You mean flowing out of the stock?
How would you handle an actual fire? Compliment it for being there?
I tell you what, I've never seen getting punched in the face called a great thing either.
Just like I've never seen a stock with caveat emptor all over it called a 'great investment'.
Disregard, I didn't realize the skull and bones. These guys are toast, don't lose your money to those trying to recoup their losses.
Last call before what? Under a penny?
If a stock trades by hype and not value or potential, then no one can really call where the bottom will land in current times.
When I looked at this stock in the first place I just saw a canned drink geared towards a crowd that 'likes hemp things.'
More a novelty drink than anything wouldn't you agree?
Even the hardest core shaggy & scooby bro-dude stoner type kids may only pick up a single can in their entire lives just to brag to friends they tried it.
The company itself needs to offer more than just a drink marketed on the heels of hemp. Otherwise their shameless hemp-ertizing will be a short lived trend for a short lived company.
Yup, this is sad. Only sad I didn't take a short position before the r/s.
Amazing how everyone thinks, 'my stock will be different! I love this stock and there's no way typical market identifiers would apply!'
I've been called insane for thinking we would get close to the pps before r/s. Well? Looking mighty close now.
But again, how does a company increase value by just selling a hemp energy drink? That's not a golden ticket, it's a crutch to keep you up until you can evolve the overall business plan to something more profitable.
Well that's no good. You can't pump up value with just selling drinks in an over saturated drink market.
If you could I'd be working a lemonade stand.
What does thcz distribute other than the Mj energy drinks?
I ask because I've seen many other otc stocks jump up and down just based off energy drink hype, but in truth a company with just an energy drink won't break out to play with the big boys.
Legitimately curious after watching this stock for a month or so. Do they or will they bring anything besides hemp drinks?
Agreed.
Stay away from those who speculate of grandeur and check someone's post history before buying into their opinions.
Great post and well written.
The questions I'm left with are of time and patience.
While I think you are right that the company can affect their pps, they have to be careful on how they approach it.
For instance you can't release a fluff PR saying you are 'planning' to make an action. The next news we hear has to be about action taken.
How patient will investors be through the downward trend?
Will ecig avoid the dreaded grey market suspension that has stifled many promising companies in the past?
For right now the time is right for shorters, but this could change.
Hopefully all they need is just this one r/s. Investors and company alike can't afford another roller coaster ride like that.
R/s is usually terrible for pps, though sometimes necessary. No one should expect good things after an r/s, but there's always a chance this company will do great things and times of turmoil such as these will be distant memories months from now.
Think about everything going against ecig right now.
Before the r/s, prices were low enough that big & small money alike money could load shares to their heart's desire.
After the r/s there is always a traditional downswing period from the market. Couple this with the fact that new small time investors find ecig's prices less favorable than a stock say at .05 with no r/s then well... You can almost see where the money enters into next.
Also it sounds as if they spent buku bucks on expansion and they'll need to recoup that money in order to pay staff and keep themselves from bankruptcy. This is where the dilution machine comes in. A company such as ecig needs to sell their shares to keep their boat afloat. It won't be pretty for investors perhaps for months to come. There is a distinct chance that we'll get down to pps levels we saw before r/s before a real uptrend begins again.
Considering how terrible the other ecig stocks are doing, I wouldn't be surprised to see many jump ship to put their money in bvap.
It's going to keep sliding, that's a massive value to pay off.
At this point they can't afford not to dilute.
Great pps in a year or two assuming no suspensions or funny business.
Wish I would have read this before wasting my money.
Total losses over 75%.
Anyone here know how the company REALLY expects to make any money or benefit investors?
This could be another of the 100's out there still capitalizing on naive investors pursuing the mmj boom.
Hey guys, just checking in.
Remember those things I said about the intense fall out after an r/s?
Hoping at least someone was able to heed that warning and understand it.
Of course not. All of this is a mirage in the vast Canadian wastelands.
.46 is much more likely than 4.60 LOL
Blockbuster earnings have been foreshadowed long enough to be factored into the current pps.
Except I'm not of the belief that financials - good or bad, would bolster the stock.
Consider also that in many instances if the revenue is expected to be great, that will get factored into the price ahead of time. A lot will then sell on the news. This big build up happens behind the scenes usually, in anticipation.
Maybe I've seen it too many times. The wonder stock in a tight bind that just needs financials to come out so pps can bounce back.
At .90 with plenty of downside to go.
I had someone on this board say 'wait until after the r/s to say "I told you so."'
Well, it's about that time chaps.
The sad part is a bunch of longs are turning tail and calling the company crap when they didn't even bother to study up on what happens during an r/s. There is almost no concept of market fundamentals with most posting. People act like the pps is only company driven and that a simple news release would stop all the bleeding.
Again, you can have an AMAZING company. Still not a good idea to hold through the r/s.
So a company's success is in direct correlation with share price?
No, this is not the case. The company can still dump plenty of shares and be successful at .50 a share vs. 1.00 a share.
In fact, one could argue that the dumping of shares unlocks funds for a company to become more successful, yet it doesn't help the pps does it?
No, another misconception is a company's success is measured by pps. I don't think anyone calls facebook a failure for being leaps and bounds cheaper than google or Apple in terms of pps.
The market decides pps, and the market has decided long ago that r/s actions are ripe for steep declines. I posted about this before the r/s, tried to warn people. It's not like selling when you know a stock will go down will cause the company to implode.
No, it's just a thing that's true about the OTC.
