Times like these I'd usually sing the row row row your boat song but insert "dump dump dump your shares "gently" on the bid" but there is nothing "gently" about this dumping. Sub .02 incoming!!!

It'll bounce soon, it takes a few days to clear shares at the TA so the bleeding will slow down to let it come back up a bit. Good for a flip a few times. Like every other OTC ticker. Flip, wait, buy, dump, wait, buy. Etc. Wash rinse repeat. Kinda like dilution, pump, crashing, R/S.

No, I have never signed a NDA and if you read my post again, I've stated that I was and am a current share holder and that I have had a note in the past and I have one currently.
My response to you is not a personal assault on you, it is a rebuttal of the information that you present with your DD. If I didn't think the company had a chance I wouldn't be putting my $ into it. I've said in the past and will continue to do so, I made and will continue to make money here regardless of the silly banter. Personally I'm hoping the company makes it big, I have a vested interest but I'm not going pump garbage or put up silly charts that clearly don't work on OTC stocks, those charts never take into consideration the massive dilution on a daily basis.

The shares that are "not" tradeable are held by Union Capital in reserve. They are tradeable whenever he feels like dumping them (of which it happens everyday) and will continue to happen for a very long time.

Almost feel bad for the peeps buying early yesterday morning in the .03's. They can't be feeling to good today. Or maybe they jumped ship when every market maker under the sun showed up at the offer and this was a sure sign #TIMBER!

If you want to "see" them on L2 just look for NITE with the mysterious 30k share offers every day. They usually go to the low offer, get lifted and go right back there. They are in the proximity of 15-30% of the volume every day. That is dilution SS1. Not to say every company down in this shiz land isn't full of dilution and money can be made even with it, you just can't say "all retail" and not post facts.

Market cap does make a difference, look at Pineapple Express. Talk about over done. This market cap with what they own is low along with the float.

If it is or if it isn't, does it really matter? The ability to trade a stock for a profit is how you make money. This is the OTC not the Dow Jones, but low sell high, no? I've made a pretty good living doing it. Miss the TIMBER posts though.
