Welcome to the board Steve. I'm just a simple mule who talks (distant cousin to Francis for any Donald O'Connor fans out there) and like this stock mainly because of the management team including its Russian contacts. As you're involved with a number of other pinks may I ask what it is about SPRL that appeals to you?
News hopefully soon. Chart triangle looks ready to pop north.
Stockhog, be sure to ask Steve about the following false PR. (I just ran across it on another board, but apparently Domain posted it sometime earlier on this board.) Damaging stuff. Just wonder if it's not the only one falsified.

sljb false PR....
email to Intec and their reply:
Hi,
My name is ... and I am a shareholder of Sulja Building Supply...I have a few questions following this news release, if you could please take the time to read them. Below is a news release that came out in The United States, regarding your company, on May 17th, 2006:
LoftWerks/Sulja's Parent Company Consultech Furthers Middle East Growth
WINDSOR, ON -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 17, 2006 -- LoftWerks (OTC: LFWK) LoftWerks/Sulja Bros. today announces that Consultech's Midwest Operation has signed a new contract in partnership with Intec Industries in Berlin to construct two tire recycling plants in the Middle East. Intec Industries is a world renowned and front runner of tire recycling technology.
The first plant is to be located in Saudi Arabia and the second one is to be constructed in the United Arab Emirates. Consultech Director General, Petar Vucicevich, upon signing the contract in Berlin, stated, "We are pleased to sign another agreement with our friends in the Middle East. We have been doing business in the region for a few years now and this new project solidifies our presence even more. At the same time, we have a new partner in Intec Industries. We plan on furthering our business in the future once our project in the Middle East is a success."
A Consultech spokesperson stated that all necessary fixtures, construction and finishing materials would be provided through Sulja Building Supply. This project is estimated to generate 30 Million Euros; construction on the site will begin in August 2006; completion date is projected in about 8 months.
Can you please confirm or deny whether this news release is accurate?
If it is accurate, has the project commenced as originally planned, in August?
And when is completion date set for?
Do you have any more potential projects with this company...or just the building of the two tire recycling plants?
If this news release is false, have you heard of this company stating they have a contract with you...and if so, please explain.
I greatly appreciate anything you can add to my inquiry's and thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you.
Best Regards,
...

Why does this remind me of Python's Search for the Holy Grail with Stock and Arys as King Arthur and Sir Lancelot charging that castle and Petar and Steve hurling back all manner of insults from the ramparts above.
But I do applaud this effort. Go get em, Artie and Lance!!
Hard to believe the trip was a waste of time. Expecting good news at some point. Chart looking strong after healthy retracement. Good entry point now. MA's clearly show long downtrend over and new one up underway. Lots of upside from here. Good luck all. Consider myself fortunate to have discovered this stock recently when I did (and have to credit you know who for that).
'Specially like the fact that company went into silent mode for months when working hard behind the scenes. No attemt to put out fluff PRs. Now, with Nov. 14 PR and hiring of IR firm, stage seems set for steady release of news. All good. Thanks to those providing solid DD on board. You know who you are.
Confident still that this will make up for my losses plus more after unfortunate SLJB. (Shareholders taking matters into their own hands over there. Who can blame them.)
"Strat Petroleum it is going to purchase the Russian petroleum company"???!!!!
Thanks for the sensible words, rrufff. Have followed your posts over at SLJB and come to respect your opinions a great deal. You might want to provide the link to your board dealing with the NSS issue for anyone interested. You're certainly up on that subject. (Not that I'm imlying in any way that SPRL is a victim of it. But always pays to know the modus operandi of the enemy before he even becomes one.)
Excellent words of Soloman-like wisdom from Brent regarding letting this board return to some degree of proper decorum after all the personal attacks, HOWEVER I do believe that IDHI owes this board a disclosure of what was said in the follow-up talk with Robert. IDHI, you must have returned the call. Have you been asked to remain silent as you were asked by Robert re the original message from him? Or is it just possible that what he told you in the follow-up was positive such that you will not divulge if and until you buy back in tomorrow?
I'm still not willing to say you have willfully misled this board in anything you've said up to this point in time. But I am eager to hear your response to the above. Thanks.
OK,thanks IDHI for that. Another question re below. I'm sure you must have wanted to hear what Mr. Yeggy was calling you back about. What was his message? After all, having posted what you have already, anything less than full disclosure would not be fair to shareholders.

Now this SPRL thing is getting whackier, as Robert Yeggy ....
is attempting to call me again. I know he didn't want me to say anything about his earlier comments, but no way I'm going to hold back on what was stated.
Eik, thank you.eom.
IHDR, can you provide a link to that statement about Howard Bloomberg calling Sam possibly the next Oil Baron? Would be interesting to see Bloomberg's reasons for such a statement. As your credibility is on the line (I came to this stock through your posts and have subsequently recommended it to others, so, yes, you may conclude I am royally pi--ed if this is another SLJB) this shouldn't be asking too much.
The PR was BS pure and simple. Had been keeping an eye looking for reason to get in again. This provided the opposite unfortunately. GL to all. I'm more than happy just sticking with my SPRL alone for now.
