Yessir, let’s go!
Awesome! If we can get them to uplist and produce the audited results they promised last year it might help too.
Significant volume today between the bid/ask (i.e., "?Vol"). What are the thoughts on the board here regarding why? e.g., MM wanting to offload their shares to another MM that's willing to take a position on $trep? Just brainstorming, but really want folks thoughts here.
I hear ya. But their longevity is starting to mean something now after all these years. They’re not just surviving but also growing with a responsible SS. Maybe not “excited” but definitely hopeful
Yeah it sure seems like we’re getting some visibility. Consistently improving fundamentals this past year might make this run very different
Agreed. That’s almost $30k USD!
Btw, I LOVE these exchanges post financials! This back n forth from both sides really helps investors make decisions and come to their own conclusions (along with DD). So thanks to all! I also noticed some of the debt was at $0.15 and $.25. Not all but some ???????
I just finished reviewing myself. What were your general thoughts? Not as bad as you expected? I know you tend to hone in on Convertible Debt (toxic debt), but to me it didn't seem too bad. Rev's are definitely lighter than I expected. They are truly in the startup phase and need capital quickly. Need to make some moves in the next 2 quarters. Thoughts?
Quarterly out
Axle, aren’t you missing one key point? Which is banks lend cash leveraged against “assets” they never take possession of as collateral, whereas, $CYIO actually takes possession of collateral (eg crypto assets) and can potentially generate revenue over the life of a loan by putting it back on the market or doing any one of a number of things with the crypto assets to generate rev’s? I assume they would do this via new and non-traditional risk frameworks/guidelines driven by market conditions over time. This is the intriguing part to me, and is difficult to quantify as it’s a relatively new business model. In this model the secret sauce for generating rev’s is in the finance/investing side of the house in the blackened, which I assume they are experienced and experts at (fingers crossed they are). So I would assume their filings would have much of their rev’s reported in an associated finance/investing BU or line item. Just an assumption on my part and I’d be interested to hear what others think. At various points in time over the past few years I would have imagined having a large supply of crypto assets could have been very very lucrative?
AMEN ON ALL FRONTS of this post!
Surf, why would you make a statement like that as a point of fact? Sure it’s a possibility we’re all concerned about but unless you have data shouldn’t you state it as a possibility vs fact? Company has publicly confirmed the share structure several times and nothings changed on their OTC website. Comments like the one you made cause me to question your intentions:(
Nooooooo! I didn’t say that! I iterated thru possibilities with the upcoming filings.
I agree this upcoming filing will be an inflection point for our PPS.
A. If they exclude Helio numbers entirely (and I don’t know the rules re timing post transaction), it won’t bode well for PPS
B. If they include Helio numbers and it shows toxic debt or other surprises, it won’t bode well for PPS
C. I don’t think the street expects Helio is currently generating mountains of cash. I agree with Hulk that the street generally views this as a startup (at least I do). 2018 is still startup phase in my opinion btw. So, my third and last point is - if we get an upside surprise re Helio numbers in 2 weeks, I do not believe any “upside surprises” are currently priced in and PPS could move significantly upwards
We can go back and forth on the same’ol topics but one new debate is “what’s currently priced in, and what are the potential upside and downside surprises that can catch people offsides and cause a re-rating of PPS”?
Lol! Not true!
Do y'all think the upcoming filings before 08/15 will include financials for Helio?
Are you certain it’s dilution? Pls point to the data supporting that thesis? Btw I’m not bashing or hating - I truly want to know/learn!
Amen, finally a good post! Logical, balanced and objective...finally and thanks!
Recent filings provide all the fundamentals we need
SilverFlume notified me that there was a filing for CYIO today, however, I cannot find anything. Anyone else see something?
Y’all see that 150k bid in the morning? Thought that was kinda interesting (on an otherwise uninteresting day)
Maybe so, but their recent filing proves they're still making $$!
I was wondering the same thing. I looked on OTC site and haven’t found any news. Last place to look is Silverfume for filings. If nothing there my gut based on recent weird trading is that someone(s) know something is coming. But just a guess
I’m not sure who did it but I agree there was definitely a paint job upward that last minute or so
I’m ok with not being a “real” investor if that means I ask obviously relevant questions. Your response to my board post, by offering no facts proving FURTHER dilution beyond the 109M gives me all the insights I needed. I would think any “real” investor would be willing to admit their statements are assumptions/opinions on what’s going on vs playground attempts at bullying or intimidation tactics - thx again for the clarity!
“Ongoing dilution “????? You mean prior to and leading up to the 109M? Or do you mean there has been more dilution beyond and exceeding the 109M? If you’re asserting the later, what is your source of data for this statement? Is it a statement or assumption? You stated it as a matter of fact, which I think is misleading unless you have hard data? Thx in advance.
