That's been a long time coming. Glad I got out months ago. I distinctly remember seeing people back in January letting us know a no bid price would come then the company would disappear. Jordan Belfort got y'all.
It certainly does seem to by cyclical based on when all the options are expiring. Not sure how anyone could manipulate their way to a profit though, since you would have to take detrimental positions to drive the price down.
Those 30B at .0001 are long gone. We're into the next 20B by now. Good news is they can't drop any more than that under Reg A offerings.
That would implicate them in fraud under subpoena and you can't hide that from the FBI by deleting it.
That would take some immense purchasing. So many billions of flippers will need to get paid at every tick.
That would be illegal Surf. 5 million max capital raise from reg. A. The most that could be sold without selling below their par value is 50
Billion.
... But it might take 15 billion buys at .0003 before we get there lol. Some tangible news would make it happen though.
The flipping was inevitable but will decrease exponentially with each tick as the profit margin becomes smaller with every move up. Going from 2 to 3 is a 50% gain and at least half of the buyers at 2 will take it. For the same returns for the new buyers they'll need to sell at 4.5 (some will round up or down, probably with a split if sellers between 4 and 5), then you'll need 8's and tens, then 16's and 20's.
Point I'm making is once the flippers at three are bought out the same buying pressure that got us there would take it to 6. We're just swing sticky prices because were so close to the floor.
I don't call that a dump though - no new shares are being pushed into the market, it's a bidding up, and provided this thing isn't exposed as fraud, it's going to slowly work.
I don't think so. Look at the volume over the last few months. Even at 50
Billion shares sold to accredited investors (max allowable under a Reg A offering), 90%+ have been sold for .0002 or better by now. It sucks that money didn't go to the company, but to some sheisty scumbag who basically plundered what would have been the company's equity but for purposes of market cap that point is somewhat irrelevant.
Either the MM's are awful low on shares or there are a sh*t ton of short sellers who need to cover right now with buys.
3 is what we know has been sold. Andy said he wanted to sell another 3 but he apparently didn't remember that regulation A can't be used to raise more than 5 million.
He never pulled a blatant dump over the last 2 years like this accredited investor thing. I've checked out the 3 year reports and the volume was never anywhere near this level.
The salary thing won't be so easy once these have been thrown into the open market. 3/5 of all public control is already outside of the accredited investor's hands. I can tell you I won't be voting for a 400k salary haha.
Lol yes he has, but he would argue that he had to when he did. At the end of the day if he's trying to make a business out of this, why wouldn't he care about his shareholders. He can't just take the money from the company for personal use and he currently pays himself no salary. His ownership stake in the company is the only way he gets paid right now, I can't see any way around him having the same vested interest as we do, he was just in a tough spot when he had to sell the 30 billion.
Now he's not.
Unless they are rat holes it would make no sense to do so at this point. He would get the additional 2 million in cash for half to a third the marginal dilution... Which according to his own PR's dilutes his personal share of stock as well.
So unless all 50 million were sold a long time ago, or Andy is being a fraud again, selling another 50
Billion to accredited investors is a poor play.
He needed to do it before to enough capital to buy a pot farm. Now selling into the market is the best move.
Thank you Janice. I was concerned I had left too much to subtle inference. Lol
You call it a shake out, but what concerns me is that the only people who know something we don't are the "ratholes", (accredited investors at best) who bought the 30 billion shares. Why are they shaking out their own bag of stock to the market at a lower price if news is coming? If anyone is going to know, it will be them. I have my doubts about when we'll hear something.
So the MM's can sell at less than what they paid for their shares when the decline starts again? I doubt they'd go for that.
I think there are no t-trades on pink sheets. Last minute trades showing up late. What do I make of them?
I think it's one MM loading another back up. Notice how there was a long series of 100 share trades and 911 share trades. MM's signaling one another. Where does that leave us? No clue.
You are right about the first part at least. There was 18 billion on bid at .0001 today I'd heard. The dumpers can't eat through those kinds if numbers.
Hey if he can show us a good purchase with all this money we could see market cap increase 10x overnight... But why would the MM's still want to get out so badly then? Cause you know they're on the inside. Food for thought.
