Again- that supposes the warrants are exercised. We will know for sure because PHOT files.
Yes, they actually are as 'stupid' as you might think. And there will be more and more 'stupid' people until all of a sudden it's not 'stupid' anymore. And then you might be saying we are 'lucky'. But we actually saw the opportunity and took action.
Let's keep this board on a respectful level. Each of us has a perspective on the matter at hand. Together we can illuminate the truth.
Thank you. I think there is an opportunity to see an association with the market. If we as investors want to see the industry rise, we have to raise the awareness of the necessity for ethical business practices.
My DD is on the record- hundreds of messages from this physician/MBA. You can do your DD too.
Yes I do know that.
I wanted to know of the companies that are fully transparent filers of audited SEC statements who are scammers, as the original writer suggested.
Folks- interesting depiction of the state of our cannabis OTC companies. I invite your attention to the standout: PHOT. Ask yourselves how this is happening?

Not my probs :).
Bottom line is PHOT is 1:11 of the cannabis OTC companies that is up this year. That's statistically relevant. I think I know why. Do you?
Check out my posts all is there
Proves the inefficiency of the market place :)
Dilution imminent?
Man this is about Ivy League investors and founders of large companies who have $40M and know how to win. Their warrants expire in 5 years. Dude we have emailed I can share your true sentiments if you wish.
Yes it is old news- up nearly 40% already. Check out my posts history is laid out well since I bought 1M shares at .0314 after Dr Gupta's essay,
This is starting to make sense. MJNA is down because of issues of unethical behavior. Is that hard to understand?
Not possible to upgrade with the issues surrounding this company. Elementary, man.
Really old news. Recycled. See my posts for details.
Audited, fully reporting to SEC?
Reputation man. That's the name of the game.
Yep- and Sklar is a UPenn law school graduate, next door to Wharton Business school. For those scammers out there, Wharton is ground zero for smart money investing. Most are players in Wall Street (Goldman Sachs, etc).
Connecting the dots- PHOT continues to network with firms of sterling reputation. pretty good for a penny stock. And that might be the reason it is 1:11 in the cannabis OTC that is substantially up in the last six months.

Law firm Sklar and Williams that closed the $40M deal rated in highest peer reviewed category: Preeminent.
Does not appear to be a scam :)

Happy Thanksgiving Monkey. I cannot agree with you more.
Agreed. Underlying fundamentals is the key. If the company is doing great no worries.
Reverse stock splits are generally good for investors. I thought it was not so.

Bashers- a bit of a homework assignment, if you wish. Please do explain this comparison graph of the stock movements of the cannabis OTC companies in the last six months. PHOT is the only one up? Why?
http://stockcharts.com/freecharts/candleglance.html?PHOT,MWIP,MDBX,HEMP,GRNH,MJNA,CBIS,GWPH,TRTC,ERBB,EDXC,HSCC|C
And that, btw is my metric to sell. I'm a long investor obviously. But the minute PHOT is not transparent- and we have enough bashers here on the board that will sound the alarm- and the execs do not follow up with a similiar iCannabis radio interview, I am out. Simple, no?
Yes. We shall keep track of when these warrants are exercised as that will increase the O/S. PHOT is strong on transparency: that is invaluable compared to the other companies. Hence the price rise. Simple is it not? Ethics taught to us in grade school :)
$40 bill was right on. Thank you.
These posts do keep us honest. I bought in at .0314, 1M shares. People have had many bad experiences on the OTC. My theory is not all companies are the same. Some are different and I think PHOT has so far shown that. What else would explain the fact it is the only penny stock in the cannabis industry in the last 6 months to go up? (Tripled since my purchase).
Have you looked up the law firm that put this together. Ivy league pal. Wall Street is here.
Wow. The market is inefficient.
News out since last week. People have made a lot of money on this news and you are just talking about it now. LOL
Dude we've been over this. Trust or punch out.
Prohibition- great example of what I am trying to explain. But you get this, so what's the point?
Valid points. It's risky, no doubt about that. Everyone of us is way outside the curve of normality here. He who will not risk cannot win.
Entrepreneurs mitigate risk very well. We've mitigated risk by aligning ourselves with the largest public fully reporting public company and large investors that think the timing is right. And the time is right if you look at the Pew and Gallup polls.
if we all waited until the federal government declared this legal then you and I would be laggards. Laggards are safe but the monetary rewards, and the fun, are exponentially less.
Public companies like Concur Technologies built their whole business around government compliance in travel and expense. I happen to know this as a daily observer and an investor since 2001 when the stock was .91 (was as low as .32 when CEO bought 100k). CNQR is $96. I remember when the yahoo board use to be filled with bashers. Back then I did not comment.
Its legal, boring stuff. Just like what PHOT is trying to do.
Interesting- change is a key element. The quicker the change of building products customers want and desire, through trust and collaboration, the greater a company becomes.
This window of continued talk of mistrust, dilution, and scam- is Hell. That is when things do not change. Entrepreneurs can see through Hell by understanding people who think like themselves.
Its two sides of a coin. I like to think we are on the right side.
Reposted DOJ memo. GrowLife has attorney executives who have written their thesis in law school on this subject.
http://www.justice.gov/iso/opa/resources/3052013829132756857467.pdf
Please do your DD people. This is validating my inefficient market hypothesis. Public knowledge is available, but clearly not efficiently understood. Investors can profit from the market players lack of understanding of ethics, trust, and opportunities.
I have a Masters in Public Health:
Read the memo from the DOJ in early September again.
And you are just in college. With that clarity of vision you have a bright future indeed.
Dude you are missing my whole point. I was addressing your dilution, director scamming, dump the shares and screw us shareholder program.
Something I've learned at a world class MBA program is that great companies are created around products that leverage an inefficiency surrounding the marketplace. What our friend NRC seems to not realize is that is GrowLife's opportunity.
