Good thing it is only 4 BILLION
Exactly what projects have been completed????
I'm on the same page.
The 8K actually spells out more than just the debt payment. It was settled on the 22nd. How many of those 105,000,000 shares do you think JMJ has been holding the last couple of weeks? You really think $MINE is going to issue a PR while they hold those shares and raise the PPS while they cash out.
Actually, you are missing a lot, but I don't think anything I say is going to help.
Seriously... lol. It really is THAT obvious. Go read the sales on the new Reg 1A and then compare the SS.
I agree and way to risky with the SS for even the toxic financiers. He's banked already on the last Reg 1A with the 750,000,000 he issued to himself for 4 years of salary when the price was over .01 in my opinion. I can't figure out what he is doing.
Funny. Just waiting for the huge dump and volume explosion. They have no demand despite the promos and another weak PR. tick tock.
Sure it has... Right on time with the next 15.5 BILLION dump.
Guessing Feller has his new 1A approved. Not sure how many people are going to be buying shares at .0001 and then trying to unload at .0002. There could be 3 billion in volume today and this still wouldn't move off the 2s.
Dude must have a short memory when it comes to prison... he sure isn't scared to blatantly screw over everyone.
lol.. just wait. wait for it.
Dang, I should have read this post first before replying to the other one...lol
That would be awesome... if you had money invested in a stock with an 'actual' mj business and not an ATM for the CEO and his friends.
There is nothing but air and money in fellner and his buddies pockets. 750 million shares at .008 average = cool 6 million for salary between 2010 and 2014??? I'm guessing he dumped those even higher.
On the sheet, delete ds_25 total as you have it correct in another name. The total on ds_25 was pretty short compared to my actual count anyway.
I have no idea... he can still reverse it before the offering is deemed effective. One thing for sure... he isn't growing or dispensing marijuana in Colorado under the Bearpot name.
I was surprised when I read it.
Looks like he sold about 24 billion of the initial offering.
I doubt he'll get much movement in the 15.5 offering with the current price.
Not like he needs it at this point anyway. He and others have banked off the 30 billion offering.
Fellner: 750,000,000 shares: What price do you think he dumped them?
Shoot, let's just go with an average sale in Feb-March of .001 even though it was a dumpfest and much higher prices. He received them on January 17th.
750,000... lol In all seriousness, when he started selling the stock was over a penny. Do the math on that... no wonder it is so easy for him to spend money on promotions... etc.
ouch.

Reg -1A finally up: 15.5 Billion more shares in the next offering. He can sell another 15.5 Billion shares if all of these are sold.
You can see who made off like bandits in the sells finally:
Original 1A filing:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/post_new.aspx?board_id=14702
Amended filing:
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/vprr/14/9999999997-14-010096
Sent the 2A(s) from the 8th and 9th:
So those two sales were for the offerings in 2013 (August and March). The SEC must have requested those docs for the the current offering.
He didn't sell much, making 105,000 and 55,000 on the two offers off the public prior to the current 30 billion offering.
Hopefully they 'locate' the NEW offering and email it to me soon.
Is he doing these to distinguish a clear termination date so he can expand under the 5 mill with the new offering sitting in there?
This is a piece of work.
Received the 2a and they are locating the 1a... Do you have an email and I'll forward the 2 sales docs. Sounds lien the 1a is not far behind. No charge.
Nope and they ignored me yesterday. Usually I get a response about 'hearing from the other office'.
They posted an amended Reg 1A.... still no access to any of the 'new' filings.
Yea... look at that crazy volume... lol Your game is up.
Something is up:
Just sent a status request... been doing it every Monday, but skipped yesterday. We'll see...
I am in the process, but they seem to be in no hurry even if I pay 28.00 for them.
Franklin receives offerings and they need some way to make it look legit...
They closed in NYC in the Chrysler building and used a closing agent, a law office retained by Post Oak, LLC.
H. McFarland is a Managing Director at the firm and handled the closing. I seriously feel for anyone making trades based off anything said here, especially if you are basing decision off 'her' posts.
'She' needs to watch her hands because the axe is getting ground to a nub. Seriously, scorned much???
Can you imagine being an ex... lol
he has another reg1A sitting there... you really think he submitted it for the fun of it...lol
Common sense on the news today... it really is that simple. The whole Post Oak, LLC thing not existing and raising red flags... it sure made me come out of the woodwork after seeing the B.S. spewed repeatedly...
No office in the Chrysler Tower, no incorporation in New York... come on... lol
Be smart... dig a little. This company just keeps doing things right and the pps will follow. I guarantee there are institutional investors mulling over this news today.
Class C share guarantee and more importantly a very solid and BELIEVABLE business plan for them to hand MINE 2 million.
This statement seems to be escaping a lot of people today.
The loan also matures in 2 years. You have to be pretty confident you are ramping up quickly to ensure full payment, interest and principle, at the maturity date in two years.
Granted, this can be extended, but terms and principle will be up for negotiations if they try to extend.
Securing the loan:
Find the law firm where McFarland works in the Chrysler Tower.... there are MANY and he can sign as the managing director on behalf of Post Oak, LLC located in Santa Barbara, Ca. I can guarantee it behooves them to close a deal in NYC, Houston, LA... etc instead if having them fly all over the country on multi million dollar deals.
This is not uncommon.... unless you are on iHub or twitter apparently.
Whatever you do... keep up the predictions... lol
Although, the way this ship is sinking... by the time I get it there may be no one around to see it except you and surfcast.
Of course, I fully expect it to be uploaded in Edgar the day I pay for it as well... haha.
Here:
ds_25,
The cost will be 28.00 dollars. No you do not have to submit another request. Once I hear back from our program office I will contact you via e-mail.
Thanks

Hi - What is the cost of obtaining the document? Do I have to complete another request with the fee waiver unchecked?
ds_25
I'm in wait mode per my contact to hear back from the 'program office'.
That's what I meant... sorry. I'm gonna have to pay 28.00, but it looks like I'll get it. I had to push pretty hard Monday and we got hung up on trying to have the fee waived. Now, final approval from the program office and I should receive it.