I've been saying ;)
5 mil is Andy's cap on what he can get out of Reg A offerings. Praying he puts it to good use.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. I've had that though for weeks. Keep in mind though there are logistical limits. We know 30 billion were sold and the most Andy could sell under regulation A legally is 50 billion at .0001. So there is a bottom... Somewhere.
Probably not. The MM's don't show their hand. BMAK usually only shows an ask of 10,000 when in truth they've had 20 billion hidden behind it for weeks.
Rumor is that could mean "I need shares". But in all likelihood the code on a stock with this much manipulation is unlikely to he that simple. I saw that 100 get thrown up too and wondered.
Why would the insiders dump their remaining shares before good news? This line of logic makes no sense to me.
HOW?!?! Did this just happen. The MM's should be completely out of shares. We've hade 40+ billion in volume already. I just cannot believe they have that many left to sell. My mind is completely blown, the dumpin should have been sputtering out. Even if he sold 50 billion that should be sputtering out too. Wth is going on here?
It's true. It's always beginning of the day or end of the day.
Still doesn't get Andy around the 5 million dollar cap on regulation A offerings.
Bro it's the Borg who are supposed to write the PR's. The Klingons only write with the blood of their foes.
I Lol'd heartily at that post.
Well they do have 3
Million dollars to blow. Live fast
In New York.
Interesting. But what does it mean?
Possibly. I'm not a psychic. I'm holding a bag like everyone else, but I was just sharing some DD.
They legitimately cannot dilute much further.
50B MAX DILUTION: See the rules for regulation A offerings.
Despite what any represented in his PR he cannot generate capital from regulation A offering in excess of 5 million in a 12 month period from regulation A offerings without falling under the standard reporting and registration requirements of the SEC. Look up the write up on "microcaps" on the SEC website if you'd like to see for yourself.
GLTA
Right. I can understand why his deal with the devil was necessary in the first place.
After the pps was down to the .0008's back in December and no deal for the acquisition of an MJ facility could be created without more capital he had a choice:
1. Float the shares on the market and hope it takes long enough for the pps to sink to no bid that you can raise the capital to buy a farm
2. Make a deal with accredited investors to get the money up front, pump up the price with news, then let them rape your shareholders to satisfaction in hopes you can make a go of it with the cash
If he tries 1 before he tries 2 it's all over because the investors aren't interested in long term gains. They want their blood money and off to the next crime scene.
... Or Andy is basically the wolf of Wall Street getting briefcases of money from these rat holes he calls accredited investors with no actual pot farm.
It's one or the other lol
I wasn't speaking to why he would want the price to rise. I was saying that if he sold shares into the market now as the company it would increase our assets to market cap ratio and provide more bang for the buck in terms of investment capital.
The problem I see right now (accountants perspective) is this company is a 9 million market cap company with 3 million in assets.
Turn that into 14 million market cap with 8 million in assets and this looks a lot more reasonable.
... The price of the stock has no reflection on the company's assets. Even if market cap goes up to 60 million the company still only has 3 mil in cash. Just an FYI too, under SEC regulation rules he can't raise more than 5 million in 12 months with a regulation A offering and still be exempt from audited financials and the other SEC regs. Check out the SEC publication on micro caps.
Worst case scenario we're looking at 50,000,000,000 O/S for the next 9 months... And we already took 30 of that up the a$$ lol
It would be pretty stupid if Andy is selling those next 30 billion in private again. If he's putting them on the market as the company it will actually help a lot.
Lol those 2 billion people in front of you. Orders are only going out at the bid in small lots. You'd need to wait a week if you want .0002's.
No way man. I'm rooting for them but with market cap of 6-9 mill and assets of 3 we've got a lot of implied goodwill
Yes, with an ask that is 2 to 3 times higher than it was when the MM's bought in with 3 million bucks to save it from bankruptcy (so the story goes at least). It's not like it's trading at a penny with market cap of 3 billion. It's trading at .0003 and .0002 which is market cap of about 6-9 million. Three times the businesses assets, but in a hot industry with potential.
There is a real need to see what the DD is going to bring. A good tv series could bring in revenue in the millions plus profit from a very high margin industry. A huge ROI could be achieved, we just need to know that it's real.
That bid is still bigger than the ask though.
