I can confirm with 100% certainty that the Hy-Impact series was tested on a handful of Tyson trucks roughly 3 months ago. I can only speculate beyond that and don't have first-hand confirmation of a fleet deal coming from that round of testing (however I can also confirm that it was the SECOND round of testing).
It's reasonable, in my opinion, for me to come to the conclusion that things are imminent on that front based on what I know personally. I don't think Tyson would test them a year ago, make improvement recommendations to HLNT which were carried out, and then re-test them and not pursue a deal, but stranger things have happened. As far as 3rd party hearsay goes, it has been inferred by members of the board who have visited HLNT and supposedly have non-disclosure agreements that their is a deal, or multiple deals, in the works. Take that for what it is worth.
It's just a guess. We've been down this road before. I've been extremely confident in past predictions as well after hearing things through the grapevine. Fact of the matter, HLNT is the most unpredictable company ever when it comes to releasing information. There are some things that we absolutely KNOW are true which haven't been released yet. I'm sure there is a good reason but predicting when they will be announced at this point is throwing darts at the wall.
Next week is going to be wild.
Wow.
HLNT isn't targeting gasoline driven engines... But you can figure it all out for yourself, PD.
Good thing this has nothing to do with HLNT and won't have the slightest effect on what they do or who they market to.
Today's chart suggests a stong buy, regardless of a PR, for whatever it's worth. I am anticipating a PR (multiple, but one big one in particular) soon with so many developments in the pipeline but I hate to say I am completely tapped out right now. I grabbed my last $1,500 worth of shares last week when it dipped (I grabbed them at .015, didn't anticipate an even more dramatic walk-down to .0135).
Also, I adjusted my holding to incorporate both of my kids birthdays which is pretty cool. Time for me to sit back and watch it explode (more than it has, and man has it ever).
Wish I could buy more. If it sticks around here for another month I may be able to buy more but I don't see any chance of that happening.
The original design was installed on select Tyson Foods trucks roughly 10 months ago. The feedback received was beneficial and it led to the current design which places the unit beneath the hood of the trucks. The new prototype was installed on a few Tyson Foods trucks roughly two months ago and it was and continues to be a success.
While I understand the frustration, and I hate to say it, patience is probably still required. Any deal worth announcing will take some time to finalize, especially with a fortune 500 company like Tyson Foods.
The reward for your continued patience will be outstanding, I can promise that much.
I don't know what the market is like in China for UTV's, but I doubt you see a ton of John Deere Gators over there.
My trade didn't go through today with Vanguard. I set the limit at .0185 and it never dipped that low. Trying again tomorrow for 50,000 more shares. Setting the limit at .02 - I figure it's not worth trying to save a few bucks when I am so confident in the long term growth of the company.
I say this will be my last investment after putting basically every extra penny into shares over the last few months, but I'm sure I'll end up buying more again at some point because every trade I've made so far has been a big winner. I actually feel foolish for having a diversified portfolio :)
I've mentioned this before but my other major individual holding is TSO, my employer, and it has been a really good year for me from an investment standpoint and I only expect it to get better.
How do I 'favorite' a post?
I would like to hear more from LuckyCobb13, whenever possible, for what it's worth.
I'd also like to hear more from the guys who recently toured the facilities. Any details are great and appreciated. Not just about the products but the small things, like how many people were working there? What is the surrounding area like? Did the employees seem happy? etc. Any pictures of the facility (nothing that would disclose trade secrets, of course, but the outside of the buildings or the lobbies, etc). Just my own curiosity I guess. I love hearing it all.
I heard about this opportunity from someone else and I have since shared it with several people, about a half dozen or so who jumped at it and are already at a nice return. I hope everyone did the same and I hope the HLNT family continues to grow exponentially.
That's great to hear. Buying more Monday.
Good luck with that.
Good luck with that.
Anyone want to take a stab at guessing Monday's opening price?
I've pretty much put every available penny into this stock over the last several months, and it hasn't been easy with a wife + two kids and more than one mortgage. I've got another $1K to invest on Monday before I sit back and put my feet up. Vanguard limits me to placing limit orders so I don't want to put the limit too low and miss out (I'll be working when the bell rings) but I also want to get as many shares as possible with my last investment.
