Would other II's want a change in control? To Ronin?
TS
Wonder why Ronnin didn't issue this letter before the split? Maybe this could have brought us over a buck.
tS
Teeny tiny options activity........just saying.
TS
They split this thing and now somehow I owe Scottrade $20.00. Its never ending I tell ya....
TS
Anybody know the OS number? Scottrade says 297MM. Thanks.
TS
But how did PPHM know someone would buy the shares? If that is what you are implying.
TS
JJ, I get that. I'm just trying to figure out why the sudden interest in this thing? Bad/Neutral news comes out and "someone" supports the price, on the eve of a split. I don't know..... It hurts my head sometimes to try and figure it out.
TS
There is your deep V Wook. eom
TS
? Why? EOM
TS
I'm going to ask again.....who the heck is buying?
TS
Who the heck is buying?
TS
Doesn't a RS make us profitable instantaneously?
TS
200,000/7, shares that is.
TS
Is that the extension? Until the 7th? So the extension was granted?
tS
So we have until the 7th, is that right?
TS
There is no list, that's my point. The whole thing is odd to me. Is Ronnin just looking at Avid? Thanks.
TS
That's a great question, and I have no Idea. But I do find it "weird" that a sudden interest was taken in PPHM. I'm not inferring that we are a diamond in the rough, maybe we are, maybe we aren't? It just strikes me as odd that several million dollars are thrown at a placebo, that's all. But hey, I did it, so maybe they are as dense as I am. Time will tell.
But for some reason we have big bp trying out our wares. Should that be taken lightly that they are injecting people with our placebo on the words of SK....the board. Is that how it's done?
Thanks
TS
TOG, do you think Ronin knew any of this before they dumped their millions in? Thanks.
TS
Tesoro's corporate goals for Immuno-oncology platform:
Continue to enroll patients with MSI-H metastatic endometrial cancer in the ongoing trial of TSR- 042, with the intent of submitting the results and a request to FDA for accelerated approval
Identify the first clinical candidate within the MD Anderson collaboration in 2Q 2017
Identify dose and schedule for TSR-022 by mid-2017 and for TSR-022 plus an anti-PD-1 mAb in 2H
Don't like adding to the conspiracies, but.....
TS
Classic IFU, positively hilarious!
TS
So after all the poop talk about the BOD, the RS and the "placebo" being a....placebo, people are still holding?
WTF?
TS
Rev and anyone else: Have you sold due to the RS that "is coming"? If no, can you explain why? Thanks !

If Avid was spun off today, would it be profitable? Thanks!

My best friend was diagnosed with stage 2/3 pancreatic cancer about a month ago. He's healthy, been to all of the local places here in L.A., Hoag, U.C.L.A., City of Hope, Johns Hopkins (Baltimore). Hoag wanted to operate immediately, U.C.L.A. said chemo, then operate, City said "chemo, but your are toast" and Johns Hopkins said chemo, radiation then surgery. What a strange and convoluted trip it has been. Any way, was doing some research and found this:
"Virulizin®: Virulizin is a biological therapy that activates the body’s own immune system to recognize and eliminate cancer cells. The exact mechanism by which Virulizin works has not been identified with certainty. However, researchers think that it induces apoptosis (cell death) of cancer cells by stimulating the release of tumor necrosis factor and stimulating macrophages, the clean-up cells of the immune system.
An early-phase clinical trial evaluating Virulizin in the treatment of pancreatic cancer demonstrated that 58% of patients lived six months or longer. On average, patients lived 6.8 months. Treatment with Virulizin was well tolerated. In the Phase III trial the addition of Virulizin to Gemzar resulted in a median overall survival of 6.8 months and a one-year survival rate of 27.2% compared with six months and 16.8% for Gemzar alone.16 Virulizin is not currently FDA approved for the treatment of pancreatic cancer in the United States."
Has anyone heard of this? Thanks!
TS
If not the ATM, would a private placement worked out better for us? Let them in at .45? Thoughts?
TS
So, I wonder how much of the HALO cash grab is coming to PPHM? Some of that 115 million has to be for production.....right? Thoughts?
TS
Theres a joke somewhere in your post Wook.
TS
Hey rev, is the institution increase a bad thing? Thoughts? Thanks
TS
Ha! No thanks.
TS
Lets say we are given a reprieve by NASDAQ and not delisted. Would that news move the sp? Just wondering if that alone is worth .10? Would that imply something is going on behind the scenes that is going to move the price higher?
If this has been discussed already, then never mind. Have a good day everyone!
TS
Dying over here Ship.....!
TS
So you think it will be at $10? Why? Thanks
TS
My Scottrade says 4.9 million shares out, is that right?
TS
What's a "large buy"?
TS
8.25 mm traded tomorrow? More, less?
TS
Thanks, do you suppose we will drop to .94 before any bounce?
TS
What was the news? Thank you
TS
"did not reach mOS compared to mOS of 12.1 months for the placebo plus docetaxel arm [HR = 0.24; p < 0.001]." ?
Meaning they are still alive? Anyone.....?
