Your statement is based solely on opinion and nothing factual, pure speculative drivel...
Show me the numbers that currently do not match up???! There haven't been any released yet...so...therefore....it's IF the numbers don't match up... There are no current numbers to review, so we must take what mngmt tells us.
Oh really? Show me your numbers that lead you to this conclusion. I don't have any to show, so I imagine you don't either. Therefore, your arguments are null and void....and so are mine.
Well, we'll see how they intend to meet their guidance in due time. Nobody here really knows, so I guess that's why it's a common debate issue. If the numbers don't match up, and things smell fishy, I will be out the door. And, I agree, this board has seen better days.
Does KMX finance all of their vehicles at 29.99% interest and install GPS units to locate and reclaim vehicles in default? If not, I would say you're comparing apples to oranges.
Wow buddy, it sounds like you need a nap. Take it easy... I don't know what the hell you know, nor do I care to. I just assumed the deals were about Navicom because...well...they're the ones making deals! You sound a little paranoid and consumed by this company, and quite possibly there are some outside issues on your mind. My suggestion...take it easy and quit worrying about a company that you don't care about, or have a vested interest in. Let us shareholders worry about the risks...
I think we'll see some renewed interest in the next couple of weeks if Navicom announces these deals that arbpro says that he illegally knows about. Plus, Keith has said that they are on track for their late-August deadline, and that units will be shipping out. I'm sure they'll announce this, as well as any deals they may have sealed. But, if not, oh well....we've already had a great price appreciation this year...Rome wasn't built overnight.
Thank you very much arbpro for reaching out to potential buyers about the dangers of investing in pink sheet stocks...what would we do without you!! LOL
I popped in for a second to see if one of the regulars was having a good discussion. I'll be out for the rest of the day, however. Have fun with the board.
Why do you care how it trades or closes? You don't own this stock anyway.... LOL Of course pink sheet stocks don't trade like NYSE stocks, and the MM has a little more flexibility in the bid/ask spread because of the inherent volatility with these stocks. But bottom-line.....who cares!? It is what it is and we can't do anything about it.... Geeze...these conversations are retarded...
And that's exactly what they are trying to do! Good call T5, you hit the nail on the head. To be honest, the dealerships really don't "tickle my nipples" like Navicom does. I am really hoping to see a spin-off in the next couple of years that will unlock the value. Navicom is building the infrastructure to market their products nationwide, and in Canada & Mexico. NowAuto is the cash flow for Navicom's expenses... Once they have finished the big infrastructure expenses, and they can start reaping in the benefits, they will profit nicely...IMHO It is a competitive market, but I think they are striving to differentiate their products from competitors...and doing a fine job I might add! We'll see what happens, but we'll definitely see an update on Navicom's progress before month end.
Plus...don't you think "Navicom" has a nice ring to it? It would be very easy to capitalize on name recognition in that industry. Massive marketing, commercials, distributors, etc could all make Navicom the name that people think of when they think of full-scale GPS and GSM solutions. That is what I'm betting my shares on.....
Have a good weekend everyone and don't stress yourselves out over hypothetical arguments. The board is yours bashers...
Take care.
How do you know an audit hasn't been performed? It's my understanding they have performed audits through June 30th for the last two years, and they are submitting that information with the SB2 in September.
It's a deal, I'll leave you and the rest of your buddies alone. This is really aggravating and a waste of time. Take care and hopefully there'll be more stimulating conversations in the future. Adios.
Sure buddy, whatever you say. You crack me up just like the other bashers...get a clue...
Would you quit already!? Man...it's really getting old...
It's a direct statement from the CEO of the company, that is much more credible than you guys...LOL The "fact" is, all we have to go on is the press releases and the management's remarks...that's the "facts"! You guys are something else...
The questions they present are based on their guesses and speculation, and items that are unverifiable. I could sit here and guess like them, but that's counterproductive. I'll wait until we get more press releases and/or financial statements to review. I won't waste my time with far-fetched hypothetical questions from message board bashers. I'll just waste my time doing this...Geeze...this is pretty pathetic! That's it, no more BS until there's something worth-while to discuss...like the company!
That's it for the night, this is boring and it seems like it never ends....
You don't count, but nice try. I agree, however, I would love to stick to talking about the company...but it is damn near impossible to do that here!
