Here's the difference... I'm not asking people to invest in a business idea, we have actually launched a real business selling real products to real customers for real money.

you guys are all hilarious, second guessing everything. I keep coming back because Maria continues to poke baseless assumptions about the current business and while I'm here, other posts are addressed. that's it, no other ulterior motives or agendas.

ok, so keep poking, but agree that your assumptions are unfounded and without any attempt to find the truth.
ok, let's take a look at your "sarcastic" post...
please, everyone vote as to whether or not your think the last sentence is sarcastic or not...
Quote:
Midas Direct is utilizing the award winning mathematics and marketing research of I-novation to directly tailor its personal care products and marketing messages to the main consumer niche making both brick and click purchases.
This quote from the link you provided just sounds like Wheeler is at best a client or consumer of Moskovitz's products/services. I don't think I would characterize that as a "Jim / Midas Direct is ... business partners with Dr. Howard Moskowitz of Harvard."
I suspect that Moskovitz doesn't care how anyone utilizes his "mathematics," whether to sell a real product or a MLM scam or a penny stock, as long as they pay his company for the use of the software.
I have to agree though - the MidasDirect page sure makes it all sound very impressive.
like I just wrote to Maria...
I am not here to press anyone's hot buttons or convince anyone to do anything. You [Maria] brought me here when you [Maria] made a claim, and I quote "I suspect that Moskovitz doesn't care how anyone utilizes his "mathematics," whether to sell a real product or a MLM scam or a penny stock, as long as they pay his company for the use of the software.

And in that post you [Maria] did say, and I quote... "I have to agree though - the MidasDirect page sure makes it all sound very impressive. " So when we want to, we do come up with the right things to say to motivate you [Maria].
HBizness did the right thing by doing a little due diligence and contacted Dr. Howard Moskowitz rather than continuing the outlandish assumptions.
That alerted me to this post where I came to set the record straight regarding our involvement.
Whether I do or not is not a function of your request.
All I know is that you said it sounded impressive. Of course, now you are backpedaling that you meant it sarcastically. Ok, whatever.
And you're right. The products can be found at different price points on the Internet ... what a scam (sarcastic) There is nothing else being sold out there that has different price points on the Internet (more sarcasm) Maybe, maybe Apple products are the only thing you can find that has solid price consistency no matter where you buy it.
Seriously, stop the unfounded attempts to poke holes and the current business. I understand you have problems with the past businesses, but do not comment on the current business unless it has affected you personally.

You got me. Live chat customer service is impossible on a mass scale. Nobody is doing it and nobody can do it. Your right. Our whole business model is based on something that can't be done.
We will send out press releases with information that we have.
Who is more likely to tell you that he a good guy, someone who is, or someone who is not. I will not try to defend myself. All I can say is we have to see how this plays out. I have not asked you for money and I have not told you to buy stock. I have not told you to participate in Midas Direct or anything else we are working on.
We are not trying to fund raise, we are just trying to sell products and services using technology, science and good products.
Due Diligence for a passive investor and due diligence as an active partner is very different. We are not relying on Jim to make money for us. We are the ones responsible for making money with Jim.
Why do you assume we did not do our due diligence? Because we came to a different conclusion? Because I failed your pop quiz?
yep and if you go to www.gomidasdirect.com you will see that they have shares in the brooklyn bridge for sale. The exit strategy is to sell it at a public auction in 6 months to a year. HURRY!
I didn't know that I was getting a pop quiz. Do you know why they call it Grant's Tomb?
Why is this called PAPA? ... I'm not sure what your question is. That is the name of the parent company Papa Bello Enterprises, Inc. The posts are about that company and its CEO Jim Wheeler
You should share your story. I do not know what you were promised for your money. If that is what you were promised, that is what you should get. If you are negotiating a new deal, that is not up to me to decide.
There is a significant difference between the pattern of the stock in the past and what has happened over the last 6 months. I do not know what you do for a living, but we are in the business of helping companies make money by selling products and services people want. That is what we have been doing.
I appreciate you opinion, but quite honestly, Dr. Howard Moskowitz has quite a bit more experience and success in the business world than most of the people on this planet. No one is perfect, but he looks for opportunities and makes them happen.
you can just put in a sell order. because it is a penny stock, you need to put it in as a limit order with a specific price to sell at. It will not work as a straight market order.
Ok... I'm about as close as you can get to the horses mouth. Dr. Moskowitz is extremely busy and cannot respond in detail to every post and query, but I try. The author of this post, Henry, connected with Dr. Moskowitz last night via LinkedIn, you are certainly invited to do the same.
Moskowitz Jacobs Inc. is in the business of working with Fortune 100 companies developing and optimizing their products and services, utilizing the math and science of its owner, Dr. Howard Moskowitz. It has been in business for over 30 years.
Dr. Moskowitz has always believed that his genius has broader application and started creating partnerships with organizations that can bring the science to new areas.
About 5 years ago, Dr. Moskowitz created a partnership with a group of entrepreneurs, Inovum with the goal of applying the math and science to databased one to one marketing. Applications included areas such as car sales, insurance sales, and patient healthcare compliance.
About 4 years ago he went into business with Chuck Stebbins, premiere developer and internet marketing guru. They had a goal of putting the power of the science in to the hands of Main street instead of Wall Street. Helping corporate America pales in comparison to helping the Americans who have suffered under this endless recession. Together, Chuck and Dr. Mo began developing products and brands for direct marketing...
Fast forward to the beginning of this year, when they were introduced to Jim Wheeler and together we developed a partnership Midas Direct Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of Papa Bello Inc. What Jim brings to the table is an implementation platform for the products they developed. But more than that, it becomes a platform for the science to investigate new products and services in a rapid deployment fashion, through the hardware and software, that will become the new paradigm for marketing and sales of products and services ... what we like to call Brick & Click.
So in a nutshell, this is real.
