Fairly substantial volume(for us) late afternoon, whether tied to general malaise of the markets or not. NO volume after hours to signify any support of 'news',IMO! I know CP posted yesterday,or this morning, about a potential head-fake of sorts but the LATE action of the drop does not equate to that, again IMO. That would have been perpetrated much earlier to gauge angst in potential sellers. The price keeps dropping and it sucks and we don't like it. There you have it. I'm happy we did NOT get 2 feet of snow and I feel sorry for those who did. carpe diem PR
LOL. Maybe he's in a band? The Kingsmen? Oh wait, that was taken. PPHM company has a band? The Bavis? SK and the ATM Funk Machine? Just kidding but what a plethora of posts that would generate IF ... carpe diem PR
Wow! Dow futures -278.00! It'll take some doing to be green today. Buck the trend PPHM! LOL carpe diem PR
I know we're not not supposed to be so off-topic but just to reply to your 'drifts' I would like to add... I lived in Syracuse,N.Y. Enough said if you know anything about lake effect snow. LOL PR
Stay safe jim. Here in the Berkshires we're looking at near 2 ft(or better where I am) so I fully expect totals to be achieved. LOL. I love where I live but I dislike January, but I will NEVER wish away days. peace PR
I know this is OT but I just want to wish good luck to all my fellow New England residents and those in the Northeast in general as the whopper heads our way. Stay safe and be prepared. As Kafka said,"Better to have, and not need, than to need, and not have." Go PPHM,whatever you may be doing...please do it well. carpe diem PR
Golly gee Hypi a little harsh on the assessment of your fellow shareholder's analogies. It would seem better for you to vent at your broker who told you all sorts of stories about PPHM that have YET to materialize. You seem like a fairly intelligent individual with a grasp of economics and current U.S. and foreign policies regarding financial strategies. Why do you care how posters perceive their investment? I hope you have a good weekend. GL PR
I suppose with all possible combinations therein, one could conceivably be 'pessimistically optimistic' or 'optimistically pessimistic'? Seriously, this PPHM MB is really no different than most message boards. Cryptic, ambiguous innuendo laced with half-truths and white lies,IMO. It's ultimately your money and your decision to invest,or not. Snowy here in New England...beautiful in its' own annoying,never-ending way. carpe diem PR
It's unfortunate that we can't seem to trade (at least significantly) pre-market,or in the case of today, any trades. On another note PPHMP ask is $199,999.99. LOL! carpe diem PR
Dear lord CP we've now crossed into a time warp! What year is it now? 2915?! I KNOW it was a typo! Just having a little fun(and PPHM best NOT be $1.31 in 2912). carpe diem PR
I know I shouldn't laugh but I did. PPHM can't seem to get out of its own way.At least the volume is UP! Tongue-in-cheek. GL PR
You may be correct on some of your points(would be nice to get Bavi approved FIRST before catapulting to Microsoft MC,etc.) but that sure is a plethora of pessimism for a Wed. early morning. "You never know,MAYBE something good will happen today." Phoenix Rising. My mantra has served ME well through a lot of bad. I own it because I choose to own it. News floats penny stocks more so than other larger equities,IMO,and I wait for news. Too much riding the past and whipping the future for me. I hope all have a healthy day. carpe diem PR
There is NO doubt about new technologies/thinking/treatments taking time, and thankfully for our scientists/doctors/medical professionals seeking innovative and ground-breaking therapies. BUT do you want Sue to wait? I'm cognizant of your point overall but Sue can beat her cancer...IT HAPPENS! NOT every human DIES from cancer and cancer treatments. Barbaric as they may seem ,as a cancer survivor I am never happy with forward-thinking individuals who believe we are 'all' basically being murdered-by-treatment. Yes, that was meant as an over the top statement. IMO,don't lump oncologists,et al into one giant mindless lump of rats following the Pied Piper's tune. This is a disservice to those who fight daily to SAVE LIVES with what they have available and what they believe works! Obviously this subject is very personal to me,and I know others on this board, although I speak ONLY for myself. If you've been touched by cancer I wish you/yours well...if NOT then your opinion is only that. I mean NO disrespect or ill-will, carpe diem PR
