This is great news!
This financing is being cancelled due to current fluctuating market prices and the Company's lack of immediate need for funds.
It means the company expects price share to be north of $1 very soon so why give it away and dilute when you don't need the dough?
DAVIE, FL–(Marketwired – Mar 14, 2014) – Vapor Group, Inc., formerly AvWorks Aviation Corp. (OTCQB: SPLI), (the “Company,” “AvWorks,” or “Vapor Group”), announced today that its Board of Directors had passed a resolution cancelling the previously announced 30:1 reverse split of its common stock, as per the 14C Information Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 11, 2014, and accordingly will notify all appropriate regulatory authorities that the reverse is withdrawn.
Dror Svorai, President and CEO, said, “We have become increasingly aware that putting into effect the 30:1 reverse split of our common stock has had a mixed reaction from our shareholders. Therefore, the Board of Directors decided that, for the benefit of our shareholders, we should cancel the reverse split and let the stock rise on its own merit while we continue to focus on growing the value of our stock by the growth of our business.” He added, “That said, the Board may take up the matter again later this year for a smaller reverse split solely to set the stage for its movement to a larger exchange, but for now, there will be no reverse split.”
I will be surprised to see any .05's but I am buying more if it gets back to low .06's. Green action again today after yesterday will be a bullish signal.
Let's hope the new auditor is "on the money".
Looks like it is setting up for a weak opening 1.24/1.27
This is another buying opp. I'll be grabbing with both hands!
Why would any legit company want to be associated with Facebook Billy's circus act?
Anyone hoping for TRTC to hold hands with FIT* has not been paying attention.
DP needs to stay the current course and stay far, far away from the dilution scammers.
I've been waiting for this kind of buying opp. Gimmee more.
Not everyone...
What's better than one license? How about two licenses?
I like it and I'm buying here on this dip. Averaging up, my core shares are .33.
Are we back to the 30:1 RS? I thought that had been cancelled?
I think they'll both come home winners.
ETRF has a wall at $1.60. Lots of trading but his 16,000 block does not go down...
Chef- I agree with you. Buy in when they are tiny and hold through the inevitable dips- or just bale with a nice profit and look for the next one.
I read these boards and have to chuckle. DTC may have technical expertise but have you ever heard him say, "I was wrrro, wrrrrr, wrrr..." he just can't do it. And besides, his beloved ENRT has been outclassed by ATTBF when they were both about the same price- drives him crazy. They may both get the Canadian Health approval or maybe neither, we should know soon enough.
If you set a stop they are gonna come and get it. The MMs obviously need shares. Classic bear raid to shake the weak out.
Look at CSE - trading at 2.41:

I've never seen so many fat fingers about .10-.15 above the ask. This is running like a scalded ape!
Rip van Weed finally woke up. This is the spark that can take it to a wildfire!
Giddy yup!! We have a gusher! Blue sky breakout beast!!
Dollar Land! Great! I've been in meetings all morning and have not had an eye on the trading. Is that $1.4668 the daily fat finger? How high has it traded to without the crazy fatties?
Can anyone please point me to more info on the reverse split?
I see this in the recent pr:
We anticipate that the OTC market name and symbol change will occur very soon. Also, as you know, we filed for a reverse split of our common stock. We expect this reverse split to occur near the end of the first quarter, but not before.
Dude- you told us you sold @ .37. What to do you think about SPLI? Seems the better vape play now.
Here come the double digits. Anyone comparing mci* to this has to see the HUGE difference in market cap, OS and more products already selling. It's a no brainer.
All aboard!
The facility is not completed at FITX. Health Canada is not inspecting until then. Then they will be issued their deficiency list (if they have any deficiencies). ATTBF is way ahead of them.
Note to FB Billy - don't forget the razor wire.
ATTBF - Health Canada found only 3 deficiencies in their inspection last month. Do you think they have been corrected and resubmitted? Here comes Canada's next licensee!
What other Canadian grow companies have had their facilities inspected, for that matter have even completed construction??
How many other stocks are working on their deficiency lists from Health Canada?
-----------------------------------------
Vancouver, BC - February 20, 2014 - Abattis Bioceuticals Corp. (the "Company" or "Abattis") (OTC PINK: ATTBF) (CNSX:FLU), Health Canada Office of Controlled Substance has issued the deficiency list for Abattis' subsidiary, Northern Vine Canada Inc. application to obtain a Controlled Substance License for handling, analytics and extraction of Marihuana.
Abattis submitted its application to Health Canada on December 23, 2013.
-------------------------------------------
Stocks like ENR* and FIT* don't even have their facilities completed to even get the Health Canada inspectors to inspect so they can issue a deficiency list.
Who else has had a PR stating they are working on their deficiency list? That is the only way to compare apples with apples.
ATTBF is working on their 3 deficiencies from Health Canada, the very last step before receiving the growing license- their facilities have already been inspected, hence the deficiencies needing correcting. They have to be the front runner to be the next licensed in Canada- it could happen today or tomorrow and then a polevault into dollar land.
Who else is ready for approval out of the other 30,000 applicants?
ENRT? They submitted their app in Dec too- just like ATTBF and FITX. But just like FITX they don't have a building ready for the final inspections.
Has ENRT received any deficiency notice from their original application to Health Canada? I can't find any PRs stating so. Did they submit their app in Dec?
I don't understand why you would buy here when they cannot even get the Health Canada deficiency list until their building is completed and inspected?
There are other companies that submitted their application at the same time in Dec that are already working on the deficiency list- ATTB* only had 3 and they are vigilantly correcting to achieve the grow green light with full approval- they are way ahead in this race.
The list of authorized producers is about to be updated anyday:

