Lmfao, bravo!!!
That house analogy is just about the dumbest analogy I have ever heard in my life.
Prior to the final inspection the question wouldn't be "is the house done"
The question would be "is the inspection done"
And the answer would be NO!
Lol, you spammed here endlessly how it was already completed.
"following the conclusion of the three-year PCAOB Audit anticipated by July, 2023"
Taken directly from today's PR.
Direct communication from the company clearly stating that the audit is in fact NOT completed.
Wow...
Thx. U as well
300% increase in O/S in 15 months. Guess the company is selling at the "bottom"
I never realized these idiots took a stab at a short lived youtube show.
Lmfao, classic
It seems like everyone associated with bmxi (nils, Brent morley, Jan verkade) just jump from one otc stock to another every 5 years or so. Every single one of them have been associated with garbage like WGEE and BRNE.
A history ofbilking shareholders for years until the bottom eventually falls out.
Ever since the very beginning the audit has been for 2018, 2019 and 2020.
Numerous conference calls have referenced a "3 year audit"
So I've been curious myself. Since the audit has been delayed for multiple years and they need audited financials, at a certain point shouldn't the "3 year audit" turn into a "5 year audit"?
Lol, you are giving way to much weight to that research report. You do realize that BMXI paid for that right?
You think the analyst Is gonna take the companies money and then value them at a nickle per share??? Wouldn't be a recipe for a successful business or repeat customers would it?
Come on man
34 million unrestricted? Dang, if the market actually believed the narrative here someone would snag that up for less than 3 million dollars lol
Lol, the covid Era was the biggest bull market in our lifetime.
Big moves on the daily.
Can you imagine being a BMXI shareholder way back in 2020 and the excitement you would have about reading that PR?
3 years ago the audit was on the "final stage"
Only 3.1 million shares outstanding in "anticipation of uplisting to a major exchange"
And apparently at the time they were moving forward with an acquisition of a significant mining operation in Australia??? Sounds like a game changer for the company!!!
Lol, I bet this board was going wild at the time. Probably throwing out preposterous price targets like 100x by end of year!!!
Lmfao!!!!!
No!
Here's a PR from 2020 mentioning the audit being close to being completed...
https://www.newsfilecorp.com/release/60539/Brookmount-Explorations-Inc.-Shareholder-Update
Yeah maybe. I do know the last 8 million issued have all been unrestricted. I didn't bother looking back any further.
I also like to parse everything that Nil’s says and there is one thing that is giving me some pause. He’s has referenced the REG A that was filed about a year ago numerous times. He says that it will cover “the bulk” of the offering for the uplist. That would insinuate that it’s not going to cover all of it, just the majority.
Here’s the thing, the reg a was for 20 million shares. At the time of the filing BMXI had a little over 17 million shares outstanding. They currently have a little over 61 million. How many of those shares came from the reg a? How many came from other sources?
I wish I could have been on the conference call to ask about the share structure.
Ofc it's not certain. A deals not closed until it's actually closed. I hate the way Nils often communicates but in this instance it's just the typical disclaimer you would expect with any forward looking statement.
But with that being said yeah, he made it pretty clear the offering would be for the north American properties and Brazil would be funded through subsequent fundraising efforts.
This garbage can't even manage some upward momentum with every thing around it mooning.
Just wanted to add that those payments were associated with the purchase of the moosehorn, Canada property. A purchase that was finalized and PR’d way back in October 2021. Does anyone have any clue about the production status of that property? I saw someone ask about their tweet anticipating it being in full production by middle of 2023 and it’s now the middle of 2023 and I have no clue about it’s status.
Now with that being said I still don’t know how the future of BMXI will play out. Could they still uplist to nasdaq? Well I certainly hope so because it’s been a long, frustrating ride so far.
But I think it’s important to dispel the narrative that they are only diluting so “leOnITe tHe LeNDeR cAN GeT CHeaP SHarEs”
No, the profits from Indonesia are locked in country and the have been making property purchases over the years that require payments over time. Those financial obligations are being met by diluting current shareholders.
