Morning guys!
I'm watching CTRP today for SS. News out rumoring buyout which company is denying. Working beautifully from 34.09 so far.
I like this play as a grinder over next week or so. Could play out similar to TALK although diff promoter altogether.
RXII putting out results this Friday 7/12. Been adding shares daily, this thing has accumulated at same price point for two months now. Looking for this to be big gainer long term.
Yes Happy 4th to all ATS peeps!
Only thing missing for me this 4th is I'm not a millionaire, so I don't get to tweet about what millionaires do on this day or my Lamborghini.
Until then I'll enjoy visiting my humble TX family and eat damn good BBQ.
Truth is this is only worth half a penny/share now. Funny the folks at this company continue responding to email they receive and filing documents with regulators.
Known fact it's a shell but why haven't these guys just packed it up and ran by now? Prob a good thing this has not traded on OTC since the halt was lifted, wounds still way too fresh to many.
If you're not holding any of this then no need to bash those holding bag at this point the pps has done a good enough job of that.
ADPC good volume and price action, on watch
Guys don't chase this crazy thing this morning, wait for consolidation and a little pull, if you see higher lows than when this last ran up to $4 that may be a time to add. GLTA
Understand, trading day basically lasts from 9:30-11:30am and then again from 3:15- close. Summertime blues.

"Don is unique in the game business," said Mark Pincus, Founder, Chairman and Chief Product Officer. "He can execute in multiple domains - hardware, software and network, and he's been the person responsible for game franchises like 'Need for Speed,' 'FIFA' and 'The Sims.' He's one of the top executives in the overall entertainment business and he's a great coach who has inspired people to do their best work and build strong, productive teams. He deeply understands the value of a network and the importance of creating lifelong consumer relationships. He turned Xbox into the world's largest console-gaming network, growing its installed base from 10 to 80 million and transformed that business from deep losses to substantial profits. And he has grown the Xbox Live player network from 6 to 50 million active members in 41 countries. Going forward, I'll continue in my role as Chairman and Chief Product Officer. I'm excited to partner with Don and the rest of our team to return Zynga to its leadership role in inventing and growing Play as a core human experience."
"In its short history, Zynga has redefined entertainment and brought social gaming to the mainstream. More than 1 billion people across web and mobile have installed Zynga games, and franchises like FarmVille and Words With Friends have become a part of people's daily lives," said Mattrick. "I joined Zynga because I believe that Mark's pioneering vision and mission to connect the world through games is just getting started. Zynga is a great business that has yet to realize its full potential. I'm proud to partner with Mark to deliver high-quality, fun, social games wherever people want to play."
Mattrick, 49, spent six years at Microsoft - the last three as president of the Interactive Entertainment Business. In that role, he was responsible for the team that grew Microsoft's Xbox 360 global installed base by 700 percent to more than 75 million consoles. During his six-year tenure at Microsoft, Mattrick also oversaw businesses and services focused on consumer products that included the groundbreaking Kinect entertainment products and PC and mobile interactive entertainment.
Mattrick served as the president of Worldwide Studios at Electronic Arts. During his 15-year career at Electronic Arts, Mattrick helped develop and scale the company's leading global game franchises and brands including "Need for Speed," "FIFA" and "The Sims." At age 17, Mattrick founded his first company, Distinctive Software, which was acquired by Electronic Arts in 1991.
"Mark took the lead in working with the entire board to recruit Don to Zynga," said John Doerr, Member of the Zynga Board of Directors and General Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. "All of us at Zynga - and no one more than Mark - are thrilled Don is joining our mission to connect the world through games. This is a win for the people who play our games, the talented employees who make them and the investors who believe in our long-term value. This also is a win for Mark, who can devote his full attention to conceiving and building the best social games in the world."
Mattrick will report directly to the Board and was unanimously appointed CEO. Mattrick will join Pincus in a newly formed Executive Committee to manage the operations and affairs of the Company between Board meetings.
Second Quarter Conference Call

Additional Quotes for Media Use
"Don Mattrick joining Zynga as its CEO is a spectacular coup for the company, its shareholders and for Mark. There is not another executive in the world who could bring as much experience, knowledge and success in the gaming space. This is an incredible vote of confidence in the future prospects for Zynga. With Don as CEO, Mark will be free to focus his time developing transformative products for players." -Jeffrey Katzenberg, Member of the Zynga Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer and Director of DreamWorks Animation SKG.
"As a founder, I know from experience that the right successor has the potential to massively accelerate the growth of a company. Don Mattrick's strong track record demonstrates that he can balance big picture vision with world-class execution. His skills are highly complementary to Mark, and I look forward to seeing their partnership in action." - Reid Hoffman, Member of the Zynga Board of Directors and Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of LinkedIn Corporation.
"Don is an incredibly talented leader who plays to win. He is someone who's constantly attracting great talent and coaching teams towards success. I've long admired the rigor and passion he brings to an industry that he, frankly, helped create. Don loves games and gives developers the freedom they need to surprise and delight players; but he also knows better than anyone that an innovative games company is a demanding and complex enterprise. Few people are up to that; Don is." -Bing Gordon, Member of the Zynga Board of Directors and General Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers.

