ANNUAL SHAREHOLDER MEETING
As I suspected, the law requires BGMO to hold an annual shareholders meeting. A quick google search revealed as much.
www.delawarelitigation.com/files/2012/11/CHANCERY-OP-GEORGE-RICH-V.-FUQI-INTERNATIONAL-U0056789.pdf
While I don't get a lot of the legal mumbo jumbo, seems pretty clear that all that has to happen is a shareholder has to ask the court in Delaware (pretty sure that's where BGMO is incorporated) to order BGMO to have a meeting and they have to have one. Who's in? Probably some kind of form for a case like this, might not even need a lawyer. Can you imagine HH answering shareholder questions in public?
BGMO has been hiding everything FOR YEARS and continues to do so today. For years all we saw were obviously BOGUS financials that were posted to OTC. Now we have COMPILED financials that the CPA has disclaimed to the point of being meaningless. BGMO touts their "achieving" current status on OTC. It's no accomplishment.
First, OTC has confirmed that they perform NO DUE DILIGENCE or SUBSTANTIVE REVIEW of any company's financials. They also confirmed that they are not a regulator and that as long as the company provides the required documents, OTC has no choice but to list BGMO as current. Second, this isn't the first time that BGMO has been at the "current" tier. They had it in the past and lost it when they failed to keep up on their filings. It is doubtful that Bradford will stay on as auditor and at some point BGMO will once again lose its current status.
If BGMO has NOTHING TO HIDE, why does it HIDE behind NDAs and refuse to disclose basic information? What is the identity of the public barker-dealer that they "bought"? That info CAN'T be confidential.
IF HH WANTS THE COMPANY TO BE COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT, HAVE HIM HOST A SHAREHOLDER ONLY CONFERENCE CALL AND TAKE QUESTIONS FROM THE SHAREHOLDERS OR AT LEAST HAVE AN ANNUAL SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING (I'M PRETTY SURE IT'S REQUIRED BY LAW).
HH has nothing else to offer. It's always the same with him. Bombastic, fantastical announcements that never come true. Wait a few months while nothing happens, then rinse and repeat. The "heroes" of the past like Ali Adnan, Oderli Feriani, Robert Fowler, Peter Swire are now all vilified as evildoers and the public is supposed to forget them. Six months from now when the flavor of the month, NWI, hasn't performed we'll be told that they scammed the company too. But don't worry, by then there will be another white knight on the horizon.
TWO MORE WEEKS!!
I doubt that BGMO will be throwing any celebratory parties soon, if anything it will be more like a Viking funeral.
Yes, thank you for pointing out an example of one of the false and misleading press releases. That one was a doozy!!
All evidence points to the contrary. Here's what BGMO has accomplished:
1. History of 60 false and misleading press releases including statements that money was in a BGMO bank account.
2. Promising an audit, releasing a compilation.
3. Claiming a partnership with an entity that no one has heard of.
4. Refusing to provide any information about it's mysterious partner.
5. Spending $35,000 on an ir campaign
6. Constantly laying blame at the feet of others.
7. Running its business out of mail drops.
8. Allowing the CEO to use the company as his personal piggy bank (Remember ICG?)
This is only a partial list of "accomplishments". I could go one, but the point has been made.
The SEC has been notified. Now it's only a matter of time.
SEC investigative process takes time (can be at least a year before they take action). They only take immediate action if there is an imminent harm to the investing public. Given the fact that the stock trades only a couple of hundred dollars a day (if that) so I'm sure there is no rush. I do know that a number of people have contacted the SEC to report HH's fraud. Thing is, SEC investigations are confidential.
From the SEC website:
I don't know why you are so fixated on the number $88 million. You forget that that was only the FIRST MONTH of this five year program. Two more months have passed since then so it's got to be at $250 million by now!! I mean, if the Company is going to lie big, why not go all the way. Can't wait for the audited January 31 numbers showing $250 million in NET INCOME. Of course, there will be no audit. The best we will see is a letter of resignation from Bradford or more likely we will hear NOTHING.