I agree with the possibilities,I really do. I know I will have cancer again as it is really already a 'given'. But it will eventually,IMO, rely on the bravery of the patient(s) and the medical community at-large to see past the norm and strike a new path, not such an easy thing to do(just think insurance,etc.). I agree a time for change is nearer than farther but I think it will come down to those who are willing to risk their lives(patients) and their reputations(doctors),as it usually does, to find a better way to survive...and thrive. Peace. PR p.s. I would be willing to do this because my cancer is almost always on the most fatal list.Hence my moniker and my motto. carpe diem
As much as I like this particular thinking of yours I have to wonder who are the surgeons performing these surgeries? How long does it take to train these skilled surgeons and who will train them? How would they know just how much to remove in order to make the correct surgical decision. As a cancer survivor who has gone 'under the knife' surgery is a very trying time fraught with nervous anticipation.I am thoughtful in my response and I am NOT trying to be a hard-ass. Your potential has potential but I don't see it as an 'anytime SOON' situation,IMO. But your outside the box thinking for down the road is interesting. carpe diem PR
Good gravy... read between the lines, put together a million puzzle pieces upside down ,print out the S-3 and dip it in grape juice and hold up to the light of a full moon at midnight and you'll have your answer,IMO! I don't know how it could be more transparent. Glad I could help. On to the next mystery. GL PR
I hope no good news on Monday. Martin Luther King,Jr. Day observance. Markets closed,IMO. GL PR
For all the 'inside' info we received today(eyes roll into back of sockets) I personally am disappointed in the action of PPHM. We again passed 1 million shares traded, which for us is good,IMO. And I wish wook would stop asking if we have "left the $1.30's behind?" Just kidding,I think you're only 50% responsible for our recent decline...TIC! carpe diem PR
Is it possible that "exact words" were NOT exact? I'm not calling anyone out on this but that is a strange statement to make and then remember verbatim,IMO. Then post without follow-up,IMO. PR
Okay, I'll bite. EXACT words? That is quite a statement. Could you enlighten us as to whom we can attribute those words? TIA PR
I don't know when that list was made but PPHM is listed at having a $226 MILLION market cap.??? That's been awhile,IMO. GL PR
Yeah, really. The change from CSM to ANYBODY. Why is that a surprise? Is there a lawsuit somewhere I heard about? Maybe I was dreaming. LOL PR
I have to admit I would be a SELLER with that market cap. LOL PR
Market capitalization of $264.16 BILLION???? PR
I am fairly certain that PPHM mgmnt. stated that enrollment numbers would NOT be released UNLESS they were"significantly" ahead or behind schedule. I believe that was stated in a CC 2014. I can't find it now I'm running a scan and my laptop is acting 'my age'.lol I know it has been posted here before. On schedule is full enrollment by end of 2015, IMO. AA,trial halt, full approval, buyout, whatever. It would all be nice but please use some cautious optimism, not like it's a 'done deal.' All IMO. GL PR
Research funding provided by Peregrine. I wonder how much and how many others PPHM funds? Just a rhetorical question as we will probably never know the answer. GL PR
And IMO if Cramer talks up immunotherapy and does NOT mention PPHM I believe we go right back down tomorrow. IF he mentions PPHM I believe we could hold decent gains for the week. But I try NOT to prognosticate often. Most times it can make one look... GL PR
Volume is out of control...and so is the pps. Weird. PR
The guessing games started yesterday. I'm in the camp that guesses 'biopharm'. Apologies to biopharm if it is not him. PR
I AGREE 100%! I guess that some just want to point out the possibilities that MAY exist between,or amongst, different companies in bio-land? PPHM IS PPHM...period. They will succeed/thrive,or not, on their (hopeful)breakthrough pipeline,IMO. They will issue shares, options, file a shelf, etc. as they need. If Bavi,et al succeed we prosper...if not then so be it. GL PR
IMO, comparing Tesla to Ford/GM is hardly apples to apples. How many models of Tesla are available compared to Ford/GM? The average price of a Tesla motor car I would bet are far higher than the average car off the assembly line at Ford/GM,therefore one could ASSUME fewer cars are manufactured, but consumers like their cars and are betting on their success.IMO. How many factories does Ford/GM produce parts/vehicles? How many Tesla plants? How many countries are Ford/GM plants? Tesla? If you post Avid is one big reason, that's fine but 180 employees,or thereabouts, have been the number PPHM has had for quite awhile,IMO. It seems to be high, and has been, for a relatively small bio,IMO!!! gl PR p.s. I bought a Tesla for a relative and she loves it!
