Cathrin O'Toole So that means we'll get the boxes next week, or we'll get them no later than Monday?

Zwagbox
Zwagbox It means they shirts will arrive either tomorrow or Monday at latest, then be inserted into boxes and shipped.
-PI
T-Shirts are delayed AGAIN. Hahahha hahahha hahahahah
Zwagbox FB update:
Shirt vendor said that shirts shipped to warehouse so should begin packing and sending out soon as they arrive! Thank you all for your patience during this start. Watch for more announcements.

No shipping confirmation or tracking the last 4 WEEKS? What a joke.
-PI
I'm not selling for less than $1.00 per share. That's what Benny promised me.
I can't wait for the email tonight or tomorrow from Benny. Good or bad, you know it's coming.
-PI
I looked at my unrealized gain/loss for REDG. I have never seen so much red in my life. Every trade is red, including the ones at .0001.
Come on Benny! You must produce this week.
-PI
Your last paragraph is exactly right!
I say 2-3,000 as Benny said he has thousands to fill. I am taking thousands means 2,000, the minimum it can mean. Benny's history of word definition is lacking.
I did see over on the FB page someone says the posters are going out. We will see if they arrive or not.
-PI
Haul, I 100% agree with you. Do we not have to also include the upward push of the Markiplier effect?
Maybe not long term such as the Benny effect as you state, yet at least over the four month short term while his comic is included in Zwagbox.
I think we are around 2,000-3,000 Zwag boxes, but I do not know how many year subscriptions we have. I would be curious to know how many fall off after the four part Markiplier comics.
-PI
I figured you would appreciate this one. I mean its a boat or Zwag-Box right?
Dr-T, I think it was partially answered already, yet yes, the sheer amount of shares is the issue and the sheer amount sold at this level already, is going to make it very hard to push through. The flippers will buy and dump just to push it back down to flip it again for a 50-100% profit.
The flippers often work in teams/groups and use multiple trading accounts to manipulate the price at these levels which doesn't take much. Then you have the "trip boards" on iHUB that will tell people when to enter and exit so you will see huge numbers at those levels as well.
When it goes you almost have to take time off work to watch it at this level as the people who are playing the game are doing it for a living and you can check it and think you are way ahead, but you hold thinking it will go up a little more and make you more. Then you check 2 hours later and its back to .0001 and you are in the hole again.
-PI
Agreed. We will struggle just to get out of trips with all the shares bought at the .0001-.0002 range. The flippers are going to flip the hell out of it, up and down, up and down, up and down taking 50-100% profit at a time.
That is once we have news and one day, maybe financials.
-PI
I would love to be wrong and it be higher, yet I am going with 2K-5K Zwag-Boxes sold, however if I had to bet, I would go with 3.5Kish.
-PI
Yes a rant = When someone uses facts, logic, and previous events to come to a conclusion.
I refuse to enter into an exchange of personal attacks with you or others who don't understand how to debate a subject, but believe demonstrating facts laid out as a logical conclusion is a rant. Just because someone writes a lot of information at once that interconnects over several paragraphs does not imply emotion, but maybe, could it be, emphasis?
Using the terms "LMAO, Dude, Chillax, and Shut-Up" in posts shows one's ability to critically think, let alone understand the OTC market with it's causes and effects (Rerum Cognoscere Causas).
One more added to the Ignored List.
-PI
Nope. I 100% still believe it is the comic and he is covering up his mistake with a T-Shirt fairy tale to give him time.
I am surprised you are won over so easily with a partial picture of a product when Benny did this with JNH, the GSL, and a warehouse of boxes, all of which never went out on time or at all. What happened to all that previous product? In Africa with all the loosing NFL Super Bowl team hats? Answer is it never existed...
The fact the comic is late to Diamond and to stores and Diamond can't give a reason to the stores why it is late, along with Zwag-Box delayed until the same time tells you what the issue is.
I ordered multiple copies of Marki #1 from my local store and they have called Diamond several times for me and each time Diamond has said they do not have them. Diamond told them it is an issue with the publisher and as each week goes bye without delivery, they are extending the arrival date.
People who say Benny is delaying the comic to coincide with Zwag-Box are wrong. Benny refused to answer why it wasn't out when asked, Benny previously has said the comics go directly from printer to Diamond distribution and it isn't at Diamond yet. Diamond has said they don't have it when asked. So, are they all at Benny's house sitting in the garage waiting for him to drop them off in the mini-van to Diamond? It makes no logistical sense at all.
