Ah so that's what that is... Saw that last week. Thanks.
Volume last week is slightly higher than the 1st leg up the 3rd week in Feb.
119.5M vs 126.3M
Great looking chart! Thanks WK!
Slowly gaining exposure. Board followers increasing everyday.
Time to say good "nite" to the 5's
The 111 lots are interesting. Past 3 days now I have been seeing them go by.
Here we go!!
5M down, Nice!!
I'm really liking the action here. Looking good!
would love to hear some pure actual pump free news from these guys. Anything with any substance will ignite this baby.
Balanced B/A. Starting to turn.
4.2M just bumped up from a 3 to the 4 bid
Nice work!!
4's dropping nicely.
Whole market seems quiet. Waiting on Bennie and the Feds @ 12:30 I guess. Should get some action after that.
Like a "Backdraft", this thing is just waiting for a spark.
B/A balanced @ 12M
Little bit of bid stacking going on @ 0.0002

If they adhere to the pattern of never filing on time, I would expect an NT10-K this week sometime. Typical reason of course:

If the subject report could not be filed without unreasonable effort or expense and the registrant seeks relief pursuant to Rule 12b-25(b), the following should be completed. (Check box if appropriate) X
(a) The reason described in reasonable detail in Part III of this form could not be eliminated without unreasonable effort or expense
PART III — NARRATIVE
State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, N-SAR, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

Maybe something coming soon??
There in lies the rub....Last PR 11/30/2011.
No info about the wind turbines, were they ever connected to the grid????
They never update there websites. You have to do a little digging just to find out if the track is even open. Mark Ryun is still listed as the CEO on the windhere website.
This POS company never says anything.
New CEO seems to be just like the old, just a different name on the paycheck. If he was really interested in turning this company around you would think he would have said something by now.
Maybe the first time he says something the wait will be rewarded, but at this point it seems unlikely. Dead money so far. Please HRTE prove me wrong.
2012 Main Event/Dist 20 Championship Series. $25,000 In Product Up For Grabs...
Six of the best motocross tracks in District 20 will host the Main Event/AMA District 20 Championship Series. Over $25,000 worth of awards and contingencies will be given to the top 5 in every amateur class at the end of series awards ceremony. 3 Palms will be pitching in extra $$$$ to the pro class at their rounds.
The top 16 in each class at the end of the series will be invited to represent District 20 at the State District Final against riders from other districts in Texas at Buffalo Creek Nov. 17th & 18th. Last year riders from District 20 dominated the State District Final at 3 Palms. We need to show them again this year that the fastest riders in the state are from District 20.
Here are the dates in case you missed them on the banner on top of this page.

Round 2 Aug 25 Cowboy Night Track (I don't call it Badlands because there is a track near Dallas called Badlands that has been there for about 15 years)
Round 3 Sep 9 Ultimate MX (Sunday day race, not a night race.)
Round 4 Sep 23 Cycle Ranch
Round 5 Sep 30 Rio Day Track

The publicly perceived lack of company involvement in their own future and direction is unbelievable.
The simple act of updating their website(s), listing the upcoming events at the track would at least show a little incentive.
Maybe this is by design, can't figure out what the reasoning is behind that mindset is though.
Even just a little bit of news would go a long way here. Can't believe they have nothing to share. They can't even keep there websites updated!! Frustrating :(
Maybe.. :)
Here we go. Getting a little volume.
Perfect Conditions @ Cycle Ranch

Baja Race @ Cycle Ranch Race Update:
The Baja Race scheduled July 15th has been moved to August 26th due to a conflict of dates that arose from a rescheduled event. We at Cycle Ranch want all Quad, MX, and Side-by-Side riders to check out our new Baja Loop we have added to our Short Course. The first ever baja challenge @ Cycle Ranch is going to be epic.

Cycle Ranch Track Update:
Due to the storms we have just come through, we will be closed tomorrow- Thursday the 12th. We are trying to get the track back in place by Friday the 13th. I will post updates on here and our call before haul line 210-635-9199 as we make decisions leading into the weekend. Should you have questions, please feel free to leave a message at that number as we will monitor it closely throughout this process. Consequently, our phones at the track 830-393-9398 were damaged by the storm, so I am awaiting a technician. Either way, excluding any additional rain, we will have Open Practice Saturday, Sunday, & Monday 9am-6pm. So stay tuned. Thank you for riding Cycle Ranch.

I feel like the only thing left is to try and sell my stock like a vendor down at the ballyard...."Popcorn, Peanuts.....Get your POS "Here""......
wow. 0.0018 to 0.0002. Really? Lets face it, they have no news. They have no plan. They will just sit back and collect a paycheck.
Huge POS!!
33.8M on the bid. up 10M from yesterdays close.
The $25 that you would spend to ride all day at the track would buy you 62500 sh @ the ask....pathetic!!
They keep chipping away @ it. Only 6.79M on the bid @ 3.
5.35M now on the ask @ 4
I have to agree. IMO we will either break hard below 3 or close 5 or 5+ this week.
Then again, WTH do I know :)
