Also, and this is a big reason, is that Tom probably didn't want to have a small debt on the books when starting the audits and long term financing arrangements. That would be like taking out a car loan a month before going for a mortgage. Doesn't look good. JMO
I will ask you politely (as to not violate TOS and have it misconstrued as a personal attack on you), PLEASE refrain from posting "12 units sold" as that is a blatant falsity made up by a poster and reposted by you on numerous occasions.
The FACT is that NO SALES NUMBERS have been reported yet. When/if RFMK posts sales numbers that are 15 or under for the first run, I will post a sincere apology to you and the poster whom first made up that "fact".
TIA
Yeah, b/c units needed to be ordered asap and in the business world (with lawyers, partners, etc.) a term sheet/finance package at best takes 7-10 business days - AT BEST. Terms of payment need to be worked out, equity, details, details, details. This was not going to be a gift, I'm very sure of that. ABSOLUTELY, 100% positive. Not to mention, the person you may be refering to may be on the East Coast and maybe wanted to do it in person. JMO...
As others have posted, I'm disappointed that it had to happen (dilution), but I completely understand if it went towards getting products to fill orders, get financials audited, and start the patent process. To me, that sounds like a damn good reason for the company to drop 47m shares - especially since it didn't bottom out the pps.
Bottom line - Tom had a decision to make - dilute and maintain the sales/distribution momentum, get patent started, get financilas audited, or wait for a week or two to get enough financing to cover another production run only. I personally am fine with his decision.

Takes time and money though. We won't see that for quite awhile. Good to know the plan is on the table and being worked on. The chill is going to be the biggest hurdle as they don't care about or work with anyone on those (DTCC).
Tom definately has his hand's full right now. Glad to see Judah handling the distribution and sales end. Gives Tom time to work on the big CEO stuff!

Shareholder Update (with link) – CannaCig Order
Tom Allinder | April 13, 2012
After the first CannaCig production, we have determined that the demand is such that we are ordering 1,000 – 2,000 units which are significantly more units than was announced in the last news release. An exactly number will be given when the units arrive.
Over the last several weeks, I have been in discussions with multiple firms to achieve the objective of getting Rapid Fire Marketing to fully reporting status. I have narrowed the search down and now am in negotiations with one firm to conduct an audit of our financials, and begin the process of getting Rapid Fire Marketing to fully reporting status. Once we have a signed agreement it will be announced.
I expect to see significant growth in this Company over the coming months. We need to position this Company to be able to achieve that growth by becoming fully reporting, moving to the OTCBB, and regaining our full DTC eligibility. By accomplishing all these objectives, we can get all of the funding we need to assure that our growth is not ever limited in any way.
Over the last few days, I have been putting together a presentation for investors. The presentation will clearly outline where we stand and what we are working on to achieve growth over the coming weeks, months and years. I expect to have that presentation ready next week.
Have a great weekend!
Shareholder Update
That would be a half of million dollars for the test shipment. Don't think so. Let's keep it real here, unlike the "12 units sold" BS. Here is an excerpt form the APRIL 3 pr -
Actually, you are incorrect - it was 5012! I paid someone to sit outside and count patients as they walked out with a Cannicig in their mouths.
Yeah right! Interesting is one way to put it! Asinine is another...
As far as valuations go, realistically this is going to take awhile to build up the distribution base IMO. These things take time. The nice aspect is that Tom and Judah are putting a priority on getting the online sales going as quickly as possible. This gives us an instant, worldwide, continuous revenue stream with minimal resources being tied up.
(Did it get really quiet in here all of a sudden?)
Anyway, have a good one, SLT. Won't be on much next few days (got some work to get done - more money for RFMK shares next week!!)
KFG - RFMK
Been buying every week since Dec. No worries here. I just don't like the posting of "facts" when they don't know WTF they're talking about!
Let me say this for the cheap seats (and shorties!) - NO SALES FIGURES HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED! Not 500 units, not 12 units! LET IT GO ALREADY!
The fact is that RFMK brought a product to market, it sold out of however many units were in the first test run, and it got VERY positive reviews so far from people who have actually tried it!
