Hi James, One thing you could do for all of the investors in BION would be to drive by and put pictures of the site when changes are happening. I believe you are next to Perry Fl. From what was put out on the internet, there was a water issue on the southwest corner that was to be resolved. So anything you could give us investors would be a help. Thank you and maybe I will get a chance to take a trip up to see that site. Remember there is a third site that has not been disclosed yet from Bryan K youtube video.
The one thing Bryan K said in his report on youtube is Saipem is doing their EPC for the first THREE plants in the USA. I thought maybe everyone might not have caught that. I have not found out anything new on my front down here to tell you all.
Richard, If everything works out as we all hope??!!; I will buy the second and fourth round. And let us just rent the yacht so we can use it for a tax deduction. Nice update on your picture TraderWebb.
Longg, I believe you are exactly right. They are on a shoestring budget until the bond money comes in. The cost of maintaining 3 offices and help is taxing them right now quite heavy. 1 million shares is only $50,000 in revenue.
I too am concerned with the bees and I believe this program will work better for the bees because we are only spraying once every two months instead of every 2-3 weeks. Also if a person can coordinate the spray intervals before or after any bloom, the bees will remain safe.
What I thought was interesting was just a few statements that Ernie made and that was that there will be people from all over the world looking at there technology and also people that have contacted them from other states in the U.S. and internationally. States is plural, more than just Louisiana. That to me is exciting stuff. That could mean 10 plants to maybe twenty five plants. That could lead this company to a $4-$6 share price if all goes well in the next three years. Not to mention the patent being cleaner by at least 450% and most of the nitrogen being shipped out on tankers on rail as anhydrous ammonia.
Yes, it pertained to HLB Greening Disease. But there is a method that I think you can use for your beetles that may work very well and it follows along with the fix I came up with for Greening. One of my studies was the problem with Whitefly in the Palm trees in Florida and the Emerald Ash Bore in the northeast. You can get results by taking an insecticide that kills your beatle and mix the insecticide with a product called PENTRA BARK. This product is a organo silicone product that takes your insecticide directly through the outer bark layer ( phloem it is called) and will put the insecticide directly into the tree. The phloem will carry your agent into the root system of the tree and then return the insecticide back up through the other inside vascular part of the tree called the xylem which is the center part of the tree. Once the insecticide makes a complete round within the tree, any beatle that feeds or takes a bite from the tree will die in theory. Pentra Bark is quite expensive but there is other products on the market made with the same ingredients that are less expensive.
My oranges go for juice and will be picked by the first week or two in December. The box count is down for the state of florida. It is 104 million boxes. By the time they are all picked by March, the box count will probably be in the low 90 millions, down from 155 million. So plan on paying more for orange juice. The HLB Greening Disease is hurting more acres of citrus.
United Suppliers is the name of the co-op that is set up to buy the urea. It is a midwestern company the supplies fertilizer to the farmers. But I believe they will sell it like a broker would do right out of the plant to the different fertilizer companies throughout the south. I know I could use 80 to 100 tons myself and I would take it as liquid or prelled. It is very volatile to the heat and sun so the best way to use it is before a rain or through irrigation for my orange trees and any other crop in the south or north for that matter. The site in Taylor has one wet spot on it next to a drain that was clogged, but that is being handled this week. And the borings for Clewiston are done and the site should have the finished paperwork from the EPA soon. So all is well on both fronts.
Hi DAVE1865, We probably know each other. Give me a call 570-352-6576
The deer do not eat oranges but the bucks will rub the little trees. I only have does around the grove but like they say, if there are does, there are bucks. It makes it hard for the deer with my eight foot fence. My farm in pa is leased out to a club called Sunrise Hunting Club. I can do something for you there for deer in Wayne County.
Yes, matterof fact, I was trying to get some last evening that had gotten into the grove yesterday. No bucks in the group I saw.
Sorry I have been quiet lately but I got all my work done in the orange grove and been a bum and spent some time fishing in the gulf for mullet. I too bought some more bigger blocks of the stock a week or so ago to add to my position. And maybe some more when my fruit is picked off and a check comes in. Sometime in the near future Ninja, I am going to drive up to Perry and see the site. Maybe I can contact you and meet you there.
If anybody has the ability to look at the Taylor paper; I think some news came out about BION up there.
Thank you traderwebb for putting up with my Rick Santelli Rant. I just do not think BION is telling us exactly why and where the hold up is. I am glad that they paid some money on the EPC, even thou they didnt spell it out. Maybe they need part of the Hendry County money also for the EPC, so until approval there they do not get the $2 million. I dont know. I too have been here since December 2012 right after the 41 cent spike. Not as long as you thou. Now that i got it off my chest, I will try to behave again LOL.
Maybe you think that this is good news, but cb104, I think it stinks. Once again you have pushed the EPC off until possibly March of 2015, five and a half months from now. Is this company not looking at the delays that it has made us wait through before? And am I the only one thinking about the economy of the U.S. and at what point hyper inflation is going to be upon us. BION get your EPC done and locked in and stop pussy footing around. I am going to try to think of what your next excuse you are going to use for another delay. Sorry about feeling this way but it stinks. I think they could be ready with bonds in hand by November 15 and stop this procrastinating.
Thanks Traderwebb for that article. If they have already secured the bank to sell the bonds to, which I believe they have; concrete will begin to be poured through the winter months while it is cooler and dryer. Dont forget that Hendry County is all but ready also to begin clearing work as soon as BION gets the ok back for the resolved problem of the storm water drain. We havent talked about the plants on the Mississippi, but they to will become of an interest as soon as the EPC is done.
