Looks like kramer was able to convert the shares the lawsuit was for. 600 mill today sold and os is 3.5 bill as of 10k release. Os has not increased since the last 10q

Gotchaa i didnt see it in the 10q. They defaulted because they werent current. What is the result frim this. Anyone know ?
