials as we stand right now. So if you believe in the science you simply have to wait for the data. Real data, not opinion or speculation. If that data remains consistent with the data from the first 200+ patients, then you shall have your BO. Just that simple.
Ah Pears, there is certainly nothing humble about your opinion. Nevertheless, I respect your opinion as I would anyone's. I feel no need to defend my opinion as it is simply that, mine. Personally, I have met with the individuals face to face and done my own due diligence, and the science stands for itself. Your inner frustrations regarding the unknown and timelines that may not fit your schedule are understandable. However, they are simply that, yours. Delays are inevitable and unfortunate, no one would disagree with you there. But it is simply that, a potential delay in your schedule. The science and the upcoming milestones remain the same, and are eminent one way or the other. Shouldn't we at the very least wait for them to hear actual information before we judge. For you to make irrational statements about the potential market for an approved drug versus the enrollment of patients in an FDA study are asinine to say the least. It's not fair to make those unsubstantiated claims based on emotions and not facts. Some people may actually read this board interested in real information, not hypotheticals. Just a thought. Best to all!
Could not agree with you more Saltz. Well put.
Very well said. Thank you.
Well done Saltz, well done indeed. I do believe at the very least there is a new leader who will be pulling the strings from now on. This has entered the final stage and the shift makes perfect sense.
It is very interesting that in slide 17 of the presentation, regarding the management team, Nadar is actually referred to in the past tense. "Led and was" The only member mentioned that way.
Well done.
Blue..Criticism accepted. However, there is NEVER a respectful and challenging Dialogue regarding what is happening, or I agree, could Not be happening as we speak! It seems to be, we are going to Vegas or you are a Basher! I would like some objective Dialogue on this board, without name calling. We are at the end of the First Q Golden rope...aren't we? Respectfully, Pearsby
Thank you Pears, I do not think anyone here would disagree as to the importance of objective dialogue, that was taking place long before you and will continue at times with you. I think the important part is that the dialogue, is to use your words, based factually on what is happening. Not endless hypotheticals that the sky is falling and news hasn't come on your timeline. Let's simplify this: Why did you buy? Was it a number, something you thought it may do in 90 days? That is one option. Did you buy because you heard the phrase "golden quarter "? That's another option. Or, did you do DD on the science, the market and the potential, none of which have changed in the past 90 days. I will not begin to give investment advice based on those options, but let's assume you made it to the third as you say you have. What's the problem? Stick with the facts and let those emotions go, it will do you a world of good. I wish you the best.
With all due respect Pears, looking at all, and there are many, of your posts objectively highlights the issue that most, myself included have with you. The vast majority are in no way based on any real factual information, but emotional rants and wild speculation with no evidence or reasoning. Respectfully, they are mostly internal, and emotional in nature. That internal noise is causing you to throw out these wild and varying speculative posts in hope of receiving some justification for your obvious internal struggle. The best advice I could ever give to you from an investment standpoint is to allow that energy and fear to release. If you are truly long, then you bought the science for a reason. Just relax until proven otherwise.
Amen Tom. Well said.
Personally, I am very happy for you Shane. Perseverance is a virtue. I wish you nothing but continued success.
Agreed Saltz, we are in a very similar situation. I have participated in two raises and have also kept all shares and warrants. WHEN the BO occurs, I'll send the wings to pick you up. Wheels up very soon my friend!
Thank you for your post MJ. It's nice to get back to discussions based on actual facts, rather than chicken little constantly screaming the sky is falling with zero knowledge or facts.
Absolutely. I can tell you I have met them all in person, including Dr Madden, and reviewed all of the clinical data. PRO-140 is a true lifesaver for many, while hurting none. Some can't see the forest for the trees.
God bless you Chump. Many could learn from your wisdom.
Well Pears, you are hoping you are wrong. I think it's safe to say this board would like you to go away. Seems like an opportunity for everyone to get what they want. Goodbye
Pears, with all due respect, you really should get all of your personalities together and have an internal vote as to your belief in PRO 140. Either way, just make a decision and stick with it. Not one thing has changed, but these conversations you keep having with yourself are not helping anyone, especially you.
Well said Saltz, well said indeed. There has not been any factual reason or basis for all of this wild speculation and panic. The company committed to certain milestones in Q1 and last time I checked, we have not reached the end of Q1. At least give management the courtesy of the timeline given previously before you berate them. They haven't missed anything and we will hear the facts from the FDA soon enough. No news yet is simply that, no news. Enjoy your weekend, this question will answer itself soon enough.
Amen. Most importantly, Thank you for your service.
Chump is far too wise of a man to be run off by one idiot, and I do mean that literally. He is probably just down at the track packing up a fresh box of horse s*** to send off to that fool. And as far as what we should all stay for, it's the next two weeks. This is what we have all been waiting for, enjoy it!
