I think most bought in at much less than $1- more like .40-.50 or even less.
UFFCQ already.
Low Fat No Fat apparently did well- the long lines are what attracted Naddaff in the first place. How did they screw that up? I'm surprised Watertown is losing money. If there was ever a time to reconfigure the menu, now is it.
Looks like they are out of the food truck business- name changed to Euro Cafe.
They certainly won't give us any advance notice that restructuring will include a cancellation of existing shares. It will be interesting to see how they spin it.
1,500 likes are not enough.
Can anybody else access Ufood on FB? I think they took the whole thing down.
Ufood blocked me on Facebook- the good news is the internet bill has been paid.
Patent infringement filed against Ufood- http://news.priorsmart.com/dietgoal-innovations-v-ufood-restaurant-group-l7fe/ . Can anybody explain why there are dozens of other restaurants using their product- in fact Ufood is listed on the nutrionix website as a client. http://demo.nutritionix.com/clients/. On the surface it looks like they are all doing the same thing.
Those military veterans (MBUF, LLC) must be serious. Now give us some news on how sales is going.
The UfoodEurocafe trucks responded on FB- college contracts extended and Ft Belvoir coming soon.
There has been no mention of Lewis McChord from Ufood but go to the project booklet here and you'll see Ufood. http://www.madisonrealtypartners.com/current-projects.html
Yea, and I broke the news on Fort Bliss and Joint Lewis-McChord.
Return to OTC status would be a start. I want to know why facebook and twitter have been silent for weeks now. Has anybody tried to contact the company?
Does not mean much without volume or news. Back down tomorrow is my guess.
Well it's not really new management. Two big salaries off the books should improve that bottom line for now.
So is it a downgrade simply because the length of time without change or did Ufood do something to prompt it? Why in the world they can't produce some finiancials and get this squared away is beyond me. Not like they are a multi- billion dollar company.
Change from Pink Limited to Pink No information- what does it mean? Upgrade or down? http://www.otcmarkets.com/marketActivity/otc-tier-changes?search=uffc&searchType=symbol
I can't link it but I found another future Ufood location on a site plan of the new Freedom Crossing at Joint Base Lewis-McChord.
No facebook posts, no replies from the company, no financials. Two more should open soon- Vancouver and Ft Bliss, but no news on those either. Nothing on the FAA location or the 3rd at APG. One more truck coming but those are another well kept secret.
Sure would be nice to know how each location is faring. I haven't got a clue.
Foreman's contract was not renewed over a year ago- they couldn't afford him.
I found out why Ufood is closed on Sundays at APG. http://www.yelp.com/biz/aberdeen-proving-ground-post-exchange-aberdeen-proving-ground
Fourth UfoodEurocafe food truck on the way according to FB. Serving college campuses with military installations coming soon. I hope those trucks are making money.
Agreed- this waiting game is getting old. No postings from the trucks since Oct 14 either. On the bright side Ft Bliss is now hiring. http://elpaso.en.craigslist.org/fbh/3317481456.html
Ufood at the Aberdeen PX is now closed on Sundays- seems odd.
Too funny- there hasn't been a peek out of this company in months!
Only 3 are slated for APG.
The Dallas location worries me. Never any news, and the reviews from a couple of years ago basically suck. Have they fixed these issues? http://www.yelp.com/biz/ufood-grill-dallas
I google Ufood for recent news every once in a while.
http://twitter.com/CanUFoodGrill This twitter feed says opening in Nov.
Vancouver? This looks like a job advertisement for a Ufood Shift Manager. http://vancouver.en.craigslist.ca/van/fbh/3345682999.html
I would not get too excited about announced expansion plans- they've done this many times in the past with signed agreements that have not worked out. Let's just say they are exploring college campuses and unless food is absolutely lousy with low sales, the military opportunities should continue to develop. but that will not happen overnight. I think he is referring to the EuroCafe relationship when he discusses coffee.
He sounds pretty optimistic and does mention FAA and 26 units on military installations plus the food trucks. I see one was allowed on Ft Belvior. https://www.facebook.com/#!/Ufoodeurocafe?fref=ts.
They have one open in APG.
Aberdeeen opening is delayed another week.
I don't think they have a location in NY or tuna melt on the menu. They do offer a tuna fish wrap.
This is recent news I believe. http://www.fastcasual.com/article/200987/Top-100-No-43-UFood-Grill
they did not trade today but I did submit a buy order at .042.
I am no expert but couldn't the company discretely sell off stock to drive the price down on purpose to entice buying? What would happen tomorrow, if I say bought 1 million shares?
