I have bought and sold this stock 3 times in the last 8 months and have made some money but this pisses me off that I did not look deeper in to the heads of both companies... I usually do.

In fact that is what normally do... a Company is only as good as the person running it...

Just keeping an Eye on it.. and we will see what they do....

My Prediction is the will Post their reports and announce the Merger, watch the stock for a day and cash them selves out... this is there last chance to make a few bucks.

I also shot an Email off to VPN that actually has a working website Requesting more information on Distribution. Just to see if they will reply

Well Chesler I tend to agree with you. Looking at the web site for a medical program that is specifically geared for medical. the website has zero information on what there program is used for.
Most medical software at the least has some kind of Demo that is legible...

I get over 100 Penny stock Pumps and have seen nothing come in yet for DMHI...

This stock dropped fast the last few days and the volume was Extremely High Yesterday I predict some news over the weekend with a large Pump on Monday

anyone investing in Penny Stocks is taking a big risk in the first place I only invest what I am willing to lose.
