Dominovas Energy Corporation board of directors has elected to vacate the Company’s standing in Pro Eco Energy, Ltd., a combination of two privately related companies – Swiss Solar Tech (SST) Ltd. and Pro Eco Energy Ltd. The two companies are located in Summerland, British Columbia and each provides energy efficient and environmentally friendly heating and cooling HVAC systems for commercial buildings. The measure was approved by resolution 31 August, 2015.

Yeah, I'm a noob. A noob that is buying a house with the money I made on the last run from .0003 Just sayin. This stock has been life changing for me. The pop from .08 to .136 was good for me as well.

Well, yesterday was the date that it was due. I'm assuming they converted it with this massive run that just happened to take place at the perfect time for the note holder. I'm no expert, simply a spert.

4. CONVERTIBLE DEBT

On October 27, 2014, the Company issued Kodiak Capital Group ("Kodiak") a convertible note in the amount of $165,000 in exchange for consulting services rendered. The note is non-interest bearing, is due on October 27, 2015, and is unsecured.

Kodiak may convert the entire loan amount into shares of the Company's common stock, at a conversion price for each share equal to the lowest closing bid price for the common stock for the thirty trading days ending on the trading day immediately before the conversion date multiplied by 50% at any time after April 28, 2015.

As the value of the shares under the conversion option is greater than the face value of the debt, the value of the shares, should the conversion option be exercised, of $330,000 has been recognized as a liability in these financial statements. Financing fees of $165,000 was recorded on the transaction.

Were golden here. Accumulation at a higher pps to set the base for the next leg up. It's like everyone tried to jump on board at the same time. When a boat gets too full it sinks and people jump ship. As long as there aren't any leaks in the hull, the boat will rise back above the water line.
