That’s a good point. It just seems like a good entry spot for WL if there was a pump coming.
Correct. Today will tell me a lot about whether to buy back in at .0006 or .0007 or to steer clear.
If it cannot hold 6 then it was likely a quick pump.
I also wonder if this was more coordinated crap for WL.
Who is to say that they weren’t loading at .0004 and .0005. Would love to see this move but they would be selling at .0008 to make their quick profits.
If the traffic on this board picks up and Twitter does the same, tomorrow could be interesting.
I want to see those 20M shares back on the bid at .0006 tomorrow. If not, I don’t like it and it indicates some MM games.
But if it does... then something could be cooking for a short term swing play.
I’m rooting for you. Like a handful of others here, ur a stand up dude.
7 might be a good entry point. Tempted. But not yet convinced. After hour news would make some of this volume make sense.
At the very least, maybe this gets Twitter talking about a momentum play. People that sold in the last few weeks maybe able to get in below .001 and flip it at .002 on sheer volume with no news at all.
I’m watching closely to see what happens. I’d love to make back a little of the money I lost but I need justification for why this might move up in the coming days or weeks. I do like the volume this afternoon.
I hope for many peoples sake that you are right. There are still some good hearted folks hanging on to this. Anshu really ruined some people financially. That’s a fact.
Very interesting trading for sure. Can’t deny that. Maybe something good is going to happen. And when I say that, I mean for the stock, not for the company. I have zero faith that Anshu can do anything with Verus long term. But that doesn’t mean that someone can’t run the stock on bullshit news from these levels. It’s what the OTC is all about.
Time will tell.
I have certainly accepted defeat here because this fraud is not going to be investigated.
As for the election... I’m still holding out hope. Lol.
Yes sir.
Coach did take you up on it.
Waiting for .02. Lol.
Agreed. Cutchens being fired or leaving would actually make me consider re buying a small stake here. I won't touch it as long as he is involved though. His history in the OTC is brutal. I was hopeful that Anshu would not allow that to happen here, but it did. And now it makes me question everything.
Pach Labs is upside down right now (my opinion based on a few conversations)
Verus may not be collecting accounts receivable based on Anshu's latest commentary.
It's not gonna be pretty after the RS as he will need financing and there is only one way for him to get that...
Very interesting that Chris Cutchens has shut down his Twitter account. Typical of this Verus management. Lie and then hide.
Do share...
That’s correct. It’s really a shame. I truly hope that AG will help Jim and BLF to reach its full potential and a truly hope that Anshu is on the sideline for that. He deserves nothing for whatever BLF is able to accomplish.
The lies from Anshu in the last year are stacking up.
I had my suspicions that COVID had very little to do with the stall at BLF. I got mocked for that notion. But turns out my gut was correct. None of those stores really ever closed. Topicz didn’t stop delivering products.
The issue was that Anshu didn’t pay his storage fees (or his employees for that matter) so the storage company locked the candy up. Think of all the lost revenue because that asshole wouldn’t pay his bills. All those contracts with chains and distributors went to waste.
And worst of all... he absolutely lied about it. That makes him a fraud and I would t trust anything he says moving forward. As a CEO of a public company, you can’t lie to shareholders.
Verus Cares and the masks... Lies
Nutribrands... Lies
BLF cover up... Lies
I would almost guarantee that the same crap is currently happening with Pach Labs. Employees aren’t being paid and the inventory is locked up because he hasn’t paid bills. That’s my opinion... but don’t be shocked if it’s correct. There is a reason that crap isn’t in stores and the Twitter account went silent all of a sudden.
Pach Labs... more lies
I feel bad for Elliot’s Nut Butter too because they have no idea what they have gotten themselves into.
Those 4’s will be gone sooner than I expected.
Once the ask becomes greater than the bid... those .004’s will evaporate. That has been the trend since .002
This will hit .0003 before the RS.
Not happy that I sold at .0006 but it’s 100% better than what’s coming in the next week or so.
Such a shame. I still cannot believe Anshu got away with this to the level that he did. The lies are stacked to the ceiling.
Agreed. There is nothing to play here at all. Anshu has lost BLF and is scrambling to salvage it. But the key players will have demands in place that won’t favor Anshu or Verus at all. So they likely won’t come to an agreement. He is handcuffed.
He also is going to lose Pach Labs. But that one will go silently. Watch... (my opinion based on DD). The inventory is stuck in a warehouse somewhere. Maybe he will “loan” his own money to free it up. Maybe he learned a hard lesson with BLF. Maybe those margins for candy were worth letting go. Who knows. But he sure was misleading about it all along.
Sheesh... your tone changed quickly. Happy Thanksgiving dude.
I suspect that all the Pach Labs inventory is suffering the same fate as the BLF inventory.
The rent isn’t getting paid. Employees aren’t getting paid. And the inventory has been locked up as collateral.
If you have contact info for Andy Dhruv, send to me. I will ask him the tough questions without hesitation.
He can’t send you samples because he can’t access his own inventory. Now maybe that’s what Anshu is putting his $100k towards. Hopefully so. Because there may not be another AG type lender to come negotiate that inventory of product in lieu of debt.
I can tell you this... the language in that statement from Anshu is cloudy at best. There is are massive trust issues from the Game On side of this towards Anshu. He ruined that with everyone involved.