And another thing - Funding WILL NOT be an issue. I can't say more than that, but I know FOR A FACT that money is available for another 2500 unit run IMMEDIATELY (Sorry Kels, as soon as it would take for a bank transfer to happen)! See my previous posts from the other day if you have questions, b/c that's about all I can say on it.
Great analogy! That about sums up our "class".
ssshhhh! Don't be givin' anything away! Don't want shorties to lose their confidence. They have us by the balls right now! ROFLMAO!
FWI - I got that with the funding, too. Guess we'll see soon!
Been here since Dec. (and loading quietly) - just not posting a lot in the last month. Easy to lose track with all of the new faces here! Gonna' be one hell of a week!
T -11:00 hours and counting!
KFG - RFMK
First off - Happy Easter to all! Looking forward to a great week!
Second - LL, Neo, Rec - Thanks for all of the great posts (especially Rec going the extra mile and actually being able to try our product - lucky bastard!!!)
Third - I see 2 pr's/updates this week - 1st should be short and sweet - "Sold Out! More arriving soon." The second is non-dilutive, non-equity funding by private party. There is soooo much money to be made and soooo many proponents of this sector with money that funding should not become an issue. I personally would fund a 2000 unit run if that's all it takes to get things snowballing. The revs from the first large run should be able to get things rolling at a level that is going to be exponential (more units sold, more units reordered, more inquiries, more units sold, etc, etc.).
KFG - RFMK
Matty - I don't have pm, but, yeah I was referring to your stature, not the length of time you are holding RFMK! Just busting on ya!
Seriously - thanks for all of the board encouragement along the way. I didn't necessarily need it, but it's good to see it anyway. And it sounds like we have enough shareholders on board to get a cash game going in Vegas! And we all should have the cash for it soon!!!
Have a good Easter everyone!
Thank you for all of the hard work you've put into this product. It looks amazing! No blister pack for this little beauty!
Happy Easter to you and yours! Enjoy the one day off!!!
Hey Gem - Isn't the inverse also true? Those who scream "scam! Sell, sell, sell" could be the shorters looking to drive the price down to cover cheaper?
I have been here quite awhile and have read EVERY post for probably about the last 4 months (Although I haven't been posting much lately myself). I know I personally would be embarrassed to lose money based on someone's comments on a message board, which is why I do my own DD and fact checking. By doing this, you get a sense of who is BS'ing and doesn't have a clue, and who is being straight. Matty, LL, Rec, LiLBirdy, and a bunch of other have provided DD that I have missed and BACKED it up with links or other substantiating facts. Those are the posters I hear - the rest is just noise.
This has been a great board, and I feel the ride is just beginning. Tom and Judah have brought this from a great idea to a product launch and (hopefully) into being a great company. We'll soon see! (And I mean SOOOON!)
Best of luck to all - see you all in Vegas soon!
KFG - RFMK
I don't know of many gas-fired generating plants in the US. My sister-in-law has worked for a large electrical supplier/generator for 23 years and I know all of their plants (in 7 states) are Nuclear or coal-fired.
I just don't see the price of natural gas effecting a solar company to any large extent. There are too many other benefits besides just savings from heating your home in the winter.
Expert legal opinion of Congress approving MMJ in DC - very interesting read as it cites the Constitution as to why the Fed will HAVE to stay out of MMJ and leave it up to the states.
(link to article)http://www.tokeofthetown.com/2012/02/congress_oks_medical_marijuana_everywhere_with_dc.php
If one prominent attorney is right about the legal ramifications of the District of Columbia's marijuana law -- specifically, that it was approved by the U.S. Congress -- then it could be a game-changer nationwide.
D.C.'s medical marijuana law was the first time that the United States Congress had ever given its explicit assent to any state or local law that permits the medicinal use of marijuana -- and, according to a California attorney who specializes in health care compliance, that is enormously significant under the Equal Protection clause of the U.S. Constitution.