Please post a link to the European Media Coverage
Has anyone ever looked at the registration statement that BGMO filed a VERY long time ago (ultimately withdrawn)? It's still available on line.
Probably worth a read for this reason alone. Registration Statement includes a list of shareholders who were to sell their shares in the offering. Not that I am profiling, but many of the names sound like they are friends, acquaintances, associates or whatever, of SP. They never got to sell. Also looks like there has been a push from that part of the world to pump up the pps. Could there be a connection between the two?? One last push before they throw in the towel?
I'm sure the company's response is "BGMO management does not believe that it is in its best interests to disclose that information at this time".
U Can Not Get Your Hands on Any Independent Evidence Supporting BGMO's Latest PR
No one ever said there were only 45 countries in the world. Since BGMO refuses to divulge important information, the public has been forced to try and find out as much as it can about the phantom that is NWI. Given the fact that BGMO talks about it "European Sub" all the time and makes allusions to Singapore, a search was done for European Countries, Singapore and the USA. Nothing found. Of course there are more countries that could be searched, but why bother, there is nothing to find.
It's curious that there is a call for a stop to searching for NWI. Why? What should happen is that BGMO should tell the world where NWI is and all the guessing will stop. They won;t disclose it because of a fear that BGMO's fraud will be further exposed.
Where can we get a copy of the Greensafe LOI?
BGMO PROMISED MONEY TO GREENSAFE, $50 MILLION AND DIDN'T DELIVER!! WHY SHOULD GREENSAFE HAVE LOOKED ELSEWHERE WHEN HH KEPT SAYING THE MONEY WAS COMING!!
DO NOT ACCEPT REVISIONIST HISTORY!!!
BGMO Press Release - December 1, 2009
Greensafe failed because HH promised he would be investing $50 million into Greensafe. HH was the one who was holding that big (fake) BGMO $50 million check payable to Greensafe. HH never came up with the money he promised and that's why Greensafe failed.
Who cares? I guess market integrity and honesty don't mean a thing.
Just so I understand, this pot of gold that BGMO is now sitting on, it's going to be used to buy back stock at a premium to the market? Wow! I guess the notion of getting the pps to rise through an ir campaign is over and done with.
The market doesn't seem to believe that. Why else would there be no volume in the stock?
How is it that with all of this fantastic news, they we are being reminded of to no end, that no one is jumping in and buying up such cheap shares? Could it be that the market smells a fraud? Yeah, probably.
Is tha the same company where the judge called HH out on being a liar? The one where he said that they never borrowed the money? LOL
As has often been said here before, you can't prove a negative. You can easily prove that something exists by showing the documents involved. Just because BGMO says something in a PR doesn't mean its true. If you look at the last 59 press releases you'll find all the proof that you need to see that BGMO/HH are full of it.
THERE IS ZERO PROOF OF ANYTHING IN THE LATEST PR BEING TRUE, ZERO. NWI IS A PHANTOM, THE COMPANY REFUSES TO IDENTIFY WHICH PART OF HSBC IS INVOLVED IN THE DEAL.
Meantime, what has been established is that there is not a single HSBC website that refers to "cash backed securities". There is no mention of a service offered by HSBC that includes issuing securities against a client's funds on deposit.
The whole pr makes no sense. NWI receives nothing from BGMO and instructs HSBC to issue cash backed securities to a BGMO European sub. Theses securities magically morph into "funds" from one sentence to the next and there is $1.5 billion in cash on hand. A child can tell you that the whole thing STINKS LIKE A SCAM!!
Ummm, it would give shareholders the opportunity to establish that what the company said is TRUE (which would be a first). There is no hatred on this board just people seeking the truth . What precious little info that BGMO released about NWI was useless in terms of anyone being able to find out if they are real. Putting out accurate information on NWI and HSBC would, if established to be true, would silence many posters here including me.