Now it’s time to start asking questions about Pach Labs...
Seems history is repeating. Products are not making it to the negotiated destinations... That’s what happens when you don’t pay rent. The product doesn’t belong to you anymore. Lol.
I will work to get a contact on that side before the bottom falls out there too.
Um... yes they did.
It’s not so much what I know... it’s what was told to me.
It doesn’t completely line up. But that doesn’t make it false. I will reach out to a contact or two to see where the truth lies.
Only 102 million on the ask...
This ain’t going past “where I sold” anytime soon.
You keep asking for “proof”. Then when what I’m telling you comes to fruition, you thank me for letting you know.
Yes. The BLF rep that called me answered a few important questions.
There are some people here that make things up about Anshu and Verus. That’s not me. I’m telling you exActly what I was told.
You scoffed at the Game On notion as well. You think I made that shit up? Had anyone ever heard of Game On Foods until I brought it up here? Nope...
Two days later, a new website pops up with all of our products on it. GameOnFoods.com
I’d say the information that the guy told me was spot on. Dead accurate.
Here’s the best part... there were some pretty simple questions that he didn’t feel comfortable answering. I mean, really simple questions.
Point being, Anshu and Chris are running a racket. That is my “opinion” based on what he told me... and what he didn’t tell me.
Sounds good. I just have the free account but I’m happy to help out however I can.
Who brings in revenue? Verus???
I question all of their “accounts receivable”.
If they were bringing in those revs, they could afford to pay bills and employees.
There is a good reason that Wheeler walked too. Want to guess why?
I will give you one shot to answer that question. Lol.
It’s not hard to believe. We are talking about the same guy who didn’t pay the storage bill for the candy inventory, and the company locked it up and told them they couldn’t have it until they paid their bills.
That is why the candy was not distributed to all the agreed upon locations this summer. It had ZERO to do with COVID as Anshu claimed. It’s because he lost the inventory.
Then... AG came along with a masterful plan. He paid the storage fees and took the candy for himself in exchange for what Anshu also owed him.
See the trend here? Anshu cannot pay his bills.
That’s a fact. Talked to a BLF rep on the phone and he told me that the company has not reimbursed him for many expenses including shipping fees to customers. That’s why he called me to tell me I would not be getting the free case of candy I won in the contest. Eva use he would have to ship it himself and he was done with that shit. But he wanted me to know.
I told him not to worry about it. I way would I expect an employee to be on the hook for shipping product to customers and not be reimbursed by Verus.
Anshu is a scumbag.
No. I’m salty because the CEO has lied for two years leading many to believe they made good investments.
Huge difference.
Same here. Got stopped out of two of them today. Looking for re entry though. Nice gains with both.
Too funny. I put my VRUS money into two EV companies as well. So far so good!
I think Garnock sees value in BLF and will take it over and make it work where Anshu could not because of his greed.
Can you imagine telling your shareholders that Covid was the reason stores didn’t take in the product when the TRUTH is that Anshu wouldn’t pay the bill for the storage facility and lost access to the candy at its most critical juncture... during the baseball season!
And I say he “wouldn’t” pay the bill because “couldn’t” isn’t accurate. Look at his salary. He definitely could have paid the bill. He chose not to.
That makes him a liar and a crook.
He lied about why the candy wasn’t distributed to all the negotiated accounts. And he continues to pump the bullshit dream to his shareholders all the while diluting the stock.
That makes him a crook. Go back and listen to all the lies he says about BLF in the CC when he knew damn well he didn’t even have access to the candy and even worse... when he lost the inventory to the note holder (AG).
AG will likely make this work and it looks like he is trying to bring in the NCAA and other leagues which would be HUGE for BLF. And Anshu would be on the sideline for all of that because he was greedy.
Just pathetic.
I think that’s inaccurate. BLF owns the licenses and BLF is currently under the Game On umbrella.
I think Anshu is on the outside looking in here.
From what I understand, BLF employees were actually paying to ship products themselves in the final weeks and eventually, when they realized they were not going to be reimbursed, they said screw it.
Wheeler walked and I believe Game On is going to take BLF and make it “great again”...
But it won’t have anything to do with Verus.
Still no word from the CEO about the fact that Big League Foods no longer belongs to Verus.
The flagship of this company is gone.
Look at their (fake) investor presentation and BLF is represented on more slides than any of their products.
How long can the criminal CEO let this issue linger?
This will crash in his head at some point. I can’t imagine his next Conf Call will go too well. Lol.
I would agree. Except that I have serious questions about their revenue overseas.
When will Anshu address the fact that the crown jewel of Verus Foods is no longer under his control?
Will he act like Big League Foods never existed?
This guy is nuts!
The next “news cycle” won’t carry any weight. Investors now understand how full of shit all of this was from the beginning.
For you to say that the dilution “won’t matter” shows your lack of trading savvy. How TF do you think we went from .02 to .0004?
Look what Anshu did to his other fake company after that RS.
It went from $1 down to .03 on massive dilution and now he is delinquent on that 10K.
All to familiar...
Also... realize that this is still in an active state of dilution. The OS blew up again significantly on the latest update to 5.5 billion
It will go even higher between now and the RS. That’s a fact.