Well said Saltz. Within two weeks from today, we will all know where we stand. In the meantime, a toast to our friend Chump. We can all benefit from his wisdom, and just go enjoy an afternoon outside. Nothing to do here but relax and wait. The news is coming, any speculation at this point is fruitless. Good luck to you all.
It is always darkest just before dawn my friends. We are almost there.
As always, thank you 5TOP. Just more noise.
Exactly Dr M. Let's eliminate all the noise and wild baseless speculation to focus on what's important, the likelihood of FDA approval. So far, over 200 patients have tried PRO 140. Over 50% of those have experienced significant success with the drug while not one has experienced an AE. Not one, zero, nunca. So for those having trouble keeping up, this drug in a worst case scenario will help millions of desperate patients while significantly improving their quality of life, with the risk of hurting none. Again, zero risk. A wise investor would certainly understand that this drug is going to approved, and the only question is the size of the multiple of return on investment. Note multiple, not percentage, multiple. But like anything else in life, only those with vision, patience, and understanding will reap these rewards. I am glad you will be one of them.
Amen. Spot on as always Saltz.
Decades, well you should certainly understand how this works by now. You love hypotheticals, so let's try this. We are at .75, BTD granted Monday and by Friday we are at 2.50-3.00. Within a couple of weeks positive Adjunct news or ODD. Within two weeks, 5-7 dollars. Positive news from Mono trial along the way, another dollar or two. Next comes the BO offer. Guess what, it's a lot more than 10x current in a short time. I'm sure you have seen this given your experience. Again, just more noise. We will find out soon enough.
No news is simply that, no news. The only thing that matters at this point is Orphan, BTD and Adjunct. Anything other than news addressing those items is simply noise. Pure speculation. When the news comes you will know it. Pay no attention to the noise, be patient, it is coming.
Amen. Well said Saltz
Wow. The "foreigners". Your ignorance knows no bounds. Goodbye and good luck to you all.
Making unsubstantiated personal attacks against management is hardly productive. And just to be very clear, the country where Nader was born is completely irrelevant, and the statement alone is not only ignorant, but very offensive.
I think it is important, especially for those newcomers, that given the current status with ongoing phase 3 trials, this is a very simple investment. You either believe PRO 140 will continue to show results and be approved or you don't. Do your DD. This has matured beyond trading as the asymmetrical potential makes the likelihood of maximizing both entry and exit statistically improbable. If the data is confirmed, it is simply a BO or partnership, either of which, the price would be determined by the market potential, not SP. It's all about de-risking for BP.

Well said Sir. We are very fortunate on this board, expertise such as yourself, a published author on the subject, missiu, a physician who has forgotten more about medicine than any of us could ever know, thoughtful investors like chump and 5top, saltz and more. People who do there due diligence and invest based on facts and science. Unlike others who will remain nameless and speak in tongues and birdies and not facts. Let's not loose sight in the significance of this drug and the positive impacts it may have on literally millions of people. There is always a place for those traders on the OTC, their birdies, their pump and dumps, fraudulent scams with PO Box non existent companies, playing games for pennies. This is not one of them. It's enlightening to see the resilience of this board, and the level of overall understanding in the big picture. As for me, I'm an investor not a trader, and my firm has been successful for 25 years. I have had the privilege of meeting Dr P and all the players in person, and I can tell you with confidence that this is not only a profitable INVESTMENT, but a life changing drug for millions. Time will tell our story, and again, thanks and respect are well overdue for this thoughtful board. Your rewards will come my friends.
I have all the confidence in the world in their scientific abilities, but this is strictly a business decision that must be addressed now. OTC is a cesspool that will inhibit the company from growing and raising future capital at reasonable prices. Nothing good can happen here, only bad. Must bring in the institutional equity, it's a necessary step to support and grow into a multi billion dollar asset. It's time to push the baby out of the nest.
I could not agree more. As always, a very thoughtful post 5Top. It's time.
Transaction date was March 7, 2016.
In my opinion, if the FDA had ANY question about the efficacy or safety of this drug, the last, I repeat, LAST thing they would do is cut the number of patients for the trial in half and significantly loosen the requirements for entry into the trial. It's just a matter of time now.
One of those purchases was mine. No speculation, been here for a year and not going anywhere. Just keep adding at these ridiculous prices, it cannot last long. In the past this stock may have been a play for traders, but that time is over. This has matured and de-risked considerably, and is now attracting a different audience. This is a goldmine for true value investors who understand the long term value of this company.
The notice was given when the shareholders voted. It has been approved by shareholders for anytime before August 27.
Thankfully for those prudent investors who have done their diligence and gained an early entry point, our time is near. Regardless, either organically or via r/s we will be rid of this OTC mess and those who support it prior to the end of August. Then the professional money can take over and we will get where we need to be. Be patient, this silliness will be over soon enough. Best of luck to all, most especially to those who believe.
