Nice to see someone is making money from this company. Shareholders did not fare so well since the RS/uplist...
Yep...caused them to miss their EPS target by a lot which is probably the reason for the market's reaction today...
P10 GAAP EPS of $0.02 misses by $0.11, revenue of $45.6M beats by $1.62M

P10 Announces $250MM Debt Refinancing

Some nice movement today. 15.20 equates to a pre-split price of 10.64
So we're slowly getting back to the PIOE closing price...
Thanks value...and to quote the Dead "What a long strange trip it's been..."
And while I can't complain about the incredible gains over the past 4 years (almost 5 now) the past 2 months have been a bit unsettling.
The uplisting via an RS I had not seen before. And the conversion of Class A shareholders to Class B was also new. The stock still hasn't recovered at this point. Closed on the last day of trading on the OTC around 11 as I recall which would be around 15.70 post-split. Hasn't gotten close to that. Today's close at 13.70 equates to a pre-split of 9.60 or so. So this uplist hasn't seemed to be beneficial at all for the existing shareholders.
The other thing of concern to me is the lack of visibility as to what the tradable float is at any point in time. While a large (but unknown) percentage of the new Class B shares were locked for some period of time there were still a lot of shares held that could (and most likely were) converted to Class A's (as I did with mine).
Still think the company has a bright future in the long run but would really like to see them become more considerate of us little guy shareholders.
Appreciate your encouragement and checking in on us from time to time!

WTF? Down a buck today???
How much you need?
Nice! Always good to get more eyes on it...
Getting some extended hour action it seems. Closed at 13.99 and it's now at 14.06 x 14.35 with the last trade at 14.25
Etrade finally converted my shares...yay...
Now what? lol
Sure hope so! Should see a pop today...

Just got off the phone with eTrade. Conversion process is started but the couldn't give me a time-frame...
I don't know of anything like that on the NYSE website. Might try marketwatch or one of the other non-market sites...
On the phone with them as we speak...or type...
You have to request the conversion. Otherwise they'll stay Class B...
Not sure. What kind of information Are you looking for?
I don't think it's automatic. You have to request that be converted with your broker...
My Fidelity shares have been converted now. Will call Etrade next week...
That was faster than expected! Good deal...
I'm kicking around adding some here. The 12.30 price it's hang around now is equivalent to around 8.60 pre-split...
Just got off the phone with Fidelity. Shares are being converted and should show as Class A's in my account today...
I stand corrected. It was my Etrade account that charged me $38. Fidelity hasn't yet.
Left a callback number on their automated system. It said 15-20 minutes for a callback...2 hours and 40 minutes ago! Pitiful...
I was already charged that. Waiting for a callback from Fidelity...
Good job! Any fees associated with the conversion?
The Class B holders are not entitled to dividends.
That's from page 172 of the S1...
Golfing today so I'll call tomorrow...
I'll call Fidelety and Etrade next week and see if they're taking the same stance.
