SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO (SIRI)
Sirius Satellite Radio plans to release its first portable media
player this fall, as it continues battling with rival XM Satellite
Radio for share of the fledgling market. The Sirius S50 can
receive and store up to 50 hours of commercial-free radio content,
as well as play MP3 and WMA media files while on the go. When
attached to a docking station, the S50 provides access to live
content and captures scheduled programming. The unit is scheduled
to be available in retail stores in October with a suggested price
of $359.99.
Sirius has also introduced two new compact and user-friendly "plug
and play" radios for vehicles, which are scheduled to be available
at retail this October. The Starmate Replay, at 5 by 1.9 inches
and 0.8 inches thick, weighs just 3.9 ounces and comes with all
accessories for the car. It will retail for $129.99, with an
optional home kit available for a suggested retail price of
$39.99. The Sirius One, at 2.8 by 4.5 inches and 0.8 inches thick,
weighs just 5 ounces. The small, sleek design and reversible
display, allows the Sirius One to be placed on the visor, dash or
console, and is expected to retail for $79.99, including a remote
control and low-profile antenna.
In addition to its new-product announcements this week, Sirius
also plans to introduce traffic data services from 22 major U.S.
metropolitan areas beginning this November. The satellite radio
provider expects to expand the service to more than 50
metropolitan areas by 2007.

No way!!!! I wish this was the reason!
Yesterday's extraordinarily low volume is partly due to the season....big boys are in the Hamptons...and hopefully partly due to the fact that the selling is drying up.
Any seasoned stock professional would not go near this stock....
It's a pink... it takes a gambler to be here.
If anything the market maker or basher is taking along weekend. More than likely anyone catching wind of this stock can quickly realize the risk reward value is not validated.
Enjoy & appreciate your charting expertise but not sure of the substance darived on the charts because of the manipulation and quality of the stock/company.
BOLTA
Encouraging!!!!
what do you mean in this statement =
NARM, just RECENTLY included MediaMax on THEIR CD.
I thought they were an organization? what do you mean?
Has anyone confirmed there are real auditors running around in the office?
Perhaps I should make that 4 hr. drive over to Pheonix?
1:00 pm Amazon's music play
The online retailer is launching a music service, putting it into competition with Apple's iTunes. Also airs during Closing Bell, which begins at 3 p.m. ET.

Perhaps you're correct.
Tomorrow when the bell opens the market I can tell you I will not be wasting time accumulating another 100,000 shares with my investment funds.
NW+NM+NY does not pay MY bills.
BOLTA
Sting, I'm holding and not going anywhere at this juncture as I do see some potential here (not to mention I'm trapped by a paper loss).
Well said, BUT I would think WE ALL are here because we have no choice, were all upside down, because of NW+NM+MY
Corey
thank you

Mario in your post to JR
1. 2nd quarter was only our 1st growth quarter.
At the SHM much greater results were promised.
2. sonyBmg has committed to a 100% ramp-up by the end of 2005, this is not just nice things that I and the company are saying but Mr. Hesse himself has said that in two or more seperate public interviews.
NW+NM+ NY......At the SHM much greater results were promised and sooner.
4. Once the merger is complete(this year) with everything else kicking in(this year) and the ACE in the hole play, of pulling from the DTC(at mgmt's discretion,(this year)).
NW+NM+ NY......At the SHM much greater results were promised and sooner. If memory serves me the merger was to be completed by June 2005
Many here choose to try to cover SCMI's turds with whip cream and frosting and call it chocolate cake! (thanks Merlyn)
Is this part of baking the cake you referred to last month?
Mario in your defense we know your the messenger, you can only tell us what you have been told by management, put that carrot out in front of us, get our glasses half full, (sorry my glass is empty and I'm farting dust on this investment.)You take the heat for Bill & Peter.
Here's the only solution I can come up with.
Every one (approximately 6000 investors+ phone Pinocchio Pete & Bill tomorrow and get the flow of crap to stop.
Management dosen't take investors seriously and how and why would companies like Apple or investors put any faith in MMXT into a PINK SHEET mismanaged diluted crap stock.
Thank god for Eric being the driving force of this company with his wonderful work because if it were up to Bill & Pinocchio Pete to develop this technology we all would have been gone along time ago.
No more NW+NM+NY crap, get off the pinks, management square up with the investors. Stop the lies, dilution of stock, we want concrete time frames and goals as promised be delivered; NOW!!
We want off the pinks, the stock price would be higher and stronger if we trusted MANAGEMENT!
Mario..... I'm still looking for the BEEF... no more cake.

