What do you look for to see that it's oversold?
You mean 300% right?
What do you guys think a reasonable P/E ratio would be for SLTD?
Buy low, sell high.
Where do you think the bottom is?
Seriously. I'm feeling lightheaded after buying mine.
This volume is incredible. Is it just normal churn or is this the new normal for being on NASDAQ?
Wait, 40% dilution??? That's around 6 million shares!
Yep. I bought another 7k shares at this level.
Probably nothing, until you can prove it exists and works as advertised.
Isn't that insane? I wondered if there was some kind of error when I first read that.
After that there's still Microsoft, Facebook, Amazon, Intel...
Gilead Sciences?
Is that a bet?
I doubt the company value will reach 2 Billion.
Huh. I've never thought about collecting foreign currency as a hobby. The physical currency that is.
Lots of interesting designs out there.
Maybe. If your strategy as an investor is to sell at 50% increase, then selling now is what you would do.
I think having the shares locked down for so long made a lot of people jumpy. And now that they're unlocked, they're jumping out.
What are you betting?
I think people are being really strict on wording that isn't specific.
Since we don't know what they're waiting for, we can't accurately predict this.
Why was everyone so convinced that the acquisition announcement would be today?
I did the same thing, back when the stock was at .06 a share and shot up to .09 on no news.
I ended up buying back in at an average of .19. I should have done it sooner.
This stock will go up again when it gets listed on a real exchange. Half of my retirement money is in this.
You have 400k shares AFTER the reverse split???
Will we be able to go to a senior exchange right away? Or will we need to wait out the 30 days as SLTDD?
Hardly any. Ameritrade is showing 1784 now.
I'm guessing the temporary symbol change is throwing people off.
Yes, it is unsettling to see a huge chunk of my portfolio go *poof*.
But it's just the nature of a RS.
You should wait until after lunch before checking again.
What's the guarantee?
Are we expecting anything to happen before the 10-k?
Why is it called earnings per share instead of profit per share?
What good reason would there be, to wait until the last possible second, to put out a report that details what the company did last year?
If they do their 10k on Friday, it'll be after hours.
PPS will bounce up after we get our 10k.
So, does this mean we're getting a quarterly statement next instead of a yearly?
If it was on par, why didn't they just say the number?
Vivint?
I'm seeing a market cap of 863M.
But yeah, I have no idea why it's that high for their revenue.
Last time I checked, thin film isn't very efficient. So it's great, .28 per watt, if you have an acre of area to spread the stuff on.
Hm. Who wants to bet the R/S is 20:1?
I read somewhere that CA is going to start taxing home solar.
Is that ours? Or is it an article that somewhere, people are installing solar power?
It didn't occur to me that a PPS goal of 10$ is what we needed to do. But if that's what institutional investors want...
The dilution is to pay for acquiring new solar installation companies. Which are making money.
I'm confident because I've worked for a company that had this strategy. Tyler technologies.
They went from 10$ a share to 100$ a share because they just kept buying up smaller companies.
For those who are still upset about the RS, Solar city only has 96M shares on the market.
I think the higher PPS reduces the amount of people who can afford the stock. Plus it reduces volatility.
Seriously? You don't think the company can ever be valued at 300 million?
The PPS is just a reflection of the value of the company.
