whatever happened top valerina and Dholms?
The company sure could garner a lot of respect from the investment community and for their own good if they did do a share buyback. Really, it wouldn't cost a fortune to purchase say, 500 000 000 shares.
Wen you consider the opportunities they have on the go, its a drop in the bucket. If of course a few of them come to fruition.
The stock would actually trade where it should be, .02-.03c.
IF they wanted to gain some real torque, (they will get it once one deal spoke of shows on the finances) do the revers split then we are back to penny land and investor fatigue relaxes. This stock is flipped out of control, and only a handful of people actually care. I sure wish I was in at .0008c. Ill keep buying until I get to maybe 15m.
Is it true in the US as soon as one purchased 10 % of the company, that individual or group has to come out with a press release stating that?
Im sure a couple of us could infect do that. But I think that money would be better invested in a way by directly going to the company and asking be a partner. $$$$$$$$$
Maybe soon you will see a 50 000 000m Slap on the ask.
Thora can you PM me your email? I refuse to pay for membership but we can do some trades if you like.
:) Indeed Thora. Just add to the list of validation.
Explain which part of it is a scam?
You make good points about nowhere stocks. I cant comment on how the shares got out of control to 1.4BB.
So in that three minutes did you speak with Mike Duncan from, Industrial Finishes and talk to him about their customer satisfaction with the product?
Did you speak with Ted Sosnicki In Arizona about the fact that he has three companies all of which promote/market green products and one of those products is intact Green Poly from Hybrid.....Nope.
Nothing will prove to you Broph that I am a liar or not and what I posed was made up. Infact Im going to post of photo of the email and blur out a few things just to help, (it won't) , Its your prerogative to be a troll, otherwise you would give some form of indication why you are really here.
You cant prove Im a liar. So you would lose if this theoretically was in the courts my man.
And its not From Mike Duncan.
From my source who actually has lots of experience with the product.
"Green Poly is the hardest poly in the world, and is 3x less susceptible to chemical or water intrusion.
Have not found a stripper that can remove it once applied. Well except a grinder.
There are no VOC's or Isocyanates in it. Cleans up with soap and water.
Made from components found in dirt."
Maybe we need new MGMT, I don't doubt they are working hard, but I know other then the investors there are others who are even pondering WTH they are doing.
Im still buying however.
As per our more recent news release. The modification and "commercial ramp up" could take some serious time. Anyone feel they are smart enough to hazard a guess to how long both those can take? We could easily be sitting here for a year if it's a lengthy process. Filing for the new patents can also take a incredibly long time.
I cant find what the insiders own. Can anyone help me with that please. Thanks
Next time you talk to MIKE Duncan, ask him about Socal
Last time I was told news was near but he couldn't be definitive was the day before feb 11th, basically a month ago.
So news next weeks is very likely. I'll put money on it.
I see people are slowing flooding to the twitter page.......I won't take credit for it but I can say I certainly say I urged them to revamp the previous account.
It didn't even make sense their old account. Good on Steve I must say, any sort of visibility counts.
@MrBurberry_
Don't be shy.
Added another 525. It wasn't hitting at .0012 so .0013 it is. I will continue to add at these levels. Moving my Profits from AAO over here. See I can brag too. Photo to come when the stock settles to prove to some of those that get off oaths stuff.
I spoke to Steve recently and had a good conversation with him. I can confirm both their IR team and The company look at this board form time to time and they were basically disgusted with the responses from a few people, (not all) just a few.
Just passing on what I know, take it as it is.
http://postimage.org
Thats what I use.
Earn some credit, why not post a link to the photo showing your ownership of 25 Million Shares. I have, others have, lets see if your telling the truth. I see the Pump Crew has left here but they will be back.
I decided to buy more today myself, currently trying to pick up more at .0012. and you can bet that if it gets picked up I will add a new photo to show you guys of exactly what I own. No point spouting off how many millions of shares you have unless you can back it up. Both are arrogant, one just shows you have the balls.
Mgmt might need some better direction, only possible under a buyout I feel. No problem giving up your baby for the right price.