Regulars: Please let me know if you would like me to stop posting like this. Ignoring them obviously wasn't working, so I decided to take a more proactive approach. I'll quit if the regulars would like me to...
Sure buddy, whatever you say....we all take you serious anyway...
The reason I don't answer is because I have no reason not to believe his guidance...even though we haven't see the numbers yet, there is no reason to distrust him. Now...if they had guided high and actually released a report saying they missed their guidance, that would something entirely different! But, to this date, we just don't know if he will or won't meet the 2006 guidance. If he's confident enough to be as bold as he's being, they I'll take what he dishes out. Even if they miss, and only earn $1/share next year, this stock will still be very undervalued. I won't try and read the future like these factless, uninformed bashers that don't even have a vested interest in the stock. I can sit here and guess about things all day long like you guys, but I would much rather focus on the real, hard facts that have been released to us.
If you don't like penny stocks, then why are you here? Do you have love/hate relationship, I guess?
Don't buy this stock then and move on...what do you care anyway?..right?
We continue to consolidate around the 50-day MA, and the volume has completely dried up. Considering today's market condition, we faired quite well. Some buyers stepped up toward the end of the day, and the PR shows that monthly auto sales are growing by double-digits. If we keep this support around $1.50, it will be a very good sign of good things to come IMHO. We really won't have what we want until September, at the very earliest, so we must remain patient...
Show me a press release where it says they haven't been able to pass an audit, and I will respond to your question.
This week we need to see a nice finish with some more positive volume, and a close above the 50-day MA is extremely important to finishing this correction. Right now things are very uncertain, but that is how it's been all along! Nothing has changed, and, if anything, things are looking better than ever. NWAU has a great management team and they are making all the right moves to move us from the pinks to the OTCBB to the Nasdaq, and I'll be right here with them through it all. Hang in there longs, the road can be a bit bumpy, but if you keep your eyes on the horizon it will be well worth the ride. Here's to you....
That's it, I'm done messing around with these funny guys...it has lost it's value. I'm sure they could go on and on and on...blah,blah,blah... Until tomorrow longs....
Plus, I'm sure I'm not doing any good by responding to them...back in the bucket they go...
I have an even better question: Why do you care? If you don't like this stock, go to another board...
Who cares...yawn...
Here this is again, for all the longs:

If you are patient, this stock will reward you over and over again. Once we're over $5, we'll even have some shorts to add fuel to the fire! As soon as we're on the OTCBB and the numbers are released, I think we'll see a few posters not here anymore...I'm sure everyone can guess who...that is going to be great! I really can't wait!
Sure buddy...there you go being funny again...I just love it! I have an idea...why don't you try posting on those boards? I'm not sure if you've thought of doing that, but it may be a good idea. Heck, you might even find something new out about a company you actually own! Wouldn't that be something! LOL
Have fun,
Smith
Well until then we can expect to hear less from you...right? After-all, I'm sure you would be first in line to bash someone that was bashing a board of a stock you actually had a vested interest in. Why are you here? I don't mind your posts, they're very funny...I'm just baffled by your resilience in posting here when you really don't care about the company.
Have fun,
Smith

This is what I see when I look at the chart, and it looks good to me! You can not be short-term minded or you'll be short-profited...patience will be rewarding. Ignore the bashers, do your DD, and good things will come.
Are we going to start going up again? I bought some to speculate since it's so cheap... There is A LOT of competition in this industry right now and most Homeland Security companies have a Bush guy in their corner, however. I just hope this horse can stay in the race...
What do you care? You don't own the stock anyway...LOL
Have fun, ;)
Smith
You're TOO funny! I love your posts, it's nice to have a good laugh at the end of the day. Take care.
Good post, I agree. You have to keep things real, and the notables you listed are ones that I see as well. Hopefully we really have reached a bottom, but you never know with this pinky... A strong close above the 50-day MA with big buy blocks at the closing is good to see. See...maybe there were some buyers on the side-lines ;)
Don't rain on a little parade man, come on. If you owned this stock still, you'd have to admit it's nice to see a green day..
Things are pretty ugly today indeed, but everyone is quite aware that this isn't a good short-term position anyway. Patience will be rewarding. At least the volume is light, but that may change if it drops low enough to trigger some stops. We'll see...