?In 2009, noting that it was "allowing" the voters of Washington, D.C., to vote on and implement that city's Legalization of Marijuana for Medical Treatment law, Congress approved medicinal cannabis in the federal District of Columbia, over which it has all governmental power.
"Congress has turned over the area of medical marijuana to state and local governments"
?On December 2, 2011, in anticipation of the opening of medical marijuana dispensaries and cultivation centers, the District's mayor released final rules for the program. Last month, the D.C. Council compromised on medical marijuana cultivation centers, a compromise agreement that limited the number of centers in each ward to six. The District of Columbia's medical marijuana program is now being implemented.
"States with medical marijuana programs should now be free from federal interference since Congress has allowed local control," attorney Matthew Pappas at Pappas Law Group, based in Long Beach, California, told Toke of the Town Monday afternoon. "Congress being the legislative branch of the federal sovereign and the only body that can change these laws has now done so by recognizing the voting rights of Washington, D.C., citizens."
Likewise, Californians and citizens of the 15 other states which have legalized medicinal cannabis are equally protected and have the same voting rights in respect to medical marijuana, according to Pappas Law Group.
?"Congress has turned over the area of medical marijuana to state and local governments," said Pappas, speaking for the disabled plaintiffs in the California case Marla James v. the Cities of Costa Mesa and Lake Forest. "Through Congress's duty to equally protect everyone under the law, all patients in states with medical marijuana laws operating in full compliance with those laws should not, from now forward, be subject to previous long standing federal marijuana prohibitions."
"They're not going to be subject to the CSA [Controlled Substances Act]," Pappas confirmed to Toke of the Town in a telephone conversation. "In our country, when one group of voters has been given the right to vote on something, other voters, likewise, have the right to do so -- in this case, approve medical marijuana."
"In states where voters have not voted on it, for instance Nebraska, of course it's not going to be legal there," Pappas told us. "But patients and medical marijuana centers operating in full compliance with state laws -- through equal protection -- are not going to be subject to federal prohibition."
"Our traction in the courts is very strong on this issue," Pappas told us. "I'm very positive that at some point we're going to have a decision from the courts."
Pappas, who earned his J.D. from Western State University and was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 1994, is a member of the federal bars for the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, the Central District of California, the Northern District of California, and the Southern District of California.
Not to mention the fact that Natural gas is for HEATING. I never saw a 60" plasma tv run off gas...or a refrigerator (made in the last 100 years anyway!)...or A/C...and I know I don't have natural gas lighting in my house. And what about all of us in the sticks that have OIL heat? Think we would save any $$ by retrofitting to electric and solar? I personally know people that SELL ectric on the grid because they generate more than they use with solar panels. Seeing your meter running backwards is a pretty awesome site to behold!
I think the cost of electric generation and delivery would effect the pps down the road more than gas due to everything stated above as it would take a lot longer to recoup initial costs.

How many shares of the other one are you still holding? Was going to get in on this one because I really liked what EA had going for them, but I'm still a little pissed. They will be able to do a lot more with this shell than the other (with the ultra-low float it can uplist much quicker and will draw more attention than a sub-penny). JMO
Thanks! I figured someone on here would have caught that and found out something. Just caught my eye and I was curious.
And I'm with you! I have to get to the bank and transfer some fundage so I can grab some more at these prices! Although, I would still be averaging up at this point - too good of a bargain to resist though!
Anybody know why the last amendment on the Florida Corp. Bureau was signed by "James Scott Brown"? Never saw it listed like that before. Also, not to create a conspiracy, but the signatures on the last 2 filings don't look the same and one is listed as President, one as CEO.

Kinda' hope so...I could use some more shares! I know we'll be drinking a lot more Tequila-based drinks this summer at my house! Bought and paid for by EA (and supplied by!!)
I posted to Hillenburg MS FB page about not having the sponsor listed...Voila, next day they had the TD logo on their page! Nice to see they read and react to feedback!
Not looking for great day today, but hopefully we can break and maintain a tick or two. Any green on a Friday is good!
Morning Doc! Hope you are feeling better today!