I'm still shocked considering this 20m deal, calculating our outstanding shares we should be trading at .025 cents. It's not even the shorters or flippers. People don't trust Mgmt right now and investors are fatigued.
Am I considered a whale if I purchase 10 million shares? Far from it but it makes up for a decent portion of the stock really.
And for the morons that think IR/Steve/Luna actually right these news releases go back to school cause you have no idea what IR does. The company writes these you fools. They have to take all the crap from you impatient traders hounding them and taking up their time. Next time you think of emailing anybody (I'm told many people (likely desperate folk here) have even called and emailed everyone in the actual company themselves calling them idiots. These people do not work on your schedule. M
Grow up.
Thanks Mick, good to hear.
When was the last time anyone actually spoke to Steve or anyone else in IR? I noticed his phone number attached to his email is no longer in service and I have yet to hear back from them a week ago. Maybe the trail went cold. Good luck to all.
This was my last email from Mike.
I can confirm that several garment makers have inquired about foam and there are some pending developments in that respect.
Our negotiations with Hybrid have been very cordial and professional. However, they are a small company and their resources reflect this. I absolutely believe they could work with a Fortune 500 company, and I’m appreciative that they identified Industrial Finishes as a solid distribution partner for their coatings.
If you get up our way, feel free to give me a shout. I’m happy to spend some time with you discussing the product, etc.
Thank you again,
Mike
Mike Duncan
When exactly was that EPA award, awarded? At the bottom of the epa award website it clearly mentioned the transition to formulate a spray foam was 1-2 years. I'm going to attempt to stop watching this on a daily basis and maybe look at it once a week. I'll set my sell limits and just focus on a few other of my stocks. Set it and forget it! We're a long time away from any real revs, thank god for IF. And also, IR has basically been non existent since the last NR. No phone calls or emails returned. Just the generous Mike at IF has been communicating with me. I'm riding my bike to Cali this summer, I'll deviate from the PCH to stop by Eugene and also stop and see this facility in SoCal.
Thanks for the DD here. If any are paid pumpers or bashers, may you be captured by ISIS!
When was the last time somebody had an email or phone call returned from IR? They have really fallen off the map lately. Has anyone ever spoken directly with anybody other than the dispatcher at hybrid coatings? I think they should have Mike Duncan on the other end of any phone call he is been absolutely fantastic for correspondence.
Not the only one in this sector.
http://www.textileworld.com/textile-world/features/2016/02/polyurethane-coatings-go-green/
It's material news so stop crying about it.
I'm tells ya, it's all about the foam. My opinion. Their guys are traveling to China this month from when I was told from IR.
I'm using Siri to talk to type, it was supposed to be 4c-6c. Thank you for that. Close on the marketcap appraisal. Good to see some numbers crunched on here.
They've already got coatings figured out in the US with a brilliant little company like industrial finishes next prong of their business plan is very likely China with the foam partner mentioned before. A small company like there is Shirley has tight constraints on how they can do business and how friendly they can travel I'm certain of t A small company like there is Shirley has tight constraints on how they can do business and how friendly they can travel I'm certain of that. They don't have the manpower or resources to be everywhere talking to everyone. I'm happy closing my eyes and letting the stock soar for the next 10 years.
Gulfstream will be coming up with the new G750 until then anyways......
My money is on the foam partnership for the next news release. I've read in between the lines of the recent news releases and from my discussions with IR and industrial finishes.
I hope our next pop takes us up to .30 or $.40 in fact not subpennies. If some of the stocks found on the Canadian venture exchange had potential like this they would be worth 50 times what they currently are right now. One of the stocks I own a Gusta injury and destroy One of the stocks I own Edgewater wireless trades at a quarter and has no revenue but it is being held up by a press release from the fortune 500 company and parentheses App I own Edgewater wireless trades at a quarter and has no revenue but it is being held up by a press release from the fortune 500 company.
Sure would be nice to see the stock turn into a kalo-bio pharmaceuticals!
Our product is $100 a gallon. But that's only half the story. Consider the cost savings since our Product will not necessary need a primer, it also is more durable and will last longer. Also, the low Oder allows the company to resume business faster. Just a few things to consider.