Also, what Benny has said about the t-shirts makes zero sense. You CAN have shirts printed in bulk, yes, thousands within 24-48 hours and delivered overnight if needed, even high quality ones. I have had it done for a company party before for my old company at the last minute. It does not take 3 weeks!!!
In the end it doesn't matter as Zwag-Box WILL ship within the next 10 days or the product line is dead. Customers will not give Benny another delay. I will cancel my box if it doesn't ship in the time he has promised this go around.
I just wish people would stop defending Benny over and over again when he has not given us anything even close to a success over the years. He has lied to investors and customers over and over again. The only thing is Powfolio and that was a success because another company did it all A-Z, not Benny or REDG.
-PI
This is what I was talking about yesterday. When OTC hits .0001 and it still has a run in it and with Zwag-Box it does, it draws the flippers.
The flippers are who have been buying it up the last few days on no-bid. No-bid is like honey for them. I would bet Pete and his group was who was buying it up before they posted the chart to draw others in.
I do think it will run, but again, with the sheer amount of .0001 shares sold and the amount they will sell at .0002 and .0003 and .0004 it is going to take a long time to get through it.
They will flip and flip in that range (.0001-.0004) as it is a quick 100% profit. The higher it goes that less % profit they can make on each trade.
The question is how high will it go and to know when to get out before they all dump and flee and it drops like a rock again without financials.
-PI
100% agree.
-PI
The problem with so many shares sold at.0001 is most are going to flippers and will be looking to sell at .0002 for a quick 100% profit. Getting through that wall is going to take a looooong time, if we even can. Then you will have another wall at each tick as we go up.
We are just in a really really really tough position to get out of this hole.
-PI
Someone is already selling their August Zwag-Box special Markiplier comic over on Ebay as a pre-order. July box isn't even out yet, and they are selling August. Three people already watching.

Anyone who doesn't understand how this can play out should read the entire linked board. It is full of great information:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/Triple-000-and-Sub-penny-Chart-Plays-23986/
Beware of the Reverse Split:
There is yet another way your .0001 investment could dwindle to oblivion. If a company can no longer drive demand for their stock, and cannot get it off the metaphorical .0001 "floor", their only recourse is the dreaded Reverse Split. A Reverse Split, or RS, if you don't know already, reduces the number of shares outstanding while simultaneously raising the share price at the same ratio. If they enacted a 100:1 RS, and you had a million shares at .0001, you would be left with ten thousand shares at a price of .01. The share price goes up, (to dilutable levels…) but you are left with fewer shares. The problem with reverse splits is they are seen as the worst possible event in the penny stock world, and almost always lead to a massive selloff when they're announced, and then often once they are executed. In the aftermath the stock you own that started off at .01 post split, might settle at .0035 or so. You're left holding onto a 65% loss, but the company is left with 35 ticks of share price to dilute… Trip-zero stocks have the highest risk of reverse splits because it is usually the company's only option to continue 'utilizing' the stock, and most trip-zero stocks didn't get there from solid management and profitable business plans. Many are scams and dilution schemes that will dilute to oblivion, reverse split, rinse and repeat.

The IRS gives small business wide leeway on overdue taxes. The back taxes are for 2014, 2015, and 2016. So Benny is three years behind to the IRS.
That is not good, but not a death sentence. The problem we need to worry about is REDG is now on the IRS's radar and that means they will assign it to an agent to investigate and follow up on as part of their case load. We have plenty of time as you can get huge extensions, just by asking for them, but we have been put on notice.
Here is the link to the PDF version of the IRS lien:
http://www.sunbiz.org/pdf/16006448.pdf
I am the first person to usually go after Benny and debt, but to be honest, this doesn't surprise me.
I am more worried about how much debt Benny has taken out that has not converted yet or he is not making payments on. The only time we hear is when the debtors sue REDG for missed payments and then we settle for shares of equal value.
-PI
Benny put out another email...
As of minutes ago, the update from the T-Shirt vendor was that all should deliver next week. Our warehouse is standing by to begin sending boxes as fast as possible once they arrive.
In the meantime, we wanted to offer everyone something that can go out now while we wait. We feel awful about the delay. Our warehouse reminded us that we have some San Diego Comic Con posters available and ready to ship now... and that you guys may want them.
So as an apology, we're going to offer you these amazing posters for 50% off!!!