Since,I believe, the price of the EPC is going to be worked into the price of the plants; that leaves the company with $3.3 million to use for the initial land clearing and operations. I believe this will all start coming together in a month or so. So buy your discounted shares now.
Cordaras, Please check the papers up in Taylor. I heard Bion was closing on the land this week and possibly entertaining some contracts on land clearing also. Thanks
Just heard tonight that Bryan K charges were completely dismissed. The HERALD ADVOCATE newspaper has the story on the front page. I am getting the paper in town tommorrow.
Off the record, Bryan is history and the Hendry site is ok now that they approved another 20 acres to the site and moviing the plant over away from the storm drain. What I am told is that the paperwork is submitted for the change for Hendry.
There is a nice article on the yahoo board about Bion getting the $5 million for the completion of the EPC. It raised my hopes and I thought I would share since I am staying in.
If I was one of the board members of Taylor, I would want to know the outcome of the audit before I sold the land. And then release the money when I was assured everything was in order, thus EPC last.
All I found out so far is that the audit is still ongoing from a firm from tallahasse; the buying of the land is back on and going to happen in a couple of weeks. If it was my dollar, I would wait for the audit before the land closing. And now the EPC can really not be finished until the other two are complete. So we are looking at end of year for that.
Sorry about that, had to stop and put a lid on the garbage can. It was beginning to stink. now, back to business.
I think now is the time to add another word onto jackjoy's name. Maybe jackjoyjerk; has a nice ring to it. REALLY, 100,000 sperm and you are the best you're mama could come up with?
I will see if I can nail something down by Friday. But I believe that Bion needs that 5 million from Taylor to pay for the EPC. So the Taylor meeting is very important to go well and the audit to insure confidence within the Taylor Board.
I think that we all should know by now that Bion has been low on cash. But to me they have done very well with no cash keeping their eye on the end result. Of course I am hopeful, but the EPC, I have been assured is close to being done. What jackjoy said about the meeting being hostile is true. The forensic audit of Bion's books is being done by a firm in Tallahasse and I have no time line on its completion. But where Bion has ordered the audit makes me feel good that a independent company that Taylor County wanted is promising. The land closing is probably going to be set back 2-3 weeks. A special meeting is being held some time this week again for the Taylor County Board. Bion is still moving forward with Taylor. Like I have said before, patience is needed again for this delay. I am staying in it.
what i have heard so far is that the meeting went well and no money was missing. The Taylor County board was pleased with their presentation but requested a more in depth look into the matter. Bion agreed and began working on the request this weekend for Taylor County and also for Bions peace of minnd.
Thanks Richard, It confirms what I told the board earlier. I hope Brian K and the Bion staff can give us investors some honest answers for the future. We deserve it.
Today is the day to buy more Bion.
It happened from what I heard last Wednesday. Brian was returning from Argentina where he owns or runs some other companies and it is also where his wifes family is from. They picked him up at the airport in Miami for theft as the article in the Hardee County newspaper said. The article that was read to me over the phone said, I believe, that Brian had taken $100,000 from Edgar L Davis to be invested into Columbia Oil and Gas Co.. Mr. Davis is also the man that owns the ground in Hardee Cty that Bion was going to build the plant on. From what I take of it, Mr. Davis has repeatedly tried to get a hold of Brian about this money and investment that Brian was going to make for Mr. Davis. Since no responce came from Brian, Mr. Davis took legal action requesting the return of the money or stock. Payments were set up but the article said the payments were not made which led Mr. Davis to request payment in full. From what I hear, this has been going on since this spring 2014 of asking to show or produce the money or the stock, but Brian didnt produce either. So Brian was arrested for theft and to be released on $50,000 bond and the money used for the bond had to be ligit. Where does that leave Bion? A board meeting happened on last Friday night. All ties with Brian were cut and I believe Carlos will take his place. The taylor site and Hendry site are still full steam ahead. The only thing they requested is a audit of Bion books by this Thursday. Sorry I didnt tell you earlier. But I am a long and I am going to stay long on this stock. This is like a board member getting caught in any other company. But it doesnt mean the company is bad.
Which site are you talking about. Taylor or Hendry The Hendry site in Clewiston turned out to be a storm water drain. The site plan was changed to include another twenty acres along with the fifty acres. So the plants site plan will slide the plant over so as to not interfere with the storm drain. I believe everything should now be ok.
If they dont have the money to pay for the EPC, there will be no time lines on any starts or finishes of any plants. I guess the man that had the extra money to help this company along must have split also. Again the money is the same problem with Hardee County. They got all the permits that they need, but they are trying to get a grant from IDA for the rail spur. Why, because they again do not have the money. If we add up their commitments, the money they would need to get their sh.. in order is close to plus or minus 20 million
I would not expect any forward movement on this stock until some wrongs are righted and mainly EPC,EPCand EPC
Another delay, this is what I was talking about. I want BION to rise but it is a battle all the way.
I am concerned tnat the EPC will not be done in time for bonds to be issued this year or something else will happen.
I read the report. One question. How do they own 12 million in property when they rent everything and didnt pay for any ground?
I feel your anticipation for Bion but for now you had better leave Hardee County out of it. I did some talking to the IDA and for whatever the reasons are , these people have locked horns with Bion and will not let them continue here. I feel if Bion had the money to pay for the six hundred acres that they supposedly bought or just was able to pay the 1.7 million for the original deal, things would be different. And not to mention the scrutinizing of the county residents of the past supposed scandal of the IDA. Bion has spent a lot of time and money on this site in Hardee County. Time will tell if the two bulls will get along. But right now the answer is NO
