So let me see if I have this right since there hasn't been any info to clarify any of this stuff. Laken's wife sold GG to CMGO. Then, he hires his wife or kid (I forget what the relationship is there) to head up XA. It sounds like the Lakens are making out pretty good on this whole deal. It's starting to remind me of the brothers over at the spin-off.
I sent an email to the CMGO mailbox voicing my displeasure at the lack of communication by Glenn and co. I'll fill everyone in on what the company says if (and I emphasize "if) I ever hear back.
Exactly. And then we seethe result when they don't get paid. WMD of promo.
Perhaps that's what we're seeing is XP dumping their shares right now. It certainly hasn't helped that we haven't got any news in 2 months, but maybe the bulk of this selling is XP exiting their position. Who knows.
This is a legitimate question because I'm curious and maybe you can help me out. If XP is as impressed with this stock as they said they were a couple months back, why do they need the company to contact them in order to continue to promote the stock? It looks to me like they're looking to get paid in order to keep the promotion up but maybe I'm missing something. You either like the company or you don't - it shouldn't matter if they company reps contact you - unless, of course, you're just looking for an easy pay day, which I believe to be the case here.
Devlin resigned several months ago so he's no longer around.
Alexis Laken? Sounds like XA is turning into one big happy family.
Who knows. Ed hasn't given us a reason to trade one way or the other. As soon as he does, I'm sure you'll see some action.
The same thing happens when it goes down on 58% on a bid whack. It's what happens when you have a spread as big as we have usually. Nothing fishy about that.
I agree. We're way overdue for an update on both GG and XA. Instead of giving us mice a nice block of cheese, he seems content to let us sift through the trash ourselves to find any small morsels that we can find. That doesn't sit well with me.
That's about what I would guess.
Uggghhhhh.
@JasonTMS: Shoutout to @GoodGamingInc for the worst ran Hearthstone tournament ever. My favourite part was 5hours to be able to play one match. Wp
@cleslie92: Repeat: DONT give @GoodGamingInc your money. Admin issues, people not being allowed to play without refunds offered etc.
Here's a sampling:
@vS_BeastMode: @ROOT_Era @GoodGamingInc yup lots of pissed people - I was in the TS server all day and they kept delaying the tournament - awful
@ROOT_Era: @vS_BeastMode @GoodGamingInc Finally got on the ts server... apparently, they announced the bracket links there, the server was full though.
@ROOT_Era: @vS_BeastMode @GoodGamingInc so a LOT of people who couldnt get in the ts server missed the entire tournament
Looking at that tweets, it appears there are a lot if unhappy people with how the tournament has been run and the various issues they've encountered. Doesn't sound good.
The only thing I know about Hearthstone is that it starts with an "H" and ends with an "E." Good luck!
Is that it? A couple negative posts and you're done already? Most bashers stick around for at least an hour or two. You didn't even touch on the fraud that the CEO uncovered a few months back. That's weak sauce.
I've never met the CEO to know whether or not he's an ogre so I can't comment on the validity of that statement. But it's pretty creative for a Friday.
Go on.
Especially in pinky land where, typically, even the slightest hint of revenue will send a stock flying. There's definitely something more than the usual market forces going on, but since we'll never know for sure what it is, I just hope we get the volume in soon to take care of it.
My theory: it's a vegetarian who really hates Chipotle (CMG) and they just haven't realized they're trading the wrong stock.
Wow. That's disappointing. Are we sure AEYE isn't handling the payment processing?
It looks like we're right at 12,000.
10,470 members.
It looks like close to 6,130.
My assumption would be they are selling here to take a loss and offset gains elsewhere in their portfolio, this minimizing their tax liability.
Perhaps if the company had put out a PR announcing the agreement with Activision/Blizzard, we wouldn't be left to wonder.
I was mainly referring to Brad Carraway and Justin Townsend. Both were touted in the PRs announcing their addition to GG as being the guys to lead the go-to-market strategies and business development.
I'd also like to know how many clients the marketing geniuses that GG hired have signed up. Ad sales on the web site are gonna make up a big portion of revenues (hopefully). It looked like they had god connections based on their resumes, but we all know what good resumes do....
I agree. Whenever I see "MM Manipulation" in a post, it always strikes me as a last, desperate attempt by the poster to get what they want. Do you really think Ameritrade or E-Trade is going to risk their business over that kind of activity, especially over a penny stock? I don't doubt that there are probably loopholes that are being exploited, but "manipulation" has a criminal context to it and I just don't buy that these big-time market makers would go that far and risk their reputation and profits to try to make a few extra bucks. But that's just me.
I'm not saying the company paid for the pump. But that's what these guys do for themselves. They load up at the beginning of the run once they get people interested and then they sell it all off. Frankly, I'm happy they're doing it - we need a jolt of energy here.
Hey, I'm not complaining. I'm just putting it out there so people know why the volume all of a sudden jumped over a million today. I'm good with it.

$CMGO - CMG Holding Inc: It's Game on with our Power Hour Alert http://www.xtremepicks.com/archives/9410 #pennystock
Interesting. It seems to me that would be a good message to plaster on the splash page of GG so that if any new people try to sign up and get an error, they'll know why. That seems like a pretty basic thing to do to me.
Weren't we supposed to be getting a PR or 8-K with more details on the tournament license agreement this week? I wonder what the holdup is on that.
Cool - thanks!
Does anyone know what a tournament license agreement is? GG didn't have one (I'm assuming) for their first tourney so I'm curious what exactly will be different about this tourney. What does GG/CMGO get from signing this agreement?
