Famous last words. ;)
It can't really go much further down
Which is reasonable for a .02 stock, no? A profitable company would be trading at $1 at least.
But it does mean the end of dilution. Which would be a great improvement.
Good point, Scheer speaking too soon. A pretty good example of his lack of management skills others speak of. Hard to tell just how competent Scheer is.
Do you (or any board member) believe Scheer when he says CERP will be cash flow positive in a few months?
Any idea how many shares they are still obligated to issue?
...they are obligated to issue hundreds of millions of CERP shares for outstanding debt obligations.
Thanks for that.
Where are you seeing that?
Of course they're not synonymous, the point is that they both came of Scheer's mouth. You can't believe either -- it's not a doom-and-gloom nor a seventh-heaven scenario.
But alas, you're right, we're only along for the ride.
And not to knit-pick, but you talked to him "several months ago". Several months is definitely Slow, and the price we're at now is certainly Painful. Perhaps the Slow n' Painful is all over?
Also, if you believe Scheer when he says "Slow and Painful", why not believe him when he says, "Tsunami of Orders"? ;?
True, rich promises and poor excuses make for failure in any situation. But the float only impacts share price when all of those shareholders sell; if those shareholders don't sell, then the price goes up just as quickly as it did before - remember dilution was in full force during the Jan. and Feb. runs.
When Scheer said, "Slow and painful," he may have been talking more about his own path - reducing salary to 10% of what is was, moving to Indiana from California ... OUCH!
It only took 300K reported on 2/5 to make it jump 375%. If we're expecting about that much this quarter, that puts us above .05. Not awful.
Anyone remember how much revenue was reported on Jan. 22, that kick started the big run?
EDIT: Nm, found it. 500K
Probably going to be a slow crawl up from here. It might make it to .04. We'll see.
That would be insane. I would take $10m/yr. and be ecstatic.
.015 - .016, not surprised. I'll bet you a million shares it doesn't hit .012.
Um ... and Scheer may just get fed up with investors, and stop caring about the little guy altogether.
Yeah, the last time we had T-trades was back in Jan/Feb. A good sign?
No worries. Just trying to avoid my posts being deleted. Go CERP!!!
I would say the chart is now 1/10th of what it was before dilution started. Look at the support mid-last-year: .18 and .19 respectively. What is our support now, .018 and .019. So take everything since last October, and multiply it by 10 to equate with pre-dilution times.
I think that answers your question.
You're speaking out of panic. Don't worry, it'll turn the corner in a week or two, and you'll make all your money back, and then some.
What makes you say they're done converting?
Wow, nothing on the ask right now.
At least they're creating a springboard effect, once they let up this will recover quite nicely.
Man, they're really piling it on. It must be the arrangement they have with the diluters - "We'll release a PR, and then you can dump your shares."
The CEO is a talker. A walker - not so much.
Rubberband is getting pulled back tight. I bet we're up in the .04s in a week or two.
That MA200 is going to be mighty tempting as it gets within immediate range. I bet we see a nice run up to it once it gets under .10.
I'd say slow is good - compared to a fast drop below the MA50.
Actually, make that .04. We gotta do that to get anywhere.
The big test next week, imo, is whether or not this can break .036. I think that would confirm a gradual upward trend.
Weird volatility for this time of day. EOW closing, I guess.
Thanks, I know we've seen it before, just didn't know its significance.
What does that 666,000 bid at .03 mean?
More like a boa constrictor around our necks. ;)
Since lawsuit - a lot less dilution. That's what's missing.
Yeah, enough with the blood in the streets, let's get something green flowin'!
Could you paste that email into a post?
