The stock is a strong darn beast fa sho... Wow... No matter how hard they ride her down she continues to hold her own. In the last 3 months $VPOR has been bearish despite all the good news.. I am happy the company continues to make progress for the TVQuad release and the new StealthPen should be hitting soon also. 2 innovative New products rolling out nicely.

It seems like the company is aligning up and solidifying their distribution channels to prepare for a massive holiday kick off. BLACK FRIDAY, Cyber Monday & CHRISTMAS is almost upon us folks. Hell BLACK FRIDAY IS ONLY 17 DAYS AWAY!!

My data is pure conjecture, BUT, I believe $VPOR is ahead of the market with their products against any PUBLIC VAPE COMPANY... Ex: Dry Herb/E-Liquid "stealthpen"... I read that one public company expected to have this type of product launched in late 2015.. **M-pen or something along the lines to prepare for cannabis growth.

Dror & Co is ahead of the curve and remember: It has been mentioned that the Company hired 2 sales people that did 10 Million in sales last year from a competitor.

-Announce Master Franchise opportunities Internationally and Nationally across the GLOBE

Well said.. the market sometimes judges a company inaccurately due to half truths and other motives. COMMUNICATION is the only thing this company lacks. The fact that they have not told anyone the true O/S or Float only benefits the short timers, especially when the BADD MMs come out to play lol.. You know VFIN, VNDM and etc with those 10K blocks lol

It does not hurt to give us an update Monthly on new O/S numbers if in fact they are not selling shares. Hoefully, Dror & CO starts giving us an update on numbers after Q3

Most definitely... Lot of peeps believed that getting rid of American Smoke hurt us. Well, Q3 is for sure all $VPOR revs and also the convertible debt insight. We get to see increase in O/S if any change at all like many have been saying. Most believe that the O/S has doubled since Q2.

Final point on why the Shareprice moves NORTH:

What motivated Dror to only pay 75K toward Hanover Loan and restructure the deal to remove default clause??? Why would HANOVER EVEN AGREE??? IMO, Q2 + Q3 cash on hand, revs + 600K accounts receivables in Q2 + liabilities puts VPOR in the "GREEN" aka PROFITABLE for Q3..

YES, folks VPOR will be showing a profit for the FIRST TIME IN THEIR YOUNG LYFE this Quarter... Sounds farfetched or a bit pumpish I know, BUT, it is reasonable. I believe most of the convertible debt was converted and the 2.6 mill will be about 1.6-1.9 for Q3 in convertible debt. Hence, the low share price.

"I told you to sell at 10 cents... -Well why were you so bearish at 10 cent?? Truth is Shorting at 40, 30, 20 and 10 cents proved to be awesome trades. A shorter is just as bullish as a log to et the stock to move in the SOUTHERN direction.

HANOVER, refinancing with $VPOR threw a monkey wrench in the shoters plan to cover in the .006-.008 area. They will be forced to cover by the end of next week IMO.

Why????? We know new products are on the way to being delivered and pre-orders filled to brokers and our distributors.. Well, IMO we get news on distribution, stores carrying products, colorado & california distribution updates.

Also, FINS will hit by Months end. Q2 fins showed the sell of American Smoke. Q3 revs will be from Vapor Group soley and their salesperson connects may be reflected in the INCREASE of revenues for $VPOR.. $VPOR showed 2.6 million in convertible debt (hanover 1.3 mill included).. Well, we do not know how much convertible debt will be reflected and with the Hanover restructure...

Reading the news on the merger of VAP* and VPC* lets me know that VAPOR GROUP aka "Total Vapor" is on some folks radar. We have the products, e-juice/dry herb capability, "Franchise" tag possibility, revs, minimal room for dilution until May 2015, International growth with totalvapor.fr and we are creating a MASSIVE distibution Network with brokers/distibutors already ordering our innovative products.

$VPOR has BUYOUT or MERGER written all over it once Dror puts all the pieces together. At this price I will not be surprised that we see a major player purchase 5-10% of the O/S at these levels from VPOR.. I am holding my shares until 12/31 before re-evaluating my next move.

My gut feeling tells me that those with Faith and adding at these levels will be rewarded.

Not a PUMP campaign lol.. Just solid news on poduct shiping and any deals announced. Hell totalvapor.fr was not even PR'd, that should have been highlighted or we see more RED IMO.

Unless we are in a quiet peiod o merged with a Nasdaq company, why would the company not PR totalvapor.fr ??? That is what I mean by PR blitz.. Newsletters was messy and trashy.

Only ones making money is those with the ability to short & market makers. Q3 fins will not lift the pps but only hurt it as the fins have been awesome, yet here we stand.
