Hey folks:
I have not checked the institutional holders recently - When did Fidelity Small Cap pick up its Destiny shares? That one's a major institutional investor, IMO. TIA
I know that there have been questions about how valid this data is, but for what it's worth, here's the declared short position total per OTCMarkets.com:

Van: GUGS has been around for a while. They have been popping in for short periods, but if my observations are correct, they are clearly a long.
It appears that the price is being dropped very quickly after small trades. Wide bid/ask spreads have been in effect for much of today.
I don't know if you folks are watching this, but keep an eye on the Level II activity - There has been a pretty significant effort all day to drive the price below 2.00 after the opening day surge.
Renne: Where did you get that number from? It's 40% of the float...TIA
after 5 minute pause in trading, CSTI increased lot size on the ask to 9900
CSTI is still boxing in the bid and ask quite actively
looks like CDEL (or someone working through this entity) is going to cap today's trading at 1.90 (currently on the ask with 9800 lot at 1.90).
It will be interesting to see if CSTI (or whoever is working through CSTI) is trying to keep the price at 2.0 or trying to hold it there for the past few days to get an opportunity to crush the price below.
Yeah, I know. It was one heck of a way for me to wake up (I walked over to the computer around 7:15 PST. It was down a bit, but then things went nuts. It was so fast. I missed the flashing bids. Thanks for the info.
please gather as much info as you can about which MM's are involved on the bid/ask as this is happening. The data might be interesting. It looks like these recent trades at 1.83 are via CSTI and CSTI is refreshing.
I don't know why RB let those posters / aliases survive for so long. It was really bad stuff, and then was replaced by tons of spammers. Destiny does not lose much in court, so hopefully the company has found something that will survive a court test. That, to me, will be very interesting.
Doubloon:
This is interesting - Several of us were on RB for a long time. There were 4-5 aliases involved, not just one.
Yup, nasty business (I remember this group, or an entity working through them) working on another company I was watching when I first joined a trading group many moons ago. Never forgot that.)
right on schedule, CSTI is boxing the bid/ask at the end of the day. I won't comment further on this.

I'm not sure if the IR interviews are still there, but check the company news and listen to the presentations that were made early this year. You might find the information useful.
The Japanese have been waiting for a long time for this product to be ready to deploy. It is my understanding that this trip was originally scheduled for just after the AGM in February. Let's hope for the best.
Dagshah:
A few of us have been in this stock for many years. This type of price is typical. The stock is fairly tightly held; There is a large short position; possibly a large naked short position (per the currently outstanding litigation); and low daily volume. I wish I understood CSTI / Canaccord's role in this.
noting that with about 20 minutes to go, CSTI is 1.99 x 2.0
I'm expecting this to happen daily until we get contract news or another rollout. Been through this a bit now with this stock.
as expected, CSTI is boxing the bid/ask at end of day.
Thnaks for the info on NetFramework. It turns out that I had an old version still on my XP system that was messing up downloads of future patches. When I removed this version, the clipstream downloader came up without issue. I have reported this to the company.
not so sure about that. I think it's what Canaccord (or whoever is working through CSTI) wants to do with this. We can't tell anything right now. Volume is extremely low, so I'm guessing everyone is waiting for the results of the Japan trip. GLTA
I get the installer package to download, but it is not able to unpack. I am running XP with ESET firewall / antivirus. Is anyone else having a similar problem? TIA
Yup. We've seem this before.
CSTI (or someone working through CSTI) is at it again / boxing the bid/ask
looks like they're going to try to take it down.
I think this is still pretty tightly held. Also, remember that most institutional investors cannot invest in this stock until it gets into a main exchange and the price gets over 4 or so (Is that still the minimum thresshold - I thought it used to be right around there.)
Note that the volume is really low today.
We'll just have to take what the market gives us...After all, we've been waiting for 9-10 years so far. lol
Yes, and the country is already heavily invested in high speed infrastructure. This is when the partnership starts to develop. The question I'm interested in (but will never be able to get data on) is what development both sides have been doing to stay / get in sync prior to the official launch.
My thinking is that the next big announcement will come after the Japan trip next week. The Japanese have been waiting for a long time, and it is my understanding that this was the trip that originally planned for just after the AGM in late February. GLTA
volume is still pretty low for the day
thanks Van. GLTA
Great timing for the announcement, IMO.
wow, someone took out the Canaccord 50K lot at the bid:

Timorr: Thanks for the info. I'm thinking that this trip to Japan is the one we originally thought was going to happen a month or two after the AGM in February. Glad to see there's a hard date out there. Good sign.
It looks like this presentation has been rehearsed. IMO, this is a good sign that the company is preparing for the move up. I like this.
I'm noting that the introduction to the conference call as well as the initial discussion of results is showing a lot more polish than before. I'm guessing that the IR firm assisting the company is starting to have an impact.
