We get it. You hate APDN and want us all to sell to enhance your short position. Try some new material.
No chance of shareholder revolt. What about the next shareholder meeting? Can someone take some rotten eggs or fruit to throw at management?
It can go lower.
At this point being at an all time low there is no one that can turn a profit on their sales. And did I get this right? This was preliminary earnings? Not official? When that hits it can take us even lower. 50 cents here we come.
Yeah I just cant buy more. They have done and shown nothing that would indicate that things are going in a positive direction. Pilot after pilot is successful then.....what.....nothing.
Joint Development agreements are all over the place and what? Nothing.
I have been in this stock for years and have had nothing but disappointment quarter after quarter since we had that awesome one with cotton.
Didnt last long in the 90 cent range even. Pretty disgusting.
Split adjusted at .90 we are now 1.5 cents per share. Lowest ever I have seen since started tracking this stock. The previous low I remember was before the reverse split at 2.18cents per share which had us around $1.308, and then we hit a high of around $8 or 9 before it came down so drastically.
Dire Straights here. Circling the drain now that we are below a buck and on our way to being delisted. Thanks a lot APDN.
Even so, a strike above $8 puts me nicely over my break even point of $6.60
Beth Jantzen, Applied DNA Sciences Inc.'s Chief Financial Officer, just received 4,167 options from the company. The strike price of the options received was $8.16---this according to https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/744452/000114420418064272/0001144204-18-064272-index.htm
A strike price of $8.16? That is pretty damned optimistic. We would have to rise $7.04 from current to get there.
Has anyone else seen options with a strike in this neighborhood? I mean why set it so high when there is no danger of even getting halfway there based on current performance.
What moderator posted this supposed misleading or false good news and what was the actual news? Be specific.
Why such high volume today?
Dont forget the expansion into 5 new FSGs that never happened.
Dude are you feeling ok? That had a somewhat positive tone about APDNs possibilities.
And we are down to $1.03. 99 cents is just around the corner. Ugh.
The quick sell off of day traders capturing yesterdays gain.
Someone likes it definitely. We are now up to $1.22 on nearly half a million shares trade.
Something about todays news must be liked by the market. We are up 10 cents. Better than the sub $1.10 we were at, but I would rather us be around $5
$30 in new revenue!!
Noone cares about protecting their brand. Years ago I would have thought companies would be all over APDN protecting their wares. But here we are with a 1.8 cent split adjusted share price.
I think you are posting to the wrong forum, this is APDN, not ADMP.
Giant spike in volume and price appreciation in the last 40 minutes. Day traders?
I need $6.6 to be even.
Guess noone likes the ability to detect fake Levi jeans.
We all know what APDN can do and what it is capable of. The industry (who is victim to massive amounts of fakes) just doesnt seem to care enough to buy our product.
Yeah what is the driver? 3 weeks of free fall, a slight increase yesterday, then a 7 cent gain on a quarter million shares today on NOTHING?
I already have pennies for my dollars. Dimes would be an improvement.
Hitting that $1.10 52 week low. Reverse split adjusted we are now at 1.83 cents a share. The LOWEST I have ever seen APDN. In my years of being involved here, the next lowest I saw (before the split), was approx 2.2 cents a share, which would put as at around $1.32 adjusted.
I have lost all faith and hope. Holding on to shares until I need to do tax lost harvesting. That will be the only benefit for APDN to me at this point unless we start getting some damned contracts and new revenue.
Someone needs to grill Hayward or IR to find out what’s is going on. Too much time too many successful pilots with no follow on revenue. This is horrid. Just look at any 3 week chart for us. It’s disgusting.
Yeah an impact of taking us down another 5 cents to $1.12. All the good stuff that developedast month is gone.
Entirely agree. I do like the .gov contracts as they care solid and continuing, but I want MORE! How bout that 5 FSG expansion that NEVER happened.
Yeah, so many "successful" pilots, then........nothing.
And cotton is an extreme disappointment compared to when we got out of the gate with that.
What is up with todays sell off. No real negative news to influence it to go down.
Some insider options grants.

Strike prices in the $4/$5 range here.
Remember when the guy from Pepsi was gonna be great for us?
It’s easier to force this one down than to go up.
Dont we remember the hit piece that was allowed to be published on SA a few years back that sank us over $3 a share in one day on a BS 55 page "article"?
Why the volume spike today instead of yesterday? News was available in the morning yesterday AM.
Then why are you here?
How much did your short position lose when we hit that $1.80?
You mad about something? You claimed this was crashing down, yet we are 30 cents higher than our low.