OT. Out of curiosity, anybody check out SPRL after I mentioned it a couple of times? Thank goodness I found something quick to dull the pain after my big loss here. SPRL story compelling...
This just keeps better and better. Already the bitterness of the SLJB fiasco starting to fade.
Thanks Frankie. Same to you.eom
OT. Haven't been around for several months in this one. Popping in to suggest anyone looking for a good stock might want to check out SPRL. Good luck to all.
OT. I hope from my posting history I am not considered a basher, or a pumper. My reasons for departing this stock have been stated. (Could be summed up basically, by saying the completely unsubstantiated PRs by management threaten to result in a halt of trading at any time). Yet still keeping an eye on developments hoping to see something positive to justify re-entering (but with each passing day, that's looking more and more unlikely).
Anyways,I'm suggesting anyone looking for a stock to buy into check out SPRL. Both the fundamentals and, as of the Friday close, the technicals - short and long-term -look very interesting. Seems to have broken out of a long downtrend and the Nov. 14th PR looks to be only the beginning of a many to come after a long hiatus of news. JMHO, but I certainly like my chances there better than here at least at this point in time.
But good luck again to all regardless of your decision. I certainly do sympathize with the losses, paper or real suffered by so many.
IHDR, at one time I would have been giving you a hard time over at the SLJB board, but, with the writing on the wall - barring any surprise miracle PR by Steve - have to admit the skeptics like yourself are being vindicated. Anyways, thanks for your heads-up about SPRL. Your comments at ChickenMan got me started on my dd and here I am as a result. Sure would be great to get back what I lost on that turkey.
Have been keeping an eye on developments since exiting a few days ago with major loss. Still cannot fathom the continuing silence on the AFs and the lack of Wessal confirmation. My decision to sell and just as important decision not to re-enter simply has to do with the huge shift in risk-to-reward ratio. Before the .10 plateau was breached I saw the downside limited to maybe .07 based on less than stellar fAFs. Never did I think that there might be a problem with outright misleading PRs re ME connections. The reward I saw as perhaps .30-.50 short-term with decent Afs and more longer-term.
But now, I see risk as much greater: ie the stock could be shut down, and if I had to give odds of that, I'd say 50% chance. The fact that it hasn't could, on the one hand, be a reason to be optimistic, but on the other hand, might just be a reflection of the fact that both the SEC and the Ontario Securities Commission are overworked these days looking into complaints on a multitude of companies. (There was an article to that effect about the OSC in one of our Toronto papers recently.) A halt could come at any time and shareholders holders must take that prospect very seriously.
And the reward prospects now? Well, if by some miracle the AFs and the ME connections are as advertised, there simply has been too much damage to the company's credibility in other areas - ie holding back on good AFs suggests possible manipulation. Not a good pedigree to lure back serious investors longterm.
Bottom line: much reduced upside and much higher risk. I'll stay out thank you.
For anyone who cares I have spent the last few days doing some research on other stocks and have selected SPRL to hopefully begin the journey northward again - ironically. it closed almost exactly the same as SLJB today, but moving strongly in the other direction.
Well, in with 86000 at .022 today. Too bad SLJB took 85% of my funds - what a joke that stock became after such promising beginnings (and looks like the promises were deliberately misleading - but glad I found this one to start up again. From the proverbial acorn...
Thanks for the great dd on this board. Originally discovered it from IDHR on his board and then was pleasantly surprised to find TFN and Brent, both whose posts I respected at SLJB, were mods.
Chart looking great. Should attract many new eyes.
TalkingMuley $10,500
Sorry to hear that, Cowboy. You were someone whose posts I always paid attention to. Maybe this thing will turn around for you. Hope so. But right now, you remind me of Slim Pickens whooping it up straddled across the Big One hurtling into oblivion at the end of Dr. Strangelove.
Sorry but have to disagree. I live in Toronto and have wealthy friend who had his house up for sale far longer than he wished. Had to chop down his asking price a fair bit. Times are changing. Housing becoming a buyers market. Wouldn't surprise me to see significant slowing down in construction starts, esp'ly Windsor area which is not as upscale as Toronto.
Yes, maybe. But he also called companies that were specifically named as having deals with us. Go back to the thread of posts late last night. Maybe 1;30 to 2;30am. Some good data there about ME "connections". Stuff I had never seen before coming from Arabic Shareholder(s) whose comments were translated.
Must run now. DO YOUR DD. Good luck to all who sold and to all holding.
Sometimes the corporate veil can be lifted in cases of fraud and personal assets are reachable. But here, the claims would be so overwhelmimg that you would get a pittance, if anything. Remeber its only assets after debts AND lawyers get their share.
They credit you with nothing, but the stock might resume trading after they investigate, but history shows, in the absence of good news from the company it opens at a far lower price where only crapshooters will give it a whiff. In this case - again IF NO POSITIVE NEWS - I would guess around half a cent. but only speculating.
This was the post that broke the (non-existent) camel's (cruel pun intended) for me. Check back to last night for the background by clicking on Penny's posts.