Think about the guys holding the big chips, enough money to make a difference.
These sharks have been swimming the waters of the OTC market for years and they know when a stock goes through an r/s that it can be shorted to kingdom come.
I don't have an account that allows me to short stocks, but the people who do make big bank on these typical value drops.
I see a lot of people who complain and think a pps going up is the only way to make money. Have you ever considered despite the fact you're 'in love' with a stock, that you can make money on both upswings AND downswings? The biggest mistake people make is thinking the market can be evaluated in black and white.
Playing devil's advocate here, but if it goes down to .4 or .5 levels to bottom out and reset after the r/s and that guy who sold today has an Amazing buy in point - I'd assume he'd be hugging himself.
Not knocking the stock directly, but rather the nature of a r/s. The market and bigger money know to short short short all the way down after r/s. It would take some seriously stacked investors to keep it propped up at these levels. Maybe it will happen?
Though I find it ridiculous how much I've lost here already, this post at least slightly lifts confidence in the company.
Nothing from management is going to help what a reverse split causes.
Hence my warnings earlier, but you know what? People put on their Stevie Wonder glasses and got really upset with me for thinking anything bad at all could come of this.
Sorry guys, I think an r/s is as toxic as dilution. These people running ecig unfortunately have both going on right now.
You could have listened, sold with gains and waited out the storm for re-entry. I hope at least some did.

Vpor - worst performing vapor stock of 2015.
Instead of staying private and scamming a few big investors, they went public and scammed everyone from the poor to the rich.
Company going bankrupt. This is garbage.
No argument or games necessary. My post was in caution of how the market will act, but not a direct criticism of a clearly beloved company. I'd of course love if this wasn't true.
Definitely reminds me how I used to feel when I started investing. emotionally combatting naysayers who even had the slightest twinge that a favorite stock of mine could incur a long downward trend.
You can make 100k from 5k in a year playing penny stocks. You can also turn 5k into $500 if you don't do your research. If you've never seen the effects of an r/s, I do encourage you to research them.
There is plenty of money to be made on ecig and the vaporizer plays in general. That money can be made by holding, trading, or shorting. That's your own decision.
Guys, having a stock price go up after a shareholder vote that 'approves' what the company is requesting is nothing new. As mentioned before, there is plenty of evidence from other companies to confirm this 'cycle'.
Those were also stocks that people touted were 'unlike any other penny stocks' and 'destined for greatness/Nasdaq/millions.' There is no reason to believe this won't have the same problems.
You can say and do all you want to justify your perspectives and convince yourself it absolutely can't happen here, but I'm not interested in high risk with high chance of loss. This is ok, because those shorting will still make money, thereby maintaining volume and interest in the stock.
I admire the exuberance here and will be watching closely, but man there are some new investors in here who won't be too happy about the pps for quite a while.
That one is a great example.
So before it became vap3. It was known as plpe (people string).
As news came it was changing to vape and enacting an r/s, the stock soared from .10 to .40+. I sold right before the ticker change and r/s.
After it happened, the stock fell flat on its face and lost so much value that it's now trending back down to the value it had before the r/s and ticket change.
Yes sir, dodged the bullet with that one.
That's probably the most realistic answer.
Not that I wouldn't want to make back the 98% of my investment I lost.
However, the market is not impressed.
Scam companies trade for higher amounts. Should have shorted this one all the way back home.
Yup, basically another disingenuous company claiming they'd capitalize a new spot on the pot market and make a big splash with their network.
I could have single handedly accomplished more on my own than they did in a fraction of the time.
So we have a rather inert network for Mj and now a 'fabulous chance to capitalize on the subprime automobile sales industry'.
My my, aren't we lucky. Someday it may rise high enough for me to afford a value meal from McDonald's.
Basically, up to before the r/s it is wise to trade or temp hold.
After r/s short as much as possible until it reaches a stabilized price then jump back in.
I've been feeling antsy on this stock, wanting to jump back in here and there - but we know what's coming despite what other oracles on this board would predict.
Every r/s I've ever witnessed has had a truly negative or stagnating effect on the stock. It's all well and good to shelter ourselves from this brutal reality, but not sheltering ourselves is what brings knowledge and most importantly money made to the shareholder/trader/investor.
Agreed, r/s is the beginning of serious downtrends for over 90% OTC stocks out there.
Yah, I've had stock here for a while. Took a moment to visit their website last night. It was disappointing. Sell order is in.
True DD doesn't include blanket statements.
Try looking up Vigil and her cohorts. The true story is told all over the social network. Spending all sorts of money on personal things and family.
Of course they want you to think they'll drum up a lucrative Mj enterprise, they're running out of money from former holders.
Hahaha.
Top Mj stock of 2015! Top of the most worthless MJ stocks I mean.
So sad
So you don't believe we hinge greatly on upcoming financials?
Then proceed to copy in a link of pump up PR from the company's own website?
The lackluster effort couldn't be more evident. Sort of like missing the date to file because you know it will allow you to take advantage of price changing caused here.
The excuses cooked up have been fairly comical.
Pretty much every point he makes is valid.
Have you been to Vapor stores where varying concentrations, batteries and tanks are sold?
Have you seen the plethora of flavors?
These types of stores are packed with people throughout each day.
You seem to think this is the lowest it will go.
Until more information comes out, this trades lower and lower. If that information is good, we see a chance at upswing. If neutral or bad news, we go up and down in a limited small pattern.
But you already know this and saw it play out last year with the trouble we both went through.
