Ugly day, and a really ugly red candle on the chart. This needs to hold the .0015 support or it will test .001 again. Rinse and repeat with this stock.
Everyone loves a good pump!
Well that would make sense too. Did Ed give him those shares in exchange for a case of beer and a 5th of brandy?
The problem is that this dog has a substance abuse problem. Someone send this one to puppy rehab!
Yup, looking at the chart these long red candles have historically signaled a multi-day downward trend.
Good call....it looks like we might see teens after all.
Wow, lots of people bailing today. Can't blame them.
Well color me close to being shocked. Holy sh**! Great job MYEC team....way to show your love for your shareholders. Hey Ed, please step down so this company might have a shot at success.
I would be shocked to see it that low this week. My guess is that the pps touches .0023/24 and closes the week at .0027.
Down she goes!
It's so obvious that it's going to go down. Which makes me wonder why Ed would put out such a bad update. Anyway, don't expect the 10K before May 15th, and if that actually does get filed they will be overdue for the 2017 Q1 filing. So don't expect any PR updates until June/July because Ed said there won't be any until they are current. Either you sit here and wait for a miracle or you play that cards that drunken Ed has dealt.
Yeah I still have a bag of 2MM shares, but at least they are still green. I sold all of my flipping shares yesterday and this morning. Looking to get back in the low .002's.
Look, unless that patent was purchased/given back to ABHI "Nunc Pro Tunc" then I don't see how they can win a law suit claiming royalties/licensing fees are due to them for something they didn't own at the time.
Let me put it this way. If my house was taken away and the subsequent owner rented the house during the time I had lost ownership, I would have no claim to the rental payments as I didn't have an ownership interest in the property during that time even if I were to buy the house back at a later date.
Something just isn't adding up.
Proved it's theirs? How? By buying it? Hahahaha.....What in the hell is going on around here? Everyone has lost their damn minds.
Hahaha...apparently not dumb enough. I feel sorry for those who were swept up in the misleading pump this morning. Real people just lost real money due to a misleading and well orchestrated pump.
The company may very well be able to do something with the patent, but nothing is certain.
Possibly, how else are they going to be able to buy back what is supposedly already theirs?
Haha...so where are they getting the money to buy back what was supposedly already theirs? I still don't see how anyone can spin this as a positive development.
Saying this is a win for ABHI is like me taking a 20 dollar bill out of your wallet and then you agree that I will sell it back to you for 20 dollars. If you think that's a win then I want access to your wallet!
Yeah, Ed has said a lot of things. What we need to know is whether he is/was sober when saying such things.
Meh...if he's telling the truth then we should know soon enough. It doesn't take long for 10Q's as they are only "reviewed" and not audited. So Ed, are you telling the truth or are you drunk posting again?
Hahaha...I've seen spin before, but this is something else. Funny how the "Defendant agrees to pay!" is emphasized in order for those reading it to think that ABHI was getting paid. What a crock...
"They won the right to pay"....haha..now I've heard it all. They didn't win anything. The defendant, Ambicom Holdings, agreed to pay. I agree to a lot of things during the day, but I don't consider it winning every time I do.
So Ambicom Holdings, which is the defendant in this action per Pacer, agrees to pay and this is considered a win for the company? Please explain.
I know how they work quite well. Unlike you I don't write anything off because there is always money to be made. Sorry if my post didn't quite jive with your agenda.
I'm not sure why anyone would be buying after the company announces a 1 to 250 RS and a reduction in the AS at a rate of 1 to 20. Why such a large discrepancy in ratios? It's because they need to dilute in order to raise capital to cover their costs. I'll keep an eye on it after the split, and subsequent dilution to see where it goes.
Wait a second. You mean to tell me that there is actually reference to EmailMoni on the UBA website. But, but, but.....I thought some have claimed that EmailMoni was a scam, which was in no way connected to UBA, and the evidence for such a claim was a lack of reference to EmailMoni on the UBA site. Uh-oh.....
This stock moves so damn quick when there is even a little bit of buying or selling pressure. Still waiting on this merger I've been hearing about for the past year and a half.
I actually agree with most of this post. I will add that the fact that the Seergate product is being pushed in Africa is a good thing in that it keeps Ed thousands of miles away from any potential customer. The set up with Centric also adds another layer of protection/buffer by keeping Ed away from potential customers. Ed cannot, and should not be a customer-facing CEO.
Also, saying an OTC company is a longshot is kind of redundant.
Can you point to an article where a division head of any of those companies listed spoke glowingly of MEC's product? Nope, you can't. Can you point to where a deal was announced and you could access that product (listed in any app store under that partner company's name) via any app store? Nope, you can't.
So tell me again how this is anything like previous products/deals that were announced?
Someone posted the link to UBA's site where the EmailMoni Privacy Policy is located, and the policy had an effective date of 2/28/17. It was posted within the past two weeks so I'm sure you can find it. Hard to argue that UBA doesn't know about EmailMoni when the product's privacy policy is contained within their site.
The fact is, there is ZERO evidence to support any claim that UBA isn't currently involved with EmailMoni. There's a lot of things not to like about this company (the CEO being #1), but UBA and Africa is not one of them.
Please provide the number you called so that others can confirm this claim. Also, why not just email UBA? That way you can post their direct reply rather than quoting vague alleged sources.
Pennystalker, glad to see you're still around.
Hopefully, he spends some time behind bars. There's no question that he's a drunk and a fraud. I think taking him out of the picture for a while is the best thing that could happen for MEC.
The glowing comments from the head of the digital banking division are easy to find. In fact they have been posted on this board numerous times.
However, I would love to see any response from UBA that anyone has received that UBA has never heard of EmailMoni, that EmailMoni doesn't work, or that they have scrapped EmailMoni. Just one comment from UBA through an email about EmailMoni.
That would make my day!!
Based on how long it supposedly took for them to get the financial data from Israel, I would say not to expect the financials before the end of April. As of two weeks ago they still hadn't completed the financial statements to send to an auditor for review.
This estimated timeline is for the 10Q's. I wouldn't expect the 10K until sometime in June/July.
That's not accurate. First, I prefaced my post with "Assuming your post is accurate". Secondly, UBA's head of digital banking speaks glowingly of the product. Again, feel free to email UBA and they will surely respond to your request for further information.
Please show a single one that involves UBA, its employees, or its agents. Thank you in advance.
Assuming your post is accurate....the key word in your post is "yet", which implies that it is going to happen. Check out the UBA Privacy Policy for EmailMoni that went into effect on 2/28/17.
But yeah, other than that don't believe UBA or their high level employees, because well you know the bank is headquartered in Nigeria.
You could just send UBA an email, but I'm guessing you won't. Also, are you calling the head of digital banking at UBA a fraud? Please clarify.
Scam? You better inform UBA about this!! They are touting EmailMoni as a product that will revolutionize the payment landscape in Africa. But if you tell them MYEC is a scam, I'm sure UBA will have a change of heart.
LOLzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
It would also appear that UBA's Privacy Policy for EmailMoni just became effective 2 weeks ago on February 28th. Which is a good sign that they are getting closer to marketing the product.
Needs to hold support at .0012.