Smart money. I might just move more funds over this week to finally put myself into the millions club. 1500 was to low, but now I feel like my own DD has pot me in a place of piece.
And sharpie, thank you.
My apologies, yes that is correct! I'm a bit of a lefty myself, but I do like O'rilley from time to time myself.
http://i100.independent.co.uk/article/here-are-the-worst-things-fox-news-has-ever-done--g1po6l9h9x
They also reported about chemtrails. Give me some time to dig that joke of a story up. I'm not saying Cnn is any better. Fox is just far far more left wing then CNN is right wing.
Basically watch Snl or Southpark or family guy. In there is often the most accurate story!
Cabin fever is setting in for some. What's that called in penny land? I never read that the CEO salary was. 250k. Sure is a hell of a lot of money.
A good friend of mine is the CEO of a wellness clinic and they have 3 business all under that, yoga, doula, retail store, and Clinic. He drives a busted ass truck and talked home just enough to survive. His company is thriving and is in no way affected by the price of the dollar or price of oil. That man knows how to invest in accompany.
Another company I'm involved in, V.aao. Has a 2 or 3 million market cap, that just did a PP for basically 4 times his salary. Must be hard to convince future investors that 1/4 the money we raise goes just to one persons salary that hasn't made a sale in over a year. In are I try talking about AAO.
I have read everyone's valuable contributions, even the brilliant stuff from our resident Stock jock DHolmes. Your tune sure has changed in the last few weeks. And as fun as it is to promote, "we are the future" it's also getting old.
Attacking each other with different ideas then you reminds me of something, I just can't figure what it was..............ISIS. That's it.
One last thing, I don't think our first major player will be with an American company......just my spec, that is all.
http://corporate.ppg.com/Our-Company/Worldwide-Operations/North-America.aspx
Each Industrial Coatings location is also classified as Manufacturing / R&D
Holmes, I'm not incinuating that Our CEO is a liar. I don't know if these 500 companies are the type that are weary of outside chemistry (some are). Not all companies like to license other products, they would just buy it outright.
I'm just thinking outloud. So forgive me of what I saw comes out like, "wtf"
I think polycoatings in SoCal is key, Mike Duncan said in an email that in the south that is where some things seem to be happening.
I'll be on my way.
http://www.polycoatusa.com
I would consider these guys out next key partner. Not any F500 company. I said it once before by I do not think any 500 company is willing to license our product, not right now atleaat. Looking at our patents it's pretty obvious we are well protected for any kind of infringement, I do think something that hinders Green Poly is the fact that it was not invented in the USA, say what you want but that will affect us slightly.
Bigger companies can eat us up like we were an m & m. There is a reason why it hasn't happened yet, maybe they just want to bring this Product to market on their own.
Anyone have luck getting a hold of IR lately?
I suspect NR tomorrow, every 12-14 days on average they come out with a spicy little NR. Sorry if this post adds nothing but fluff spec to the board. Steve was also very specific about the company doing two a month atleast. He also said they earn their customers mostly through referrals.
I like Steve cause he likes my other stock picks in the Tech market. Good enough for me!
Where did all of our volume go the last two days? Monday we hit 50 mill in. The first 90 minutes. @longmickyshort, I can't PM, sorry.
To answer your question yes I did have a good chat with Mike Duncan, he was on the road but was very happy to talk about the Product. Validated my purchase even more. I'm going to pull some more from my TFSA gains and move it to my cash account and purchase more.
I get the feeling from talking with both Steve and Mike that our products patents and the green space are more what they (PPGs & SWs) are after and not the product itself, but thats me just speculating.
I'm not selling for no reason. Not a flipper. Don't want to miss the run. This is big.
When I talked to IR I got the suspicion of exactly this. Industrial coatings announced it first, and i think it benefits Hcti of the big boys announce it, then everyone else will follow, I was also told we would here something very soon. Wish these guys could be the IR firm for another play I'm on in the canadai mm venture, edgewater wireless v.yfi.
Eh goat?
Mike Duncan really is an easy-going guy to chat to as well I called him while he was on the road and he was happy to offer answers to my questions this guy really likes his job and the products he sells
