Hey paradigm67.. sorry for asking again but I'd really be interested to hear what you would do right now if you could take control of Neomedia...?
What measures would you put in place to recitfy things as they stand?
You do seem to have a firm grip on things, so a response would be of interest..
SA.
Hey there...
Any thoughts? Would welcome your input.

Things are bad.
But paradigm27, ignoring financial woes -(impossible I know!)- what would you do to make things better if you were CEO of Neomedia?

They may not be using Qode for their online edition...
Anyone have their mitts on a print version?
It's a demo mate..
Sure management made some near fatal mistakes.. No one can deny.
But by that logic every PWC player is also in the 'something for nothing business'...
Alot of the buzz words we're very used to here... but a stretch to conclude this has anything to do with the physical world connection Qode represents.
Is seems more to imply a mobile implementation of Google's concept(s).
Hey clare... I don't follow what you mean...
Mobile Codes - Standards and Guidelines

is scanbuy still there?
If not, then it's merely an editorial cut.
Lifting it alright.. and dropping it on our heads.
Not sure about that comment at the end..
Neomedia owns nothing in Singapore.
No patents in France...
Mate... with the 2D codes a very murky area for NEOM I for one am holding purely for the RFID prospects...
One would hope that patent applications are in place to cover any variations on the concept.
FYI... Guess who's distributing Mobot?
Agreeed... though Qode supports way more handsets than anything else out there.
OT: We'd all rather see the money than any Godiva-esque persuits!
GLTA.
SA.
Peeves..
Does Newscorp count?? Send me the photos.

cant argue with that Banks!!
NEOM - the kings of over promise, under deliver!
I will run naked thru the streets of Baghdad if we see a amjor brand by years end!!
And by MAJOR brand partner, I am not talking One Water and the like....MAJOR brand to me means a Co like Coke, P&G, Nintendo, McDs, etc etc etc
OT: This ain't tomorrow baby...
The company I work for is doing this right now.
Don't count on it.
Love,
SA
They hired a good translator... :)
The new Chinese site provides a translation of the English site.
In case you're wondering, the character next to the 'Q' in the logo means 'number'.
And by the way, Neomedia has also updated the English site.
Love,
SA.
That's what I read too..
apples and oranges
Great find... this is a superb development.
If only Neomedia's website was so well designed...
Amen. Show me the money!
PeeVee... hehe.. was that for me?
Thanks for the other side of the coin anyhoo...
Have a good one!
Neom retains 18% OWNERSHIP. Not Control.
A good thing really.
Good point.
No "gore" in Neom's phone automation directory
Ah Beacs.
I share your sentiments.
OT: As one ESPN-Star's voiceover guys, that made me happy too...
Unless of course, you're one of the first bakers in the world.
LOL... indeed.
Next stop.. the famous stone of Galveston!
Or maybe mine is..
Somewhere on the board a poster brought NEOM's situation before a friend who was a patent expert. The apparent verdict was that the code reading patents were strong but the RFID patents were water tight.
Of course.. rules on believing internet forums apply.
Beacs might chime in here.. he mentioned a patent expert who was confident of NEOM in the RFID sphere.
A device that could capture pictures of objects but not faces would still be a camera by definition.
But RFID (where I see the real future of NEOM) eliminates the need for image processing.
We forget those patents quite easily :)
Some Arab states do not allow the sale of camera phones!
That's going to be a slight hurdle ;)
OT: Just wait for those serious accusactions as to your post's authenticity...
lol.