Time Warner Cable deploying Cisco, Ruckus Wi-Fi gear in New York City
June 27, 2013 | By Steve Donohue
Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) said it will deploy up to 10,000 Wi-Fi access points in New York City by the end 2013, using gear from Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) and Ruckus Wireless.
Marking one of its biggest Wi-Fi rollouts yet, the MSO said Thursday that it had already installed 1,700 hotspots in Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island, and that it will deploy 1,000 TWC Wi-Fi hotspots in Manhattan by mid-July. Subscribers from Comcast (Nasdaq: CMCSA), Cablevision (NYSE: CVC) and other operators in the CableWiFi consortium will be able to use the hotspots for free. Time Warner Cable has installed 12,000 hotspots in Southern California, and also has hotspots in markets such as Austin, Texas, and Charlotte, N.C.
The announcement comes two days after Jefferies analyst Thomas Seitz predicted that major cable MSOs would soon shake up the wireless data sector with "a disruptive, Wi-Fi/MVNO [Mobile Virtual Network Operator]"-based service that would appeal to consumers who want to surf the Web on mobile devices without relying on usage-based data plans from mobile phone carriers.

CERE huge gap and run
you think he'd stick to the ceiling if we threw him up there?
He has also been known to use the alias "DB" or "Douche Bag" according to a twitter confirmation @goniffs

The company will respond to your email same day you send it. The ticker needs to be listed back on the BB or QB before anything can happen here.
It's just a lost cause on the grey's. Company will tell you they've got an MM and are filing paperwork for this to happen but can't give a timeline.
Pennyworld...
MJNA on hight alert for this guy. Volume increasing over last three sessions. look at 6 month chart where it started to become a beast 1/29/13, the setup from today's close is looking like a little twin brother.
If I see a gap & fade in the AM I'm hopping in here. Might be a nice way to head into fourth of July Holiday with fat pockets half baked on MJNA baby!
Would be nice to see this baby break .10 and close there
You beat me to it ANG, this one is definitely inching up. .12 offering this week.
Me too, perhaps beach and sparrow are up for teaching us? Do options fall under the pdt rule?
agreed, just looked at chart from a few weeks back. Bounced off of .13 with 5x avg. daily volume, and ran up to .299 by 10AM the following day. Look at June 10-12 charts. been a relatively slow pullback to this level, looking for higher lows than last time.
I caught it on the way up at .153 but didn't get enough and reloaded at .17. This thing is a beast when it runs
the last run started around .12 I believe
Careful Paul Wall, the Q just came into play this week. I played XIDE the past few weeks and made decent bank but it's faded the past 4 sessions. Might yield a small move intraday.
I know salt lick well, I'm from Houston and the "Original Ninfa's" close to downtown is as legit as you'll get for Mexican. Lupe Tortilla is a small chain and have the best fajitas i've ever had.
LOL, i suspected the cali boy would question the Tex-Mex. Gonna have beachlover short some over to you...
AT you have no idea bro, BBQ in TX is where it's at along with some good Tex-Mex.
Jesus Christ AT!!! Might as well leave the $$$$ at the elevator and grab a gun on the way back to car if that's the case. WOuldn't surprise me if he's the guy that says "man I was telling you to leave when you were up, I would have"
WTF man, guess it shouldn't be a surprise since they did alert FNMA after all?
can't gamble if you're not willing to lose chips bro. Tournaments don't make you nervous because the amount you can lose is controlled via buy in where cash game that's not the case. I hate hold'em, game is so slow, i need action so i play loose and wild trying to induce and end up getting smacked.
guys like you and i can only imagine how weak and pitiful life is with a mind like these idiots. never get laid and constantly hating. preying on newbs while acting as if they're saving the world.
Guys check out NUGT and put on watch list, looks to have bounced off of 52 wk low. It's a gold ETF but has sick gap to fill if it runs.
Also have a look at PGRX
then you would have had a heart attack while shitting your pants simultaneously two days before new years this past year if you would have been down at the hard rock in tampa with me. $2K buy in on $100 BJ table, short 2 hours session. Hit two shoe run and cashed with $38K after flipping $2K to dealer. same thing happened day after Thanksgiving but it was for $25K and slower grind, lost $25K in last hour I was there trying to go for the gusto and hit $100K.
amen, regardless of what happens the "juice" is present when stepping into the field... No "juice" equals no fun. Bad gut feeling six, light being handcuffed and watching someone harm the one's u love.
Neither an I, Nite parked on the ask ain't gonna let it run
Morning guys, looks like they'll let ACCS bounce a bit before blood bath continues
the good news is Uncle Sam might take it a bit easier on you next April! Looks like you needed a silver lining so there you go.
more like:
Hi Assopeners,
You're really not sure what happened today but we are the instructions we had went like this... Bend over "buy, buy, buy" grab your ankles "while we sell into your dumbass", then after we pull out we shoot a big nut in your face while we short this right into your panic selling.
We really worked our ass' off to come up with this scam and not laugh too hard while we were obviously fucking you.
Now we're sending this note to let you know we really don't give a shit and while you're left holding our paper we'll be out loading up on more to sell you when your wound is healed.
Sincerely,
Yourassholeeditor.mom