And hey, I hope it isn't true. And, as someone suggested, maybe thew enquiry should have focussed on the name Wessal, rather than Sulja. But for me, I just decided to salvage what small per cent I could. Sometimes better to run and live to fight another day.

PLEASE READ, I CALLED THE RED SEA GROUP IN DUBAI...
An Indian lady picked up. She's the biggest liar on earth and opened my eyes to many bad things. I used the office number.
1) she refused to answer a single question, I asked her of their relation to Wessal, no answer. Al-Muslamani, no comment. Their parent company, no comment. She kept on saying you can email and I'll reply back to you.
2) I told her if I sent an email whether she would reply or not and she said "I'm not in the office right now. That big fat liar, I told her isn't this the office number!? she said yes but I can't ummm oohhh I mean I can't reply to your question.
3) I told her are you located near JUMEIRAH and she said NO, are you located near JEBEL ALI-DEIRA and she said no.
There's nothing called a redsea group!!! BIG SCAM!!!
I also called red sea housing, which does exist in Dubai and they don't know Sulja bros.
I also called Al-Zayyani in Manama, Bahrain and they don't even know the Sulja's.
Protect your capital. I swear that this is what happened. Take it or leave it.
Check around 9.50 or so this morning. Sorry, already late for a business matter. He posted also early in the a.m that he speaks arabic and with the help of dd given to him by other posters he came up with some numbers to call to try to verify the Wessal link. So I was eagerly awaiting what he would out. When he posted the result aabout 9.50am I said to myself sayanora SLJB.
No, the feeling is much worse when you lose everything which is becoming more and more a possibility if the SEC steps in.
Pappee, get while you can still salvage something. Speaking from experience.
Pop, so sorry for your loss and thanks sincerely for the efforts you have gone to to keep all informed. Me, I exited half on the open this morning at .019 and then, when I read Penny's post about his talk to Red Sea group - which I knew he had undertaken to do late last night as I was still reading posts at 3am - that convinced me and I sold off the rest at .017.
Have to say feel quite a relief that this ordeal after months of jockeying my othe stocks all over to this one is finally over. Tough loss. Had far worse over the years but always had good income at the time to get back in there. This time, no such cushion, but hey, got the health, got a loving woman, and got my resolve to learn from this
Best of luck to you and family. This too shall pass. And when all is said and done - what is it that determines your reality? Only the thoughts you choose to focus on. That's the treasure we all have that is so often overlooked.
Qug, have to concur, unfortunately. Emotion clouds rationality too often in these things - whether to buy, whether to add, whether to hold, whether to sell, whether to buy back in. I exited all this morning at .018 -110000 shares bought at about .10 average.
Good luck to you and I have always appreciated your forthright posts.
Penny, Thanks. I'm out. Suggest all strongly consider doing same. Been a beleiver up till this morning. Been stuck in shutdown stocks before. Horrible.
I'm certainly sympathetic to you for your loss, phyllo. Although mine was far less in total dollars it also happened to be 100% of my savings. But I'm single, no dependents. Will recover, but will take years.
OT. Oil, it will have to wait in line after the Bre-X diamond mine scandal here from a few years which is still going through the courts. Capper there was that the geologist who did the allegedly phony assay committed suicide by jumping from a helicopter in the Far East before testifying. OR, was he pushed. Now that's a mystery.
BTW, I'm still optimistic about our situation, at least, choosing to be.
Muybe a dingo ayt your buybe?
Golfndude. Read it again, exclamation mark.
I'm just throwing this out, and I'm as p-----d off as anyone (my only stock and virtually every cent in it), but his PR did say 4 EST, not 4pm. If one thing has been apparent from Petar's writings it's that he does seem to choose his words carefully. I'm guessing he deliberately left off the pm just in case his "paperwork" requirements demanded far more of his time than he expected, and that may well be the case. He'd hoped for 4pm but if not, then 4am to still fall within his word. (Of course technically it's 4am of the next day, but I'm not going to quibble.)
And of course no one is hurt more in the pocketbook if it turns out we get the Holy Grail ANYTIME this weekend.
We all have ultimate power of choosing how we wish to react to circumstamces with our thoughts. The poorest man in the eyes of another can be the richest in his own eyes. Totally up to what he chooses to create with his thoughts, the only reality that counts.
OT. Allinone, just read of your heart incident. I had same scare about 6 months ago. Dizziness, sweating, palpitations. Went by ambulance to emergency. Ran tests all day. Negative. More tests the following week: stress test, camerawork. Negative. Then just this past month, still more tests by a different cardiologist plus a monitor for 2 weeks. All negative. Heart's in great shape I'm told.
Moral of the story: yes, stress can play some nifty tunes on us at times. Don't read more into your symptoms than need be. Stay cool - like the Fonz, or Petar in the photo. Best wishes and thanks for the input these past few months.
Good positive divergence on the MACD, RSI, and Stochs on the 15 min and hourly. BBs on 15 ready to pop. BBs on hourly levelled off. Looking good.