Thanks I feel better

MGSOS = may god save our souls
Corey
Any new updates on MMXT being used last week on albums? Activity seems to of died off?
TIA
I think it's time for management to show us some results! Finish the merger.... o
Just my guess but "SCOTTY" you're seeing all she's got captain!!!!
Certainly, with the HUGE number of outstanding shares
HUGE???? Diluted to molecule form 700 mill plus?????
My guess is their broke with that dribble of income to show for and with trading volume drying up that they have dispersed all the shares they can pay services off with. News on new releases seems to of slowed down and expenses continue. We also were told cash flow positive by 4 quarter.... not without a miracle. JMHO
clear up this muddy display of ambiguity between the two companies..
No way we are all mushrooms, we all buy into their hype of just next week, month, year, the carrot has always been dangled out in front of us and we go to grab it every time..... don't want to be negative as last week I thought we were at a definite turn around and wanted to purchase more stock...... no way will I risk another cent in this company as we have no alternative other than to pray something will happen, I now believe and will prepare for the losses that will devastate me financially.
I think its time for us to be more realistic as they have pulled this off on a shoestring budget and they're at the very end of the string. JMO
Are you wacked!!!! i'M PULLING MY ORDER TO BUY
Wow so much for our 90 million shares of dividends to finance the merger!!!!!!
Is your source of info good on this financeing?
BOLTA
Can you tell if we were close to our 20 million CD's in production for the 1/4?
I'm waiting for the weekly pump of sunshine up our _$$'s from Mario and then depending on how much sunshine we get whether I should drive over to Phoenix to get names of how many auditors in the office.
I've been trying to buy for the past 2 days at what it's been trading at & not being filled.
THis morning on Blomgren TV was a report that Univeral Music Group to back Sony's Blue-ray(?) system.
Does that matter to us?
BOLTA
Sell 4 million
BOLTA
About a month a go in communicating with Mario we were asking him for the company to provide more substantial information. As it came out we were ask for more beef.
BOLTA
Mario
Once again, sad oh so sad, very sad
The only reason I can think for another failure of performance to file on time is that the numbers coming out in the audit are so poor that they only will take the heat once in disclosing the audit numbers instead of pre-warning us of the lack of beef.
There is no excuse for missing another dead line..... Planes go around the world every day, advancement in technology, new discoveries and products are handled by companies doing what they are suppose to do. Its all about and part of running a company.
You will see an exit of shareholders like never before if a major advancement is not accomplished within a very short time.
There is no excuse.
BOLTA
Mario
Still looking for the beef!!!!!
This is not BS, its true and those that take advantage of the over-sold stock will be well rewarded but I think we will all make money on this stock regardless of what price we payed its just another opportunity but this cheap nonsense will end soon when the industry recognizes copy-protection.
Some of us longs have paid a price beyond a monetary value to hold our positions.
I hope your correct.
BOLTA
Going through old mail and I think this has been posted before, notice the date of the article.

No more mister nice guy: EMI, Sony-BMG revisit CD copy protection
By Faultline
Published Tuesday 21st June 2005 16:44 GMT
Both Sony-BMG and EMI have made statements this week that most of their CDs for their major markets will have copy protection placed on them.
Sony BMG is a customer for SunnComm while EMI is using the Macrovision CDS 300 technology.
But Sony-BMG also used the opportunity to seed anti-Apple sentiment among the US press, knocking the company for continuing to keep Fairplay a closed environment and appearing to favor Microsoft software with its copy protection approach.
The Sony-BMG SunnComm system uses a copy manager on a PC which creates a handover to the Windows Media DRM software that works with Windows media player, which then prevents further copying. This used to be easily bypassed, but now Sony-BMG has gone a step further and instead of trying to install the copy manager surreptitiously it tells the consumer it is doing it and if the consumer says no, it ejects the CD.
The Macrovision CDS 300 which EMI has chosen has been available for about a year from Macrovision and it enables new CD’s to be burned, which themselves cannot be copied. What Macrovision has done is take its old, rigid copy protection called CDS 100, which was unpopular because the CDs didn’t work with all players and never allowed any copying, and make those the output of the new CDs when copied. The copies also will not play on a PC, only the original will play on a PC. However, EMI assures us that now the copied versions are the same in playing terms in every way, as the original CD, but cannot be copied. this is due to improvements in the number of devices that Macrovision copies can now play on.
When running on a PC, Macrovision will also add a piece of software that will run as a copy manager in virtually the same way as the Sony-BMG SunnComm technology.
There is going to be howl of protest from the anti-DRM community and already there are write ups of how to get around the system and import tracks onto iPods via a CD copy, one track at a time. The two pieces of software that co-operate with Windows Media DRM don’t work at all with Apple’s Fairplay and so Apple owners may find they can’t play the CDs at all or if they can, they are not protected, in the same way raw MP3 files are not protected on iTunes.
Our guess is that iTunes customers will simply shift their entire music acquisition program from CDs to online and save a lot of fuss, slashing CD sales in the process.

To anyone!!!!!
Can anyone out there trade shares through any of their online brokerages in the ten thousands of a cent?
I have Scottrade and even if I phone an order in they will not accept it in thousands of a cent?
Perhaps I'm splitting hairs but who can trade .0385 X 250K
Am I on the wrong track again???????
PS don't take this a negative post, I'm happier than ..... to see any action.
BOLTA
Nice find.
Thanks

Thank god.... those paid posters are idiots.
Guys I like your big thinkin..... but were trading in ten thousands of a cent.
From .04 to .40 is good, to$4.00 is a leap of faith.
Depending on the merger, amount of float, buy backs... what ever will set the course of our future.
PS good to see positive talk and thinking

On my Scottrade ticker presently reads .32 not .032
