Soon my Friend... real soon...... just in my opinion of course.
There are two possibilities to end this nightmare or doldrums as I said:
#1- Company can do it.
#2 - You may pull the plug and end it.
As for me?.... I was buying whole week ..... first time in 16 months, so I clearly put my money on the Company..... IMHO

I'm not excited yet, just feel good about our chances here.
Feeling good and reality are two different things so NEWS need to hit the wire soon and I mean GOOD NEWS..... then and only then thing may start getting exciting.
This stock need to be put out of this doldrums but to do this people needs to start believing again and only good news with some good progress with NO DILUTION can do that... personally, I think News is coming. IMHO

I think this week will be the last week of significant dilution which may give us a nice 4-5 weeks breathing window for a good PPS appreciation...... this is just me but I feel good about next couple of months..... OTC/Pinks stocks like to run in the Fall and this stock is certainly ready for a good run. IMHO

Pit.... I agree with you on many things lately, not so much in the past but now yes, I agree with you.
You may be correct with triple zeros but only on one condition..... if we don't receive positive news with some visible progress then yes, triples will come as you predicted but I don't believe this will be the case, I think we will get very good news shortly and stock will go much higher than people think it may go.
This is my thinking Pit and please correct me if I'm wrong.....today anybody can buy 1 Mil shares for as little as $1200 and if stock go to a penny or little more than penny they can make $10K easily, but if things turn ugly again then what can you lose? $400 - $500? I'm sure anybody here can absorb those kind of loses if comes to that.... right? but as I already said we will probably go much higher soon.
For the last 10 months I was as critical as you here, company was totally mismanaged but this was then and this is now and now at this moment risk/reward ratio is again in reward territory..... big time.
Liberty Mill is for real and with the good news and little or no dilution this stock will fly..... if they don't screw up again of course but I think they don't screw up again and I'm putting my money to back this up.
All of course is just my sole opinion and everybody should ONLY invest as much as they prepared to lose here, in this market anything may happen so people need to be smart not greedy. IMHO

Yes.... I do expect some sort of good news very, very shortly, you don't simply put a PR of huge AS increase and keep quiet for the next month or two, the thing is.... we already know that lots of things is going on behind FLPC doors.
This is quite simple if you ask me....looking at the dilution, we are done or almost done with Oct. 21 Notes and every possible news will make this stock fly and fly quite high, without any significant dilution this stock still have legs.
If people thinks that company will get quite for a long period of time (as they did previously... ) they should sell now and never look back, but those who thinks we will get some sort of good PR's shortly, should buy now when price is really low...... just my opinion but what the heck do I know, I was wrong before but this time around I feel pretty good about our chances, with the right news this stock can very easily get back over a penny and in right conditions can also very easily reach 3-5 cents..... hey, we are at .0012 so why not take a chance now knowing that Company is actually doing something constrictive and dilution is drying up..... Liberty Mill can be huge for the future of the Company and also for our future.
I hope I'm correct with my calculations, I already took my chances and yesterday significantly increased my share position here..... I'm not betting my house but only invest as much as I'm comfortable to invest..... unfortunately this is OTC/Pinks and everything may happen here.... good or bad. IMHO

Pit.... A/S increase is just a number, only dilution can do the real damage here...... company had no choice than increase A/S or go bankrupt.
Dilution is the real problem here and I think they are doing much better and smarter job now than last year, I wouldn't buy whole bunch of shares today if I didn't believe that Company is doing a good job as of lately.
Yes.... A/S increase doesn't make me happy but we are more than ready for a good and juicy updates on different properties, Liberty Mill and possible not toxic financing...... if we get good news or bunch of good PR's then watch out..... this stock will fly. IMHO

This is one of two things I was expecting... RS or A/S increase.
A/S is much better option than RS, we are almost done with Notes and dilution dated October 21 and for the next 1 - 1.5 month we should get a huge breathing window with little or no dilution here,
I think this week we will see the last significant dilution week..... today I'm buying all I can and as of now I almost double my FLPC share count....
RS was may bigger fear, now when RS disappeared from the picture let see some real good news regarding Liberty Mill, let see some good financing and some good milling contracts..... let see if the new FLPC Management under Jimmy leadership can deliver what they promised..... I think they will deliver very soon. IMHO

Pit..... I'm asking myself the same question and in my opinion, at this speed and at this price, we have about 6 - 8 weeks left so to answer your question around Christmas we can expect another AS increase or more likely RS which will wipe out everybodys investment to basically $0.
In this Market RS never work, everybody know that but this is where we are heading.
Pit..... ask yourself one question...... why very recently the company raised AS to just 1.5 Billion and not to 2 Billion or to 3 Billion, knowing all obligations and knowing the pathetic price per share? those things are easy to predict, even easier to predict from the Company side.
I can tell you this, they knew EXACTLY when they may run out of AS and how many share increase they need.... just to passed thru recent dilution, after that we will see around 30-50:1 RS.
If this is the case then we all will lose everything but company will continue operating...... as nothing ever happened...... except 3-4 weeks after RS they will again sit at .0015..... typical OTC/Pinks scenario.
Very sad, but numbers don't lie.... 350 Mil shares left in AS is not much at all...... Just my opinion of course.

There is no new share count update as of Sunday afternoon.
After Asher get paid we all hoped that dilution may stop or slow to a very minimum but......two weeks ago we all saw additional huge share dump and of course last week it was a dumping fest again..... in my opinion of course.
I don't know?.... I'm really tired of this BS.....eventually company will post actual share count..... maybe they afraid to show us the real numbers? and I'm not even sure if numbers on their website are accurate, sometimes when we all were expecting big share increase...... there wasn't any and week or two later it shows huge increase again when it feels like shouldn't be any increase at all.
I don't know man.... lots of shares will hit the market in the next 2 months and we already sitting at almost 1.1 Billion with only 440 Million shares left in recently increased A/S..... I really wonder what next? another A/S increase? or maybe R/S coming our way.
New gold properties and Liberty Mill is a very nice addition but dilution will kill this stock..... no matter what.... IMHO
