You can tell this is purely a P&D by the volume. So transparent!! If things were as good as being pumped, the volume would be a lot greater. Maybe JD will start pumping this thing again so a lot of us BOR's (bagholders) can exit with a little bit of our poorly invested dollars.

Heck, we've seen plenty of product going out before...probably more in the past than going out right now. So, are you telling me you believe everything current management is telling you without any proof as to what the bottom line is? If you are, that's pretty scary, IMHO.

I would have to venture to say that this is just more proof that EXPH is exactly what it appears to be...a *legit* SCAM!!! I would like to know what form EXPH was trying to file in the first place. You are dead wrong! I'm certain there are many, many investors (SOR's) expecting the next P&D so we can unload and get the flock out of Dodge (EXPH). This last P&D was a dud. Almost all of us (SOR's) know this is a scam by now. Hard to believe there are still a few--very few--poor souls who keep telling us and all newbies how great this POS is. Unbelievable, huh! We keep hearing from certain posters about EXPH doing business with Lowe's and other well-known companies, yet, EXPH still operates at a loss. Maybe EXPH should stop doing business with Lowe's and the other well-known companies and start doing business with companies that will allow them to make a profit. Just sayin'!

This SOR also has never been told a lie by management. I find this statement almost laughable since every single SOR I know has told me they were told the same lie I was told by management. It could be that SOR doesn't know the correct questions to ask when investing his/her money.

I don't understand why anyone would want to compare EXPH with any company. Management has constantly lied to SOR's and the PPS is in the proverbial gutter. Why would anyone want to compare a company with those credentials.

Now if new management came on board and forms were filed...well, then we could think about comparing EXPH with other companies. Until then, EXPH is just another stinky pinky or quite possibly another scam,IMHO.