Let me know your thoughts on what I should bid. I know some of you with Level 2 access have a better feel for these things than I do. Thanks in advance.
GO HLNT!
Welcome Technical Machining Services to the HLNT family!
As Sparks pointed out, they were mentioned in the press-release and a more formal announcement should be coming out at any time.
Here is their website: http://tms-inc.us/contactus.html
BHawksFan77 - curious which Hawks you're a fan of.
I'm from the greater Seattle area myself, so hoping it's my Seahawks.
That's funny, you didn't apologize to me for being slow to understand!
Here's a tip to people interested in attracting fellow long-term investors to the stock, don't put quotes from the village idiots as the first line of your post because that is what shows up as the title.
Otherwise, WOOHOO! Great day for to be a long-term investor in this company.
I hope Assets is right, that opening price would be an amazing way to start our friday. Any other positive news released tomorrow would absolutely send the stock into the .025-.035 range.
Someone asked if $20/share was possible. I said it was unlikely due to share structure but that I expect the stock to eventually trade in dollars and up-list to Nasdaq.
I didn't realize this would be so controversial. So after reading your post it sounds like you agree with me, so I'm not sure why you're being confrontational.
Take it easy.
I don't even know how to respond to that.
I hope the next 48 hours are fruitful for all of us.
I look forward to more updates from Sparks and Assets.
Have a great night.
I'm as big a believer in this stock as anyone, and I've been consistent in stating that, but I think it's better to present reasonable scenarios to potential long-term investors. There is very real upside to holding a position in this stock, so we simply don't need to grasp at straws here. That's this difference between this penny stock and all the rest.
Actually they do have a problem with it and it does hold back their share price, just like it affects the share price of any stock that's ever existed. Remember, the question was whether it will reach 20 dollars/share, not whether it will be lucrative or trade in dollars, which I agree it eventually will.
Sirius is trading right now at $2.55. I would say that would be amongst the most optimistic of projections for HLNT, for what it's worth.
Regarding what you said about 20% of the world's oil reserves, I'm not sure what you're referring to.
DEFINITELY DON'T SELL!!!
The only thing holding HLNT back will be share structure, otherwise the sky is the limit. I think it will eventually trade in dollars and will eventually up-list to Nasdaq, but considering where it is right now, we will all be very happy when it reaches a conservative .25 cents.
I agree, and beyond that I know they had some issues with bolts breaking and so installing the units under the hood, in retrospect, looks like a no-brainer. The entire evolution of the company and the product-line itself has been outstanding.
Bill Cunetta is the key to all of this, in my opinion. Getting the product in the right hands and establishing credibility were arguably the biggest obstacles facing HLNT - and he has tackled both swiftly and brilliantly. That is not to take away from the CEO or anyone else involved in the transformation, it's just speaking to the importance of Cunetta and his role.
Looking forward to tomorrow. Not sure I've been as excited about a stock, and I've been in on a few good ones.
Oh yeah, and isn't there something about a UTV or something? Some joint venture with a multi-billion dollar company in China? Just some little company that did nearly 19 billion in revenue last year?
Not a bad company to be in bed with - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dongfeng_Motor
Just icing on the HLNT cake.
.024 end of week
.02 by tomorrow (with a high of .0218 before noon)
If a 2nd release is put out by the end of the week (either Rackspace or Tyson Foods, though Tyson may be a month out) then I think it hits .03-.05 by the end of the week (no exaggeration).
Once the Tyson deal is announced, it will lend major credibility and create a day of trading in the 100 million range if thats fathomable. Can you imagine, a fortune 500 company outfitting their entire fleet? I know the second round of testing (under the hood revision) took place over a month ago so it's not unrealistic that Tyson would be announced soon, though history has shown HLNT is in no rush and has no interest in being premature with any releases. That's okay, I've got nothing but time when the rewards are going to be what I know they'll be.
Glad I bought more today. Not sure I'll be able to afford more after tomorrows release but I'm positioned well now for the big run in the coming weeks & months.
I made a few grand today, but honestly, this is peanuts compared to what I expect from HLNT in the long term.