Consensus on this board might be asking a lot, lol! But there is some good exchanges here if you shift through some of the back n forth. It’ll give you data on both sides. The reality is (in my opinion) that there’s no silver bullet DD-wise until we get public reporting that includes Helio. In the meantime it seems to a lot of us that management is making moves in short order to drive value to shareholders and $cyio is relatively a solid crypto play for those looking to get into the space. I'm not gonna tell you it’s a sure bet, but as far as OTC stocks go I gotta think it’s in the upper percentile in terms of risk vs possible reward. Some of think selling hand sanitizers is the key. Some think Paloma Pay acquisition will be the catalyst. Me personally I think transparency re earnings and balance sheet will either pop us or sink us. As for me, I’m fully invested and believing in the story that is cyio despite the holes in the data at this point in time. One things for sure, with the eyes currently on this thing if hard data does come out it’ll be too late and you’ll chase…unless the data points in the other direction which no one here knows. Some have pretended to know something but despite the long “letters” and posts no one has shared anything material. IMO
Greetings Axle “Foley” (guess the old movie)! And what investment is w/o risk? Bonds and treasuries? Real yields are hella negative yet people keep buying and yields dropping. One could argue the risks to crypto (eg regulation) are no more or less than us actually getting a rate liftoff late 2022 or inflation or $$ printing with the largest expansion of the fed’s balance sheet in history! Yet $$ is appreciating and gold’s dropping - CRAZY times! Who’s to say with this back drop crypto is more risky than anything else?????
Dude we’re ($cyio) a CRYPTO company — period! U either wanna invest in crypto or not. Maybe try growth stocks with the most stretched PE ratios of all times by some measurements - yeah no risk there lol!
Assuming there’s manipulation, is the theory that market makers are doing so with the objective of stacking shares for a future point when the PPS re-rates? I guess my question is, “if” manipulation is afoot, what are the possible reasons why and would it be temporary, and at some point the MM’s would let’er rip when they’ve stacked enough shares? I ask because this sh!t has been going on for months now. When will it end?!?!
I agree 100% that this DAMN sure does NOT feel like stock accumulation! It feels more like our shareholder base has converted mostly to swing traders vs. folks that agree with the vision and story that is $CYIO. Maybe we did have a shareholder base that was majority LONG HODL'ers, but it sure doesn't feel like that anymore :(
One takeaway I like from Axle's last post is that regardless our position, antagonist, long share holder, chart technician, pump & dumper, whatever - we NEED TO CALL A SPADE A SPADE. And from my perspective, while I'm long and really really really wanting this PPS to get closer to my targets - I gotta admit that it's been HELLA painful, HELLA disappointing, and HELLA frustrating!!!!!!!
Now most would say "then sell and get the hell out of here..." - that's not helpful either...these boards in a weird way help to dull some of the pain...kinda like an AA meeting lol!!!
I'm outta ideas on what can turn this thing around, because honestly I feel like management is doing an awesome job and executing and achieving a ton in a short amount of time for shareholders. I honestly dunno what's going on with this stock...there's definitely more sellers than buyers, there's definitely some flipper impact...but it feels like (and I have no proof or data) there's some degree of manipulation as well. Absent CYIO management taking over the stock via buy-backs or uplist to a lit-exchange - I dunno what will turn this thing around. In the meantime, I'll keep bothering yall on the board for therapy and venting!!!
Little bit of volume today
They announced on Twitter that they invested in us/CYIO and that they’d be reaching out to our mgmt soon. Dunno if they’re legit or a player (i.e. their micro cap fund), which is why I thought I’d ask you all
I found the following announcement today quite interesting: http://microcapcompany.com/
Has anyone heard of this fund? Is it a real thing? Legit?
Interested in hearing y'all's thoughts!
Is that available via the think or swim application only or does the mobile app or web version also have?
When tho? Seems $trep is taking FOREVER and mgmt is providing no updates re audited results not uplist?
I hope you’re right! Bout time we had some good days :)
Large bids out there but no one is willing to sell lower and no one is willing to buy higher :(
Trep seems stuck
Man I dunno what's going on or the reason for it...but I do know it sucks! lol! Bottom line, this has been a big learning experience for me. When the merger was announced when we were at $0.80, if you would of told me all these months later we'd be languishing like this - I wouldn't have believed it. Frankly I'm tired of trying to discover the reasons for the decline. There are sellers and there aren't any buyers (outside of swing traders likely) - plain and simple. Either new buyers are going to step in at higher PPS and pay for future growth and market disruption...or they're going to wait till CYIO proves out this ambiguous / undefined business model they're loosely spinning.
Who knows what the market will do. Seems none of us here that's for sure lol!
I agree re guessing (and being tired of it). Just my $0.02 I’d much prefer time spent on these boards brainstorming on the realistic rev est of Helio and the combined company vs “to the moon” or other speculation re types of buyers and sellers we’ve had over the past couple months. I posted a PPT Helio used a few years ago that seemed to provide a snapshot of the company, including rev, at that time. But no one lemme know their thoughts.
Regulation vs dancing like a ballerina is also not interesting to me. If we get regulatory scrutiny then that’s a 1st world problem I’d love to have, and might even drive more attention to our 4*nickel stock! Surf is constantly bringing up the toxic debt and convertible risk aspects of our SS, and no one objectively responds with hard data points to offset. I’d much rather hear data-filled exchanges along these lines vs what we’re doing now. Investors don’t come here to be educated on cyio...they come here to read thoughts and different perspectives re the unknowns and info gaps we’re all suffering from at this time! We should be having healthy and data driven debates along these lines - not this crap - in my opinion
