If you actually read anything he actually said he said revenues should significantly exceed 12 million. He did not specifically say 13-15. I expect this revenue issue to be resolved in the second quarter as they actually stated in the 10-K.

Actually no. It's not that simple. That statement had to be made based on what they could put in the audited financial at that moment. They cannot base their statement on pending revenue that is being resolved.

There is a going concern section in any quarterly or annual financial statement filed by a legitimate company.