Have to put in a buy early today as I will be gone all day! Probably not a whole lot of those 8's left, huh? I got my 9's the other day. Looking for good things when I get home this evening!
Have a good one and keep 'em straight in here!
Just grabbed a little 46's to help.
Hey, flip it, shake it, twist it...do whatever you want. I was posting for those who listen to the posters preaching "Genta is curing cancer...buy and hold until 2015 when the FDA MAY approve one of their drugs".
If you have your eyes open and are treating this for what it is, more power to you! Hope someone is making money FROM Ray instead of the other way around. And yes, I did take a very small loss on this (I paid more for lunch the other day than I lost here...just couldn't stomach the 200m dilution every month).
Good Luck bud!
OS was 1,935,455,665 as of 2/10/2012 as per 8-k.
And I'm sorry, I haven't been keeping up with current events... seems like Ray found his partners...a whole bunch of them! Too bad they aren't Big Pharma, but a bunch of hedge funds (one in the Cayman's where they can't be touched!).
http://genta.com/Investor_Relations/SEC_Filings.html
I would STRONGLY suggest doing your homework before buying in here. Hope I'm wrong and you all make millions, but it seems like a lot of hands in the pot right now and no pr's to explain what's going on.
Ray and Hal say "Thanks" to everyone buying the .0026s and .0027s today. They have enough left over from payroll to buy themselves lunch this week.
Has ANYONE checked the ss today? Anybody contact the TA yet? I know when I was still in this I checked on high volume days recently b/c it was Ray diluting.
HMMM...back down to .0022. I thought I read that somewhere today - that the mm's would walk it back down.
I've never bashed a stock before, I just don't like crooks, and IMO, Ray is stealing every chance he gets. And everyone buying GNTA is letting him!
A shareholder probably wouldn't be able to maintain the site as they would get the updates sooner than the general public and would be susceptible to insider trading. I know that if I ran the site and mega news was getting ready to be posted, I'd be loading up!! LOL!
I'm surprised that Mike can't handle doing that. A simple company description sent to the brokerages should be able to be handled by IR.
I agree. My only frustartion is that this is when the bashers and flippers start getting back in. We have kept this board and stock clear of the usual junk for quite a while now, just don't want to see it now b/c of a little retrace.
Still holding and buying when I can. I just didn't want to see any tarnish on our little gem!
I'm not sure how that works with the brokerages (who updates the info), but if it was my company, I would have one of my minions makes sure that a letter was sent to them to update the info.
I don't like seeing the drop-off, but neither am I'm concerned at this point. It was bound to retrace a little with no news...too many people want their play money for the next "big thing".
This is painful to watch...Folks! This is just Ray making payroll (AGAIN!) by dumping shares. Has anyone bothered to check with the TA today?
This ran the exact same way a few weeks ago - with 200 million added to the float...AGAIN! Since Ray couldn't R/S, he has to come up with some cash as they are burning thru $1-2 million/month with no revenues!
Was in this POS for quite a while and saw this several times. Do your homework!! and check the ss today and tomorrow. The mm will run this back down eod.
Good Luck!
I design and manage websites as a business and it shouldn't take months to get a site up and running. I have had sites up in less than two weeks (after the layout is approved - that's usually the hardest part of the whole deal!)
James and Mike can't expect the pps to stay up on optimism and perceived value. They need to get something out there soon.
And how long is TD Ameriturd going to have this listed as a shoe company? That also isn't helping! No info is better than misleading info.
I have an email in to some people in Florida about the radiant barrier. No, it's not new (been around for years). I wanted to see if RENU had a different take on it or trademark (plus a bunch of other stuff). Will post when/if I get a reply.

Looking for a solid day out of trip 000's!
GLTA
I just didn't want to see it finish red. We'll get 'er tomorrow I guess. I could have got the 100k if those others didn't trigger.
I can't take that many today (even if nite is showing what he has). UGGH!
L2 anyone? Anybody know what's left at 42? I'd like to close us green, but I had 2 preset buys go off within the last 2 hours, so I don't know if I can help much today. Will try with what I have available yet.
