Actually GG the AS is still 5 billion at this point. The additional 4 billion won't be authorized for a week or two at the earliest. Not any inside information just basic securities law. There will be an announcement made about it and an SEC information filing.
But Float - you're consistently wrong! You've been assuring this board that PMCM has hit bottom as it continues to tank. And your "bottom" has never been the "bottom" - it tanks down again the very next day every time. You don't seem to have any solid information to offer other than promises of new press releases (which never came), big upside moves "next week" (which don't happen) and huge upside based on nothing but hot air. Sorry, dude, but makes you look like either a pump and dumper or a short artist. Hard to believe you're not one of those.
Its the shorts covering, ME. Every time Floatable cries out "LOADING ZONE" the gullible put in their buy orders and the shorts sell to cover - making a nice profit. Then the pps drops again (because there is no real substance here), Floatable cries out "LOADING ZONE" again, the gullibles put in their buy orders at the lower price and the shorts cover. Its been happening for weeks and Floatable keeps calling the bottom (which he started doing at .17)!! LOL
Listen to Float everyone!!! He called the bottom at .012 - even though it hit .010 today and has dropped every day while he's been encouraging you to "LOAD." Actually, the only ones who have made any money here lately are the shorts - and they WANT you to listen to Float so that they can cover their short positions and make more money. Keep the shorts happy - keep following Float's advice and keep buying as this one sinks. Hmmm...wonder if Float is happy because HE's been shorting!!! lol
Good for you Thomas - You and I may be the only ones that didn't pay attention to the cries of "LOADING ZONE" which the pumpers have been posting here as it slumps down to .0010. Trips, here comes PMCM!!
Float called the bottom - 12! Ooops....hit 10 today. "Loading Zone" again??? lol How about .0009? Why not wait a little longer and "Load Up" at say, .0005? Sure, why not??
Listen to Float - 12 is the bottom.
12 is the bottom, no secret. 13 held and we tapped 12. Loading Zone, IMO!!!
[looking up to see Float's bottom at 12] IMHO, in the immortal words of Al Jolsen, "We ain't seen nothing, yet!" How about waiting to start pumping again around .00012 instead of .0012?
Only in your dreams koko. Listen to the all the pumpers here....LOAD UP AND AVERAGE DOWN!!! LOL Eventually you'll get that average price of .006 down to .0006. Then you'll really be looking sweet!
Doll already told us - AS increase happened weeks ago and its all been taken into account by the market!!! LMAO. She knows, just ask her!! Why the drop today? Take a look at the last few weeks - steady slide. "Loading Zone"??? For those who enjoy being punished for gullibility, why not wait for the trips to load up??
Doll, Doll....LOL. Unless you're a securities lawyer you probably aren't aware that the 20 days runs from the date that the mailing house executes the certificate of mailing - not the date on which the company makes an announcement. That 20 days hasn't run yet - the other billions of shares aren't "active" or even authorized yet. But that's ok - you certainly have done your own "DD" - was that Securities Law For Dummies? Its only $19.99 on Amazon. If you don't want to spend the money, try checking with the Delaware Secretary of State - no amendment filed yet to increase the AS. Or are you saying they went ahead and issued the shares before the Articles were amended in Delaware?
Come on people. Make a least a little effort to verify your information before you post nonsense here for the unsuspecting and gullible to read.
No, DH - nothing has happened yet. The increase in the AS from 5 billion to 10 billion is still pending. By law they can't finalize it until the 20 day waiting period after mailing to shareholders has taken place. That won't be for probably another week. Nothing is "active" yet. Believe me, you'll notice when it is - the PPS will drop like a rock.
Finckus - help us out here.
The MJ stuff looks the most promising as a dispensary, and I am very excited about the team they have been putting together.
As I've said here before, I know nothing about the entertainment business, but MJ I DO know about. Who is the "team they have been putting together"? Nothing on PMCM's website or announcements reflect anything about anybody with expertise in the MJ business.
Based on my own DD (see below) in my view the MJ play is a dead end here.
T - we haven't seen the bottom yet. Its been meandering down and will continue to do so IMHO. Not sure how far down the bottom may be but I'm expecting trips within a week or so. Just my opinion, though.
Phantom MMJ biz is just that - phantom (or maybe fantasy) based on everything I've been able to dig up in the last several months. Don't know anything about the entertainment biz so can't offer anything meaningful on that part. Investing in this one at this point based on the MJ hype is asking for heartache IMHO.
Agreed. Trips coming very soon, too.
Sadly, Ken, I think I know what's going to happen....at least from the MJ part of this deal. Based on the DD I've been able to do over the last few months and PCMC's failure to close on the MJ deals they have announced, its not a pretty picture. You can hold on till the end of the year to "see what happens" - then you can sell out, too, when it hits trips. Not me.