For the sake of all of us I really hope the uplisting timelines Nils spoke about last CC come to fruition because if not that would require another 7.5 million shares of dilution at current prices
I was reading through the REG A filed in March 2022 that Nils referred to during the previous conference call and came across this:
“ The company will make the following payments at the following times to Gennex with respect to the purchase of the Assets as describe in Note 6:
- $50,000.00 USD to Hartley payable on March 15, 2022
- $93,000.00 USD to Hartley payable on March 31, 2022
- 250,000.00 USD to Hartley payable on June 15, 2022.
- $250,000.00 USD to Hartley payable on December 15, 2022.
- $250,000.00 USD to Hartley payable on June 15, 2023.
- $750,000.00 USD to Hartley payable on December 15, 2023.
- Or as otherwise agreed to in writing by separate amendment between the Parties.”
No wonder the company has been diluting so hard lately. At the time of that filling BMXI had roughly 17 million shares outstanding. They currently have a little over 61 million. The company paid an analyst to write up a research report and a 6 dollar price target to drum up retail interest and sold over 40 million shares off of the back of it point blank period.
Yeah and then when he said he didn't want to say more because he didn't have the the data in front of him I cringed super hard. You are literally the CEO. How do you not know those numbers like the back of your hand.
That merger/acquisition is costing 5 million USD and 49% of your freaking company and you don't have the figures burned into your brain!!!
Ofc market making manipulation is a thing but do you really think BMXI and its whopping 20k of nominal value per day is being targeted?
Lmfao at all the talk about MM's and manipulation. At 200k volume and .10 pps this thing trades 20 grand USD nominal.
Literally nothing.
Any time there is a higher volume day it's red because as a previous poster outlined in detail the company has been actively diluting.
Couldn’t agree more. Retail investors that point to the company’s desire to uplist as a bull case are morons IMO.
Literally every OTC CEO says that. What else are they supposed to say? Oh, we love trading on the pink sheets! We’re gonna stay here forever!
The company put that statement out on March 31st, 2023.
So you are trying to say that you interpreted "a few weeks" to be equal to 3 full months?
The phrase a few weeks is purposefully vague but to assert that a few means 12 is a stretch by even the most generous of interpretations.
"By the end of the Second quarter is the Audit release time frame according to a prior press release."
Well, that is patently false
Yup, I remember listening to their quarterly conference call August 8, 2022 where Nils said that the audit should be completed by the end of that month.
9 months later and still waiting...
I know you are but what am i?
If you are unable to discern the difference between meaningful engagement and fluff then that's on you, not me.
Anyone who called yesterday's video "huge" is a prime example of why retail investors are commonly referred to as "dumb money"
Or maybe they will issue 10 shares at a million dollars each...
It got him a nice salary for years is what I'm saying.
Previous to his position as CEO of BMXI Nils Olquist was CEO of Bonero Resources (BRNE) a company that also operates gold mines in Indonesia. So Nils is well versed in getting what’s his, hopefully this time around shareholders can get a little piece of the pie.
Yes, because as we all know you can only have one account on here. It is literally impossible to have more than one…
But really it was more so the realization that ihub is simply a cesspool of bashers, pumpers and noobs. I don’t really consider it a source of actual trading value, just a means of passing some time while I’m sitting on the toilet.
But sure, when I was in the early days of pursuing my finance degree I was on here pontificating like some of the other frequent posters. I’ll readily admit to as much.
Anyone actually going to be on the next earnings call? The (lack of) retail participation on the last one was pretty pathetic.
Oh, if this goes to a dollar I'll be participating as well. I got in this garbage under a nickle a long, long time ago so it's all house money.
DDV is new to the party but thinks he runs the show ????
"Last few years"
Lmfao, they have sold 10 million shares year to date. A 20% increase. That's literally why the paid for the analyst report that came out with the 6 dollar price target.
That's what all these OTC companies do. Pay for analyst report and dilute off of it. To suggest otherwise is simply naive or (worse) nefarious.
