6TB of new content for the 50+ users that this app got in the Android Market? I have more 3D content in my HTPC than that.
For those who know little about how the mobile application market works:
1. Apple's approval can take weeks even months, and even after waiting that long, Apple testers can come back with changes required. The entire process can take a long frustrating time.
2. Once [only if] your app gets approval, now you need to promote it. That won't happen here. I went and checked the reviews and the only reviewers so far are lots of members of this board who are hopping this thing takes off. If this app doesn't make it and then stay in the TOP 10 downloaded apps then it won't get market recognition and no one will download it.
3. Where is the "lite" version of this product? Do we really have to go and pay 8 bucks to review it?
4. Is anyone paying attention to the metrics?
- Downloads
- Retention rate for D1,Dx
- Avg Revenue per user
- average revenue per paying user
- daily active users
- Engagement ratio
- Daily sessions
- Avg Session lenght
- Total users
Isn't anyone concerned about where those numbers are? or is everyone just following the roller coaster in the chart?
Good luck to all.