DH - I know nothing about the entertainment business. I bought into this stock strictly for the MJ play. I've done MY "DD" - scroll down and you'll see what I've managed to find out in the several months since I bought into this one. I was hoping that one of the pumpers who claimed to have done real "DD" as opposed to putting up a link to the PCMC website might share their insights - but there isn't any real information available here - just misguided supposition and guesswork. I don't think anyone here has bothered to do any REAL "DD" on the marijuana play - which any one of you could do by simply making a few telephone calls (and not to the company's PR person) - which is what I did. Yes, Doll - I'm going to get out....sorry to say I only wish it was only 200K. Moral of this story - do the serious "DD" before you buy in....not afterward when none of the deals seem to be getting done.
Why would anyone "bluff" - watch me. This one is going nowhere.
Since you're in already, and some of us are ready to dump, perhaps you could share with us the results of your "DD" today so we can make our decisions this week about what to do with ours.
"If I wasn't loaded and I learned what I know from DD today, I would be happy to load at the lows we are at now."
By the way - what happened to the "Top Rated Seattle Cannabis Delivery Service"? PMCM filed an 8-K with an agreement that said that the acquisition was going to close August 15th. No announcement, no news....just nothing. Anyone have any idea what happened to this one?
I'm sure you wouldn't be posting "insider" information. But what the heck does this mean? You posted it - not buying that its just "patience" on your part;
"PMCM hit bottom @ 13 - going back up after the long weekend. Big News to be announced here regarding MJ projects in Michigan, Seattle and Canada"
When are the big announcements coming? Markets are closed today - tomorrow?
How'd she do what? She has a Washington LLC and she filed an application. That's ok - she is a Washington resident and her LLC was formed in Washington.
GG - its not "Suzie" (not her real name) who is applying for the license its the LLC which she formed in Washington State - Puget Power, LLC. And PMCM is not allowed to be involved in any way with Puget Power because PMCM is an out-of-state corporation (Delaware). If the Washington Liquor Control Board found out that she has gotten financing from PMCM her license would be denied immediately. Going absolutely nowhere.
Better look again pal - 3 month residency is for individuals not corporations. Try squaring this - directly from the statute:
"All partnerships, employee cooperatives, associations, nonprofit corporations, corporations and limited liability companies must be formed in Washington."
Why do you think PMCM keeps emphasizing that it is only in the "medical" arena - it can't be involved in any LLC licensed by the State of Washington. That would include Alon, Loan, Puget Power, etc.
You may live in Seattle, but I checked with the Washington State Liquor Control Board - something I wish I had done a few months ago before I bought into this outfit on the promise of big profits from WA state licenses. There aren't going to be any licenses for PMCM in Washington.
I know Primco is not the licensee - my point exactly. Alon, Laon, Puget Power - they are all Washington State LLCs - and a Delaware corporation (PMCM) is prohibited by Washigton law from either owning, investing, controlling, operating or managing any of them. Geez - wish I had called my pal up in Seattle before I put money into this. Moral of this story - don't trust PR...do your own DD. Really wish I had before I sunk (and I do mean sunk)my money into this one.
A few hurdles? Check out the Washington Liquor Control Board's FAQ - Only entities formed under Washington law can hold licenses or invest in licenses - PCMC is a Delaware corporation not a Washington corporation. This is more than just a hurdle - unless they intend on violating Washington law they can't have any investment or ownership in any licenses. I'm getting out.
I bought in on the MMJ news a few months ago - green rush and all that. Looks like I should have gone down to the casino and put the money on red - at least that would have been a 50/50 shot. Ugghhh.
Suzie Q doesn't have any license pending. Check for yourself. By the way, if you have any friends in Seattle have them drive by Suzie Q. I do have a pal up there and he's been there - he says its a disaster! He says there are no medical licenses in Washington state - only Recreational and PCMC doesn't show up on any of the lists. I doubt I'm going to wait around to see what happens - looks like trips time to me.
MJ movement is taking off all over the place - just not for this company. Suzie Q's should be going gang-busters, but apparently nothing is happening there. Can't figure out why they aren't showing up on the state's list of mj license applicants. Getting ready to dump this one.
I agree - MJ is the only hope. But I'm getting ready to bail on this one because I doubt that PMCM has a viable position. People keep talking about "pending" licenses in WA state. But check the Washington Liquor Control Board's list of applicants - updated every week and no mention of PMCM anywhere on the Board's listing. How can they have any licenses "pending" if the WA state licensing agency knows nothing about it?
Doesn't look like they're doing anything on the MMJ front. Check the 8-K - The delivery service deal was supposed to close two weeks ago - and what's up with the MMJ real estate deals? Silence from PMCM. Looks like its going nowhere on the MMJ front.
Yes - why isn't anything happening with the pot business? No word on any of this - things were supposed to have happened and no word. Wondering if any of this is for real.
Which website is this from? PMCM doesn't have any recent news releases.
According to the 10Q they already have an mmj dispensary in Seattle - Suzie Q's - and they have agreements in place on a delivery service in Seattle and large tract of land for growing. Can't figure out where those are going.
I'm mainly following this one for the MMJ angle - anyone heard where that part of the business is at this point?
Any ideas on what's happening tomorrow with PMCM??