IMO, because statements that were made could have been stated differently. How about "We are still actively pursuing our stated goal of partnerships." Or "We continue to be in discussions about partnerships with our extensive pipeline." Maybe PPHM execs are discussing amongst themselves, maybe with potential partners. Some abiguity but no inferred timeline so no problem, IMO. It's just another topic to kick around but I believe the topic to be the second most important topic, short of Bavi approval by the FDA. PR
Thank you for that post. Ambiguity in prepared statements just allows for speculation on iHub. IMO "...the coming year." was clearly meant to be by the end of 2014. It did not happen and I do not believe most posters here believe it would. Now let's move on to the 150 million shelf...PPHM still has shelf money left over from the previous one. That is where I am putting my spyglass on...for now. Puzzle pieces without mentioning Bavi or PPHM or partnerships that do not include PPHM are just speculation/wishful thinking that PPHM is next or they have already signed on the dotted line and are waiting for the 11th hour to announce. I hope my posting this makes a partnership come true. If not,IMO,it's all idle chatter to froth up one's hope that PPHM must be partnering...everybody else in the I/O world seems to be doing it. People are funny. Science seems sound but will have to meet requirements by the FDA stating so. IMO! carpe diem PR
I guess the December Effect aka The Santa Claus Rally skipped a year. PPHM opened on Dec.1,2014 at $1.47. PR
Well,I am glad NO PR has come out. Who in their right mind PRs a partnership, collaboration or anything else positive on New Year's Eve day??? AH PR about that shelf might happen. IMO PPHM did not own up to their statements about "upcoming year." And why do we have to remove letters from scripted statements to match a timeline because one timeline has already passed without bearing fruit. carpe diem and Happy New Year PR
I will agree that NOT stating 'calendar year' OR 'fiscal year' OR simply 2014 leaves the statement as open-ended as possible. One reality is that as of Dec'31,2014 "...over the coming year." excludes 2014. That will ensure at least more speculation into March 2015...and beyond? LOL. Now if they announce "partnerships" today or tomorrow then they have kept their word. If not then I'm sorry to say, personally I believe, they are just buying themselves time to state something else so ambiguous as to make a shareholder then question what THAT statement means. See even I can write in run around verbiage. It's just that easy. Anyway Happy New Year and looking forward to more ambiguous statements in the coming year. carpe diem PR
Well, according to at least one poster here PPHM already had buyers lined up to buy as many shares of PPHMP as needed. LOL.People are funny.
Thank you for posting that thought. Fiscal year in this case was meant as a timeline from COMMENT not from PPHM fiscal year. IMO> That is what happens when ambiguity reigns o'er the land. IMO. PR
The poster you write about does indeed bring up PPHM and its' potential to add to SOC in fight against cancer. I also think that instead of using one's real name in various MB a poster could remain anonymous(via nom de plume, moniker,et al) and still recieve 'hits' on articles written. It was posted also that proceeds were being donated to charity. Fantastic. No need for self 'back-slapping',IMO. Think humility. GL PR
I agree and I am NOT of the mindset of the crowd that believes any old time will do. That's bunk. But that statement issued in March(2014,I believe) was so deliberately ambiguous it brought out the great debate as to when the,IMO, most important financial news of the current incarnation of PPHM would happen. Partnering news is huge,no opinion,FACT> We'll see,as some like to post here...lol. Or maybe, time will tell...an oldie but goodie. GL PR
