I agree with everything you said. Most likely an investor possibly only one or two decided to buy in yesterday and wasn't afraid to run the price up a little to get the shar amount they wanted. I'm guessing not on insider info but maybe they take LDN it is working for them for whatever ailment and they found out about IMUN. If they stop buying and there is no news stock will go back down because of manipulation.
Nice volume finally. Moving to the upside!
Cytocom will benefit only if they can make money as they are a private company. The possibility that the patent will hold up and they will benefit from LDN being distributed worldwide for COVID will do nothing for them but it will for IMUN.
This study is not good news. If recovered patients are not immune to reinfection this pandemic could last a very long time.
I certainly hope there is more to the story too. LDN for COVID is what got the stock to move from .006 to .014 but will this actually materialize?? We have a trial and a new drug application going on which is exciting news, but yes having more than one drug in the pipeline at 14.5% ownership would be preferred!
I agree! At this point right now, we better hope IMUN has a good relationship with Mr. Handley and Cytocom because everything at this point that is worth talking about is because of that relationship between the two companies. What does IMUN have going on by itself unless there is an upcoming merger. If there is an upcoming merger I hope iot is not at the expense of the relationship with Cytocom because what I believe in is LDN. Right now the focus for LDN seems to be in the USA. That wasn't the case before. It used to be Africa.
But Handley is still the CEO of Cytocom so they must be okay with him?
I think some type of merger might be necessary. Most of the focus at least right now with Lodonal is in the USA whether is be COVID, Crohns etc. We own 10-15% of that company but what is going on with IMUN itself. Rumor has it looking into Africa has stopped because you can't make money. Mike Handley is gone along with the possibility of merging with Aletheia. I'm not even sure if the company exists anymore or is now a part of Cyctocom. We have an interm CEO. Lots of unanswered questions that hopefully will be cleared up soon.
So the fact that an application has been submitted with the FDA while the trial is ongoing is not good enough news to move the stock up a little. Feel like penny stocks mention anything about COVID-19 and the stock runs. Might fall right back but still how about some excitement for a day or two :) IMUN does have part ownership in Cytocom. Obviously, not as good as if it was being done by IMUN directly.
Great, Thank you!
I agree this does not sound very impressive. Basically, if the study does come back positive for LDN, the patents better hold up. If they do, they will get the money. Does this seem like a possible scenario? Hoping for June updates!!
Did you see right below the headline that you can listen to the actual interview? I'm not sure that this gives any clarification but it is nice to hear the doctor talk about the study.

Glad he responded. That in itself is encouraging.
Study appears to be ongoing. This is dated 5/18

Why can't Trump announce he is taking LDN!! Haha
Even if they aren't involved with the trial, if results are positive they stock will be way above where it is now.
Can you post that link on twitter?
Is it possible IMUN owned 100% of Forte Biotech but they have moved the debt and now only owns 15% which is the pet part of the business they have been trying to develop?
What are opinions on the relationship between Cytocom and IMUN? Cytocom gets the brand new impressive website. IMUN owns around 10%, if revenues start for COVID-19 and this actually happens, which company will benefit?
Immune Therapeutics, Inc. to
Collaborate with Cytocom, Inc.
to Develop Therapies for COVID-19
How do I find you on twitter?
Thanks!
Yeah, the more views the better. I don't have twitter but I know some on this board do post. 812 views not bad.

He is a friend of mine. Got me to be a believer in LDN years ago. He told me he doesn't own the stock now sold out years ago :) He is has been taking LDN for years to build up his immunity while treating patients. Right now he is in the ICU where there are patients who have contracted COVID.
He doesn't come out and say your should be taking LDN to protect yourself from COVID-19 but he doesn't say not to either.
Great week!! Breaking out!
This is huge IMO. I'm not sure about ITX401 but there has been studies of Londonal by building your immunity being effective against cancer, chron's AIDS and many other diseases. Long timers on this board know this but the company has never been able to pull it off, but I think with the new management team they are getting close to actually pulling off something huge. I have no idea if this COVID-19 proposal will actually happen but I feel the long term prospects for IMUN are brighter than ever and you can get in at less then a penny.
Yes, he got me into IMUN. Way too early obviously, but he has been taking LDN for four years I believe he said in the video to build up his immune system while around sick patients. He had his father take it late stages pancreatic cancer. Here is an interview LDN and cancer.

I also found a pharmacy in New Jersey recommending LDN.

What that means for our stock??
This a a youtube video from a friend of mine who is a pulmonologist working in an ICU in New Jersey. In this video, he discusses possible treatments for COVID-19. About 5 minutes in he talks about low dose naltrexone.
Okay all the wows have peaked my interest. Can you send me the email:

He is saying that because the press releases are coming from Colorado instead of Florida the merger is completed, but there has been no official announcement.
Where do you see that? Looks like there are changes on the board. That is it.
I still get charged $6.95 by TD on OTC stocks
Makes no sense its a difference of $100.00. You could miss your opportunity to either get in our out.
There is also nothing on the ask at any price that amounts anywhere near 2.5 million shares.
I know you own another stock that did well today. I do also. It was hard for me to even get excited because I own a lot more of IMUN! Oh well, I am hopeful that the day is finally coming for IMUN and maybe in the near future. We are due for news, but like some on this board I've been waiting for years. With the 25 million being invested it should be soon but...
Big volume today. Wonder what is going on besides price drop.
The funding is huge. Now we just have to hear the story of what they plan to do with the 25m and some sort of timeline, plus information on Aletheia Therapeutics drug pipeline. That is a whole new story waiting to unfold on top of LDN and Africa. Hey what about pets, haha, Cytcocom. If any of this goes our way and we get commercialization and actual revenue this is worth a lot more than 3.5 Million.
Looks like someone is buying today. The problem is if they finish their position your right the MM could knock this down to .0066 like they did earlier this morning. We need more buying interest but personally I'm pretty positive for the future!
