I asked for a simple link to the filings and you give me a Google map! Why do you make it so difficult for your fellow board posters?
How about a name and phone number so I can inquire? Please make it easy for your fellow board posters to check the veracity of your claims.
Again, how about a link? Please share with your fellow posters.
So where do you get your information? How about a link to be transparent?
Well, if any person feels this way then that person should sell their shares. Its that simple. As for myself, I would never waste my time on a stock board if I hated the stock and didn't own shares, as what would be the point?
Not facts, just fabrications
Nothing here but recycled conspiracy theories.
I didn't even reply to you. I replied to:
Re: No1Uknow post# 11653
Sorry, but I could not find the Dec post starting with paid touts.
How about a post number??
yada yada yada
Not sure who first posted about a name change, but it is not true - there is no name change.
It would be nice if people get the facts before posting. On the other side, anyone who buys or sells should also gets the facts first, otherwise it would be like playing poker without looking at your own cards.
I called the Colorado secretary of state this afternoon. There is no name change. PharmaRoth Labs is still the name.
So what is the new company name? Surely you would not accept that there is a new name and then not get the name. That would be like unwrapping a Christmas present, finding an empty box, and then still being oh so happy! Thank you Santa. lmao
COSOS is just short for "Colorado Secretary of State".
Your post implies COSOS is Roth's new name. lmao
ok, tracing back through the posts, it looks like you started this on this board. Did you make this up, or can you tell everyone the source of the rumor?
This is pure speculation on your part. Anyone could have said something about a name change with the intent to make some money, or it could have been an honest mistake. Some may have made some money and others may have lost some money.
Consider also that maybe someone is just trying to buy up all the shares because they want to take Sucanon to the next level? Pure speculation on my part. I can say that just the intellectual property of Sucanon has some value. Only the stockholders can set that value via share price.
Its always best not to accuse others of malfeasance unless you know it to be true.
I don't know who started the name change rumor, but there is nothing to it.
Someone is too lazy to write new posts! These are repeats from like a year ago.
You are 100% right, sweetlou. No evidence of any SEC investigation has been presented - no dates, no email excerpts, no contact information - no nothing! I would never post about an SEC probe and I would never post fake news in a futile attempt to gaslight everyone.
Verifiably incorrect! Not insolvent.
There is no STOP and there is no YIELD on OTC Markets. Roth is current. Nowhere in the filings does it say insolvent - not even in lower case letters!

Well, I am sure Roth management is flattered that you see them as very well organized!
There is no evidence that the SEC has been notified of anything.
All 14 so-called "facts" are incorrect.
The truth is:
1) Not insolvent
2) Not a health scam
3) Not a financial scam
4) No infamous fraudsters
Not sure what "yes" is supposed to mean, but now you are saying "stop sign on OTC" (this is correct - there is a stop sign) where before you said "stop on trading" (incorrect as buys and sells can be executed same as before the stop sign).
I am encouraged that you did correct your statement.
Well done, young man!
You said "stop on trading". The OTC never used these words.
The truth is now exposed for all to see.
Sweetlou is correct. The OTC Stop is not a stop on trading, but just a word of caution that financial information is not current. These are two totally different things.
Words do matter! Don't be fast and loose with your words.
There is no evidence of any stock fraud or health fraud. Also, there is no evidence of any SEC investigation as has been pointed out that the SEC never discloses an investigation in progress. To go back one step further, there is no evidence that anyone has ever contacted the SEC. Seems like just a lot of smoke and dust.
Sorry, but there is no evidence of health fraud.
Sucanon is not a health fraud and there is no basis whatsoever for making this claim! All evidence points to a safe and effective type 2 diabetes drug.
This is a really old post and 99% is incorrect. The easiest one to address is #13. The 120 sq ft office size is actuallt 120 sq meters. In feet this is 1,184 sq ft. This is actually a very large office, larger than a single floor on most 3-bedroom homes and larger than the executive suite of most CEOs. Impressive!
As for the other claims, they have all been addressed before over and over, but yet the claims are never adjusted to reflect the truth.
Pure craazy talk! Not banned by the FDA or anyone else. Not insolvent either. ACB hospital, not Mike Irving, is comparing Sucanon with Metformin. Facts do matter! Please be more careful to post facts. Thanks in advance!
Nobody can possible know about any SEC investigations as they will not disclose that even if one even exists. Furthermore, I doubt that anyone else has submitted anything to the SEC in the first place.
Please explain how investors have been screwed. If the total basis is that the stock price is lower than the purchase price, then there is a big fat nothing! There would be thousands of stocks in this category.
No, its not a phony story. Lerman was sued under RICO. Think about it. Guilty people usually do not sue the innocent, but rather the innocent sue the guilty.
No, Lerman didn't win. It was that there was no money to pursue the case.

No phone call = no proof
The only way to prove that my assertion is inaccurate is to call NV and get it straight from the horse's mouth, otherwise there is no basis to call my assertion inaccurate.
Everyone awaits results from the phone call.
"More" makes is sound like this is a new issue - it is not.
The fact is there is NO ISSUE with the state of Nevada and Roth is current. The NV website is just not up to date. A quick phone call to NV will confirm this.
I doubt that even a single investor has contacted the SEC.