Simply go to: http://redgiantentertainment.us2.list-manage2.com/track/click?u=7d2bf6de4baeb511bf40f9618&id=6103ba86b0&e=de4fecae4e
Use promo code ZHOP811 in checkout and you'll get 50% off your SDCC poster order (no limits).
Further, we're going to subsidize the shipping costs as well...
Please note we can only fit 5 posters per tube, so shipping will be in groups of 5 for only $5 domestic and $10 international per tube (saving 30% on S/H).
This applies to all of the Comic-Con posters in http://redgiantentertainment.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=7d2bf6de4baeb511bf40f9618&id=eaba78be62&e=de4fecae4e
This promo code is intended for subscribers as part of our apology and only runs through to the end of this month, while supplies last. We know this doesn't make up for the delay, but we hope it helps.

My fear is Benny said they turned off the auto billing until the first box goes out. If they don't get it out by the 15th which is the deadline for billing for the next months box, will that then create a ripple effect if customers are not billed by the 15th for August, then they won't get the August box at all?
Too many variables in play now.
I think we are better off as I said prior, just push it all back one month and have August be box #1.
We need Benny to speak up!
-PI
I agree with you on all fronts thedocg. It must ship soon.
I see it's getting ugly on the Zwag-Box FB page. More and more customers are complaining and asking about their boxes. Of course no response given at all. It doesn't look good for the company.
I saw tonight over on the FB investor page the guy who went to Comic-Con and posted the original panel videos is fed-up and is saying he is about to give up and sell.
Not good if we are loosing longs over this.
-PI
We have another 4 billion to spare :-P and plenty of Z shares to use.
^^^ Joking of course.

I double checked your math and you are correct.
Given how much the board is ignored and we know there was friction between several of them and Benny, I wonder if they would vote to support him, against him, or not vote at all.
Just pondering here, nothing more.
-PI
Great job rickn23 and thank you for the quick response.
I didn't realize it was x100 voting power. I thought it was x5. That makes things harder, but I would be curious how many shares everyone on the Ihub and FB group board own. I remember at one point one person on here and this was years.... ago someone was tracking it all on a Excel sheet.
In my mind, if I tried to push Benny out, it would not be to kick him out/fire him. I would keep him as head of product development and properties. I just think we need a new CEO/CFO.
I would settle for a board member dedicated to investor relations.
-PI
Thedocg, I have a question/mission for you (or anyone else) if you choose to accept because I am too lazy, yet I think it's interesting info to know.
Given the current OS count and the little number Benny and many of the board now own as a percent due to dilution, what number of shares would we as share holders need to elect someone to the board or ask Benny to step down?
Can we outvote him at this point?
I know Benny gave himself and I think Marki, Z-super voting shares (x5 voting power I think) when this board started talking about voting him out a long time ago, yet with the current OS amount and him not buying more, are we now able too?
I know this board alone owns around 10%ish of REDG and it could give us leverage as share holders to demand information or threaten his replacement or an addition to the board who could be a voice for shareholders.
Just a thought.
-PI
He posted saying he was in DC visiting friends.
Maybe he is wearing a hat so he isn't recognized while out with friends or maybe because it's summer and you fry like bacon in DC in July and August.
You are right, his hair has become somewhat of a trademark for him like Guy Ferrieri, or however you spell that guys name. So many kids died their hair to look like Markiplier.
-PI
You are correct and better off staying away from the company's FB page.
Benny should have created a separate FB page just for investor communications instead of the Q&A on the REDG website that has only been updated twice.
The REDG Investment FB page is good. They don't allow the personal attacks you see here on Ihub.
They discussed the new publishers topic right after San Diego. It is coming up on a few weeks so maybe we will hear next week along with a shipping date for Zwaggg-Box
Fingers Crossed
-PI
It is a lot of conversions!!!
The biggest issue is without updated financials we have NO idea how much more debt Benny has taken out. He told us before he stopped and then out of nowhere we had the last few rounds
That is what scares me and what keeps the stock from moving up.
We need updated financials, Please Benny Please!!!
-PI
Ebay auction has the Markiplier pin they gave out at Comic Con this year.
The person wants $25 for a pin. They have 3 for sale and they already sold 1 for full price. Crazy.
The person says poster, but at the bottom it says pin only.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Markiplier-Comic-Con-Exclusive-Signed-Poster-/322213685747?hash=item4b056ea9f3:g:6XUAAOSwqfNXn~5H
-PI
Actually it would not be that expensive at all. I doubt there are very many one month box subscriptions. REDG can mail them out flat rate for almost nothing with a negotiated bulk rate with USPS. The rest get it in next month's box. It is very simple and customer service driven.