Seems like the last of the stubborn sellers are down to about 200k on the ask. Clear them out and we have reversal and a nice new trading pattern. Release the stranglehold and we head north convincingly once again.
Canadian experts- it really looks like ATTBF>ENRT and of course both stand head and shoulders above Facebook Billy and company. So who lands the gold or should I say green medal? ATTBF is making the moves like they have appoval in the bag.
Crickets around here...coming back to sub .01.
Pretty easy to figure out the long term "locked down" shareholders got pissed at the mgt and decided to sell - period. They have kept a stranglehold on the ask, leapfrogging with 100ks of shares determined to sell to teach mgt a lesson when mgt turned a deaf ear on their pleas to take the ball and run with it. Once their shares are exhausted it may turn around again...
Works pretty good with just the little screen thingy. If you are using a vegetable there is no need for the tube and it seems as if you better have a solid vegie, shake will just clog the screen.
I'm happy, glta!
To mCig's credit, support answered my query quickly. First they told me there were two pieces in the package and to look carefully for the glass screen. I found it stuck to the glue on the top of the package.
I tried it by putting the screen on top of the element and then the tube with vegetable inside on top of it. Did not get anything...so I emailed support again to verify I was using it correctly.
Another quick responce:
Warning: Working with C4 Glass Pak means the area between the power button and the mouthpiece will get hot. We don’t recommend deploying the power for more than 30 seconds before allowing the chamber to cool down.
mCig C4 Glass Pak Prototypes (US Made handblown borosilicate glass):
The mCig C4 Glass Pak is for experienced users. Extended trigger time is needed to heat glass to appropriate temperature. Never hold/hand off the mCig where the battery connects to the chamber during use of glass pak sessions. If trigger finger gets hot, it is time to let the unit cool down. All C4 Glass Pak sessions should use the highest 3.7V (green & blue LED) power setting. Always hand the mCig by the logo to another user. It is also recommended to hold the mCig vertical (logo down/mouthpiece up), unlike a traditional cigarette.
The explanations below are guidelines to how the C4 Glass Pak should be used, feel free to mix/match and experiment with various configurations. The C4 Glass Pak is modular in nature and the mCig 2.0 chamber allows for other mouthpieces and chambers to be deployed by any micro glass artists willing to step up to the task of making them.
C4 Screen- Glass Screen: Just like what some might have fished out of the kitchen or bathroom sink back in the day for the ol’ metal pipe. Things have changed, and this borosilicate hand blown glass has been layered and finely cut to create a small disc for oil/wax deployment as well as solid concentrates such as hashish or pressed dry sieve kif. The glass screen can also be used with dry herb as a base to keep it from touching the heating coil or at the backside of the packed dry herb to hold it in place and keep anything from touching the mouthpiece. The glass screen heats materials within 3-10 seconds of trigger time.
C4 Hash Cylinder- Hollow Glass Chamber: This is to be used with the Glass Screen above for solid concentrates such as H2O extracted hashish or dry sieve kif. It can also be used again on the reverse end for the redeployment of a fresh round of materials. This can be used in place of the dry herb vapor chamber. Simply place a 1 or 2 budlets in the chamber. For concentrates: Get a small wafer or snake of concentrate smaller than the diameter of the tube, and sandwich it together with the glass screen. Remember to allow room in the chamber for air to move, so don’t totally plug the cylinder. A little bit of material goes a long way, it should heat up within 5-10 seconds of trigger time.
C4 Oil- Oil & Wax Chamber: The chamber with the single hole “nipple” base. This chamber allows for a dab or two of oil/wax to be placed inside this specially designed glass chamber. Keep in mind that during this process, to keep the mCig vertical, with the battery pointing down, the mouthpiece up, so that hot oil isn’t running into user’s mouth. 3-10 second bursts.
C4 Vapor- Budlet Vapor Chamber: Drop one or two unground budlets into the chamber with the holes in the bottom. Give it 10-15 seconds trigger time to prime the chamber and gently inhale. Keep gently inhaling anytime you are pressing the trigger. Users get small vapor hits. There is slight combustion at the base due to extreme heat, but it is minimal and can be avoided further by using the glass screen at the base of the Budlet Vapor Chamber to have a 2nd layer of glass as a buffer from the heating coil at the base.
Clean C4 Glass by soaking in 91% Isopropyl Alcohol, never force anything through glass, wear medical gloves if sensitive to alcohol. A safety pin helps with cleaning the notches in the glass screen. Glass may discolor after exposure to heat, performance not affected. For any chambers that get “stuck”, prime the unit for 5 seconds at a time until the chamber loosens. Never rip or pullout anything stuck firmly in the chamber. A little heat is needed to set it free. Remember, glass coming out of the chamber after heating is hot, and should be handled carefully.

My suggestion to mCig:
include the instructs within the package, especially since it begins with "Warning"! I will try again without the tube but with the screen.
I don't have a jeweler's loupe but I'm 99% certain it's just a small piece of open ended plastic. I replied to my order #, we'll see what they say.
I ordered a "2 piece glass pack". Today I received a package with 1 piece of plastic that is open on each end with no instructions?? It fits inside the mcig 2 but if it's open at each end what keeps the vegetable from touching the element?
Anyone else have any guidance on the proper use?
The last 15 minutes of trading should give us a pretty good indication of what tomorrow will bring.

Why isn't the guy who's been learning the weed biz for the last few years stuffing his pockets with weed related contracts? If they want to get this stock moving again they need to pay attention to where the action is and aggressively pursue it.
HSCC: "All secure sir."
HSCC2: "Should we put out news?"
HSCC: "Are you kidding? That's classified."
WoW! Crickets in here. No trading. Stuck in the teens. Baggies north of .02? This is looking more and more like a classic weekend p&d. Hope I'm wrong.