So grateful for the friend who told me about this stock a while back, and thankful for that 4th of July week when I accumulated the bulk of my shares at bargain prices.
The sky is truly the limit.
As much as I may want to at times (being so far in the green) - I WON'T BE SELLING NOW!
When it hits .25 I plan to sell enough to cover my initial investment (which won't put a dent in my holdings) and at .50 I plan to sell a chunk as a reward for my patience. The rest, I honestly won't be satisfied until it hits .75-$1.00 (at which point I will retire comfortably).
HLNT
This thing is about to take off.
When people who spend most of their time trying to keep the price of the stock down (so they can accumulate more) come out and say it's one of the greatest stocks of all time on a public forum, it's usually a sign the stock is about to explode and they are ready for take off.
I agree, buy more while you can!
Buying early in the AM just in case the PR *finally* comes.
Tired of waiting, just release the news we all know is coming!
TOP 5 STOCK!
Even Zgoldies says it's a TOP 5 STOCK!
BUY BUY BUY BEFORE THE NEXT RELEASE!
Please drop monday morning so I can buy more before the run.
Hearing tomorrow afternoon could be great for HLNT.
Sounds like there could be a press release tomorrow, and it should be a big deal although that's purely speculation on my part.
I'm going to buy shares in the morning when it dips regardless. I might actually prefer it drops a bit tomorrow and they hold off on the PR until monday so I can accumulate just a little more before it takes off.
I've had my hopes up for big news the past few weeks and it hasn't happened. It's a double edged sword - I appreciate HLNT waiting until well after the fact to release news to protect long-term investors but I really hate waiting for it considering what they are sitting on!
Tomorrow afternoon will be very good for HLNT.
Thank you to Niko & Hot-Penguin for sharing the L2 screenshots. Much appreciated.
Niko, I will be sending you an email shortly. Thanks again.
The only rule of investing is to buy low and sell high. Nothing else matters.
Right now, we are still in phase one.
Smart investors don't sell during the R&D + Infrastructure phase of any company they believe in, especially when that company does things the right way on just about all accounts.
HLNT has shown me that they aren't concerned with small runs on their stock. In other words, they don't care about guys like you and appreciate that you've fallen by the wayside. They care about guys like me who care less about day to day fluctuations and instead believe in the long term profitability of the company.
Niko,
If possible, could you post a current L2 screenshot in about a half hour from now?
My folks just pulled 3k to invest and I would like to relay to them where things are at. Trying to get them in before the end of the month. I wish they would have listened sooner but I guess they needed to see my money triple before they bought in.
If you can, thank you.
Carbon Dioxide is a result of complete combustion. As a refinery operator, I am LOOKING for higher carbon dioxide levels in our equipment because it means that things are running more efficiently.
Carbon Dioxide is all around us and you are breathing it right now. It is a safe gas.
Increasing Carbon Dioxide and decreasing Carbon Monoxide is a good thing. It's Carbon Monoxide that is deadly to humans and considered a pollutant.
So yes, do not be worried about those numbers. They are GOOD numbers. It means that it works and that the EPA will love it.
Not anything more than you guys already know.
I think Delta Electronics or Rackspace announcement is next, but that seems obvious.
I don't really have a source, the guy who turned me on to HLNT a while back made a phone call.
It's nice that HLNT is going through it's accumulation cycles up in an area where most of us are in the green. I think the end of July will be really, really, exciting.
Not sure if this info has been posted by anyone or not -
This week they are testing the new hy-impacts on some of the Tyson trucks.
I'm sure you all know that 8 months ago they put the old wildcat design on 5 trucks but the bolts broke off (which brought on the new design and placing the unit under the hood).
Announcement is still a while away on any deal with Tyson I would imagine.

Here is a rundown of upcoming trade shows:
Dodge City: 7/12-7/15
MN Farm Show: 8/7-8/9
South Texas: 10/24 - 10/26
Amarillo: 11/27 - 11/29
Tulsa: 12/6 - 12/8
Again I apologize if this has all been talked about, I am new to the board.
I truly trust Cunetta. It looks like he is really helping them get to the right people and places.
I'm in this for the long haul (pun intended).