Overacting to someone's idea and calling it dumb, stupid, and referring to someone as a dude without any idea of their background is beyond ignorance.
-PI
Zwagbox will ship, but the email should have included an updated shipping date. Especially if they waited to email until they figured out the issue as Benny says. If the issue has been identified, then what is the solution? In so many words, SOON.
They should just ship the box as is, ship the T-shirt next month in addition and send it separately to those who only had a one month box subscription.
Waiting on one item is ridiculous.
-PI
I don't agree with you most of the time Duke, but I still say it is the comic as well. Saying it is the shirt is a cover in my opinion.
The fact the retail stores and Diamond did not get the retail versions on time is just too hard to ignore.
-PI
The comic is late to Diamond and the box is late.
I wonder what the missing item is. Wait! Doesn't REDG print the comic? So Benny called himself?
I bet 1 share of REDG that Benny printed the comics in China again to reduce costs and they are somewhere in the Pacific just like free comic book day and GSL back in the day.
What did Diamond say Aug 10th they expect it? I hope they get to the box before that. If not you are looking at the second or third week of Aug for delivery.
I really wish Benny would just use another printer instead of his own contacts to save money. It has failed every time he does this.
I feel like the dancing monkey on the street with this stock.
I do think the box will be out and we will get it figured out long term, but Benny failed customers by not letting them know what's going on or keeping them informed.
-PI
I am a long, but I expected this to be a few week or a few months investment, not YEARS. I watched the posted videos and read all the comments and really really really thought more was going to come out of San Diego, but was let down.
I did the math and if I had taken a loss and invested in a few other opportunities I have been offered, I would be ahead of where I am now. I have held REDG waiting for that magic moment in hopes of it going sky high.
I don't see sky high anytime soon and with no new products or announcements, I am going to be selling at my break even point and moving on. I need REDG to go up a tick or so and I am done.
Maybe I will get lucky and Benny will give us current financials and I can make something, but I don't see it. I will probably have to take a loss in the next few weeks.
I hold a good amount of shares and have averaged down, but I have real life need of the funds and better uses for it. I cannot keep waiting for something to happen and it is clear Benny has no interest in communicating with share holders or throwing us a bone.
I stopped posting on this board except the occasional comment because it got so bad and it got personal between people.
I thank those on here who put a lot of time into D&D and running numbers and trying to keep this board a discussion and a healthy debate as it should be.
Best of luck to everyone!
-PI
I told everyone Benny would not talk to the 2/3 guys going to San Diego. I watched the videos and read all the comments from the guy on Facebook. It looks like they had a good convention. The issue is, REDG can have all the good news in the world, but new money will not touch REDG without updated/current financials. REDG is just too far behind.
Benny, PLEASE with 12 cherries and whip cream on top, get REDG current on financials.
-PI
I wish Shadow Children had more than one issue. It's good, but very dark. After reading the first one, I can see why they pulled it from GSL.
-PI
The local store I pre-ordered all the Markiplier comics from closed. Good thing I didn't pre-pay.
They have another location yet they are looking for my order since they were supposed to be connected.
Can't win.
-PI
My opinion on Zwagbox is this: I don't care what number we have sold, whether it's 500 or 5,000 or 15,000 as long as two things happen.
#1 We make a profit from the number sold, not a long term loss.
#2 Benny provides us the roadmap for the future of REDG. What is the vision, what are the incremental goals he has laid out for the company and the family of products, and how to grow them over the next 6, 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 months.
CEOs provide this information all the time at annual meetings and during large announcements. I don't understand why we cannot be given the same.
-PI
There was an article about Dollar Shave Club getting bought today and how it is a monthly box service. The article gave a slight hit at how boxes are now struggling given the low amount of Angel Funds willing to invest in them.
"Dollar Shave Club is one of the most prominent subscription-based start-ups, in which members receive a box of products every month. Hundreds have popped up in recent years, but many are now struggling amid a downturn in venture capital investment. Makeup service Birchbox has gone through two rounds of layoffs this year."
http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-tn-dollar-shave-club-unilever-20160719-snap-htmlstory.html
I just found it interesting given how everyone on here keeps saying how all these boxes are making tons of money and it's the wave of the future.
I will admit, I was against Zwagbox at first, a few showed me articles that made me reconsider my position, yet I am quickly swinging back after seeing how much competition there is in this market with boxes just like ours.