Claiming that "its not in the best interests of the company" to release material information only points to a SCAM!!
What happened to COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY? HSBC is big enough to handle themselves, I think they can handle a few phone calls. The greater likelihood is that they won't release any info because it will only prove the company has lied for the sixtieth time (at least).
I think you should take the Company's response more seriously. It's obvious to me that BGMO does not want to share the information that you have requested because they believe that if the world learned that a particular branch of HSBC was handing out free money everyone would rush there to get their piece. I'm sure that once the transaction closes, in about 2 weeks from now, they will have no problem releasing the information.
LOL!!!! But seriously folks, you can't release the location of a non-existant bank branch. Any info that they would have provided would have subjected the SCAM to being revealed, once again, as just what it is a SCAM!!
NO ONE IS BUYING IT - LITERALLY AND FIGURATIVELY!! THE STORY IS A BUNCH OF GARBAGE AS EVIDENCED BY TODAY'S MASSIVE VOLUME OF ZERO!!!
NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES THE SAME NONSENSE ABOUT $1.5 BILLION IS POSTED AND RE-POSTED, NO ONE IS GOING TO BELIEVE IT WITHOUT PROOF FROM AN INDEPENDENT SOURCE!! THAT MEANS NO ONE ELSE WILL BELIEVE IT
Who ever said that SWIFT wasn't legitimate? No one here ever said that. The problem is that many fraudsters have used the legitimacy of SWIFT to concoct SCAMS. This latest announcement by HH sound like a classic SCAM!!
$500 million in "cash backed securities" came from National International. There is no cash, only "cash backed securities". The securities are backed, supposedly by cash at HSBC. Has anyone verified that the cash at HSBC is real, or if HSBC actually issued the securities in question? Wouldn't be the first time HH got suckered by someone.
Has HSBC confirmed any of this? I don't think so! Nowhere in any HSBC website to they claim to offer the issuance of cash backed securities at all, let alone on behalf of customers who have cash on deposit. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!
HH has been making claims of "transparency" and moving to a higher exchange for YEARS (just check the previous pre). There is no transparency, only LIES!!!!! NDAs are nothing but a smokescreen. It's all just one big SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!

How convenient! Wild claims of $1.5 billion and no evidence to back it up. The "company" that's behind it is too shy to disclose where it is. What nonsense. Give us a reason to believe. Repeating the pr over and over again without any proof doesn't prove it's real, just the opposite, it proves that it's false!
Unsophisticated Investors Beware. MT760 Deals Are Scams

Any of these sound familiar?
For you Silver, because you have hung in so long and deserve a yuck:

Looks so real doesn't it? A complete fraud. Wonder what the one HH has looks like!
MT760 Fraud Explained
MT760s have long been used in fraud schemes:
This is getting very boring. Please provide proof, other than HH's press release, to prove what you are saying. As far as anyone can tell NWI is a phantom and there is no money. A copy of the cash backed security would be nice, but I would settle for an address of NWI.
MT760s have long been used in fraud schemes:
Reasons for Continued FACT Reporting on Bergamo
1) Disgruntled curent shareholders who are tired of being lied to all the time.
2) Honest people trying to prevent others from being defrauded.
3) Victims of previous pump and dump schemes who don't want others to fall victims to this one.
4) Someone has to counter the lies and misrepresentations that are posted here
BGMO IS REALLY CAPABLE OF GIVING INVESTORS A HEART ATTACK
BGMO IS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME OPPORTUNITY TO LOSE YOUR ENTIRE INVESTMENT!
There is no evidence at all that Noble House was hacked. Call their ISP, whose contact info shows up when you try their website. They will confirm that there was no hack -BILL WASN'T PAID FOR MONTHS!! You can verify it yourself, I did.
I don't care if they don't have a website. How about an address? Or even just a Country of origin?
Only reason to keep info about NWI secret is because it's all A WORK OF FICTION!!
