Totally agreed. He is a very smart CEO and I remember at certain point Elite only had Lodrane which was forced to stop manufacturing it due to FDA policy change. That was one of the time that Elite could have gone under water. Then Nasrat become CEO a couple years after and within 10 years now we have an OTC company which has annual sale of $40M+ and in a year or two we will have $100M+ sale in my opinion. Plus we have been cash flow positive for many years now and with a very strong pipeline and lots of needle movers drugs.

Nothing happened by chance rather than with a great leadership and by someone who cares for shareholders, including himself.

I just hope after that approval they also chase SequestOx or the patented version of ADT Oxy without Naltrexone which is 90% cheaper to produce, I'm refer to below comment from Nasrat.

Agreed with you James. Not only actually gave us the media exposure so many find out who is this gem, the Elite but also it is the sign we are sole and first generic ADT Oxycontin. BTW ADT is/should be identical to Purdue's but after we get into Generic Oxycontin market then we have our own SequestOx in the back pocket which will make us the First again.

Purdue has analyzed all of this and that's why they felt huge threat from the sleeping giant, the Elite.

Sacklers still have hope to exist in Pharma industry through Kona Pharma and Rhodes Pharma and maybe others the just love money. It seems they are waiting till all of the lawsuits get to a closure and they will come out of bankruptcy.

Anyway, Elite with first generic Oxycontin is the biggest threat for them at this point so they started sueing to see if they can stop us.

Generic Oxycontin is only icing on the cake. With well planned ADHD drugs like generic Adderall, Vyvanse and Concerta Elite will be over $1 pps.

I agree with Pharma Sleuth, last few years Elite main focus has been ADHD drugs and with Adderall, Vyvanse and Concerta, the billions dollar drugs, Elite will be over $1 pps. Oxycodone is just icing on the cake.

Why Purdue Pharma, Sackler family, who pleaded guilty and are under watch by supreme court, public and governments officials would file a lawsuit to sue a small OTC company, Elite Pharma?! Why are they worried? I agree maybe ELTP is the FIRST company that filed their submission for Generic Oxycontin so they got scared. Don't forget Purdue knew Elite (ELI) from long time ago back in 2004 and knows they are capable, a sleeping monster ;)
